本发明公开了一种快速导出黑头粉刺组合物及其制备方法,旨在提供一种能快速导出黑头粉刺,深层清洁肌肤,有清除老化的角质,控制皮脂腺的油脂,不对肌肤造成二次伤害的导出黑头粉刺组合物;其技术方案:主要包括下述重量百分比的组分:琥珀酸5~10%,富马酸5~10%,马来酸5~10%,丁二醇0.5~2%,甘油0.5~2%,北美金缕梅水0.5~2%,白薇提取物0.5~2%,1,2‑己二醇0.5~2%,对羟基苯乙酮0.5~1%,桉叶油素0.2‑0.5%,塔希提栀子花提取物0.5~2%,水适量;属于化妆品技术领域。

技术领域
本发明公开了一种组合物,具体地说,本发明公开了一种快速导出黑头粉刺组合物,本发明还公开该组合物的制备方法;属于化妆品技术领域。
背景技术
黑头是角质栓塞的一种情况,皮脂腺分泌过剩的油脂混杂着老废角质和粉尘等堵塞在毛孔里,油脂硬化就变成硬化的油脂阻塞物,暴露在空气的表面氧化后呈现黑色,俗称它黑头。如果长期不进行有效的干预,会导致黑头严重,不仅仅影响面部美观,与外界温度作用下会逐渐滋生细菌,导致肌肤发炎,红肿,浓疮等。
目前,市面上普遍黑头导出产品主要是α-羟基酸,如:酒石酸、乙醇酸、苹果酸、乳酸、柠檬酸等,是将化学制剂涂在皮肤表面,导致皮肤可控的损伤后促进新的皮肤再生。然后,化学制剂的种类、浓度、在皮肤上的停留时间,都可影响换肤的深度。依据化学剥落去黑头不可以分为浅层、中层、深层。剥落角质黑头粉刺效果也越明显,同时不良反应发生的几率也更大。
因此,化妆品开发者都在探索对肌肤负作用更小,去除黑头粉刺更优良的配方。植物提取物具有天然性、安全性和缓和性等功能,已经成了化妆品的研究趋势。比如:
中国专利申请CN202010138585.9公开了一种去黑头粉刺精华液及其制备方法,其主要采用番石榴果提取物0.5-5%、金银花提取液0.1-3%、蒲公英提取液0.1-3%、ɑ-葡聚糖寡糖0.01-1%、菊薯根汁0.05-0.5%、麦芽糊精0.05-0.5%、乳酸杆菌0.05-0.5%、十肽-40.05-0.5%、糖蛋白0.05-0.5%。
中国专利申请CN201510431153.6公开了一种祛除黑头粉刺的中药膏及其制备方法一种祛除黑头粉刺的中药膏,包括以下重量百分比的成分:蓖麻子水提物3-9%、白附子水提物2-5%、旋复花水提物3-6%、虎杖水提物4-8%、升麻30wt%乙醇水提取物3-7%、龙须藤30wt%乙醇水提取物2-6%、金钱草30wt%乙醇水提取物2-5%、椰子油6-12%、丁香油3-7%。
上述配方虽然有一定的优点,但是这些产品都不能快速导出黑头,起效时间非常缓慢。
因此,开发一款能快速导出黑头粉刺,深层清洁面膜有清除老化的角质,控制皮脂腺的油脂,及时补充水分,不对肌肤造成二次伤害的去黑头粉刺产品显得尤为重要。
发明内容
针对上述不足,本发明目的是提供一种能快速导出黑头粉刺,深层清洁面膜有清除老化的角质,控制皮脂腺的油脂,及时补充水分,不对肌肤造成二次伤害。
本发明的第二个目的是提供上述快速导出黑头粉刺组合物的制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了下述第一个技术方案:
一种快速导出黑头粉刺组合物,主要包括下述重量百分比的组分:琥珀酸5~10%,富马酸5~10%,马来酸5~10%,丁二醇0.5~2%,甘油0.5~2%,北美金缕梅水0.5~2%,白薇提取物0.5~2%,1,2-己二醇0.5~2%,对羟基苯乙酮0.5~1%,桉叶油素0.2-0.5%,塔希提栀子花提取物0.5~2%,水适量。
进一步的,上述的快速导出黑头粉刺组合物,还包括茶籽油1-3%。
进一步的,上述的快速导出黑头粉刺组合物,还包括齿叶乳香树脂提取物1.5-2.5%,翅荚决明叶提取物1.5-2.5%,鸡桑根提取物1.5-2.5%。

本发明提供的第二个技术方案是这样的:上述快速导出黑头粉刺组合物的制备方法,依次包括下述步骤:
1)按照权利要求1所述的重量数称取各个组分;
2)将步骤1)称取的组分除1,2-己二醇、对羟基苯乙酮外,其余全部加入
主乳化锅,开启均质3min,同时开启搅拌升温至85℃,后降温45℃(时间是多少);
3)再将1,2-己二醇、对羟基苯乙酮加入至步骤1)中,充分搅拌均匀10min;
4)取样理化检验合格后出料。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的技术方案具有如下技术优点:
1、本发明提供的技术方案含有多种抗炎化合物,有效地减轻皮肤炎症,对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌等细菌和真菌具有抑制作用,同时能抑制黑色素的生成,对过氧化酶激活受体有很好的活化作用,在皮肤损伤愈合过程中起着重要作用,说明有很好的抗炎性;修复受损DNA,让皮肤恢复细腻光滑;促进纤维芽细胞脑酰胺的合成,柔润皮肤;对对胶原纤维有收缩作用,清除面部细菌。
2、本发明提供的技术方案协同增效,能有效帮助收缩毛孔,去除多余的皮肤油脂,从而避免毛孔堵塞,减少粉刺、黑头的生成。
总而言之,本发明提供的技术方案能快速导出黑头粉刺,深层清洁面膜有清除老化的角质,控制皮脂腺的油脂,及时补充水分,不对肌肤造成二次伤害。

实施例1至实施例9中所述的快速导出黑头粉刺组合物的制备方法,依次包括下述步骤:
1)按照实施例1至实施例9任一所述的重量数称取各个组分;
2)将步骤1)称取的组分除1,2-己二醇、对羟基苯乙酮外,其余全部加入主乳化锅,开启均质3min,同时开启搅拌升温至85℃,后降温45℃;
3)再将1,2-己二醇、对羟基苯乙酮加入至步骤1)中,充分搅拌均匀10min;
4)取样理化检验合格后出料。
为了更好的使用本申请提供的技术方案,下面给出本申请提供的技术方案的使用方法:
1、抹适量实施例1至9提供的产品涂抹于鼻子有黑头粉刺的部位,再将鼻膜布贴敷在鼻子部位,1分钟后黑头粉刺自动浮出时,去掉鼻膜布,刮下鼻部浮出的黑头及粉刺。
2、抹适量实施例1至9提供的产品涂抹于鼻子有黑头粉刺的部位,1分钟黑头自动冒出后,清水清洗即可或者利用物理粘性产品粘出实施例1至9中提供的黑头产品即可。
为了证明本申请提供的技术方案的各个组分之间的协同效果,下面给出本申请在研发过程中效果不是很理想的实验方案:
对比例1
一种快速导出黑头粉刺组合物,按照总质量100%计算,包括下述重量百分比的组分:马来酸21%,丁二醇1%,甘油1%,北美金缕梅水1%,白薇提取物1%,1,2-己二醇1%,对羟基苯乙酮0.5%,桉叶油素0.3%,塔希提栀子花提取物1%,水余量。
对比例2
一种快速导出黑头粉刺组合物,按照总质量100%计算,包括下述重量百分比的组分:琥珀酸7%,富马酸7%,马来酸7%,丁二醇1%,甘油1%,北美金缕梅水2%,1,2-己二醇1%,对羟基苯乙酮0.5%,桉叶油素0.3%,塔希提栀子花提取物1%,水余量。
对比例3
一种快速导出黑头粉刺组合物,按照总质量100%计算,包括下述重量百分比的组分:琥珀酸7%,富马酸7%,马来酸7%,丁二醇1%,甘油1%,北美金缕梅水1%,白薇提取物2.5%,1,2-己二醇1%,对羟基苯乙酮0.5%,水余量。
为了更好说明本申请提供的技术方案的技术方案的检测实验数据。
1、理化检验:根据2015年版《化妆品安全技术规范》对实施例1至9中提供的快速导出黑头粉刺组合物根据微生物检测规范,菌落总数、霉菌和酵母菌总数均为0;耐热大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌未检测出;有害物质检测规范汞、铅、砷、镉均未检测出。
2、皮肤刺激性测试
依据与标准:按《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015)中皮肤反应分级标准记录。
测试人员:70名鼻部有黑头的志愿者,年龄在20-45岁,随机分为7组,每组10人。
测试产品:实施例3、5、7、9以及对比例1-3提供的组合物。
测试方法:通过封闭型斑贴实验验证,对于使用施例1、5、9,对比例2和3制得组合物的所有受试者在0.5小时,12小时,24小时,48小时均未表现任何不良反应,没有出现红斑、烧灼感、瘙痒等症状。说明本发明快速导出黑头粉刺组合物安全,对皮肤无刺激;而对比例1中有两人反应有刺痛感,实验0.5小时终止,说明本申请提供的技术方案能有效降低产品的刺激性。
3、黑头粉刺组合物的去除效果评价
测试人员:70名鼻部有黑头的志愿者,年龄在20-45岁,随机分为7组,每组10人。
测试产品:实施例3、5、7、9以及对比例1-3提供的组合物。
3、测试方法:各组志愿者将鼻子清洁干净后,分别去1g实施例3、5、7、9以及对比例1-3提供的组合物涂抹于鼻子有黑头粉刺的部位,再将鼻膜布贴敷在鼻子部位,1分钟后黑头粉刺自动浮出时,去掉鼻膜布,刮下鼻部浮出的黑头及粉刺。
观察各使用者鼻头的油脂量和黑头量。
祛黑头和粉刺效果评分总分均为0-10分,其中0-1分无效;2-7分见效;8-10分有效。如果使用者鼻头没有黑头,判断结果有效;
如果使用者鼻头有少量黑头和粉刺,判断结果一般;
如果使用者鼻头有明显黑头和粉刺;判断结果无效。
使用者根据产品体验,对产品进行评分,每组最终以平均分计算(每组所有人评分之和除以人数)。
实验测试结果如下表1,经过允许后随机拍照几张对比,参阅图1。

通过上表可以看出本申请提供的技术方案各个组分相互作用后能有效祛除黑头和粉刺,用户满意度较高。
4、皮肤油脂测试
测试人员:70名鼻部有黑头的志愿者,年龄在20-45岁,随机分为7组,每组10人。
测试产品:实施例3、5、7、9以及对比例1-3提供的组合物。
4、测试仪器和方法:采用皮肤油脂测定仪(SM815)对皮肤中的油脂含量进行了测定。各组志愿者将鼻子清洁干净后,分别去1g实施例3、5、7、9以及对比例1-3提供的组合物涂抹于鼻子有黑头粉刺的部位,再将鼻膜布贴敷在鼻子部位,1分钟后黑头粉刺自动浮出时,去掉鼻膜布,刮下鼻部浮出的黑头及粉刺,连续使用4周,每天1次,4周后再次测定皮肤油脂含量,各组中的数据取平均值,不同组油脂变化情况如下。

1.一种快速导出黑头粉刺组合物,其特征在于,主要包括下述重量百分比的组分:琥珀酸5~10%,富马酸5~10%,马来酸5~10%,丁二醇0.5~2%,甘油0.5~2%,北美金缕梅水0.5~2%,白薇提取物0.5~2%,1,2-己二醇0.5~2%,对羟基苯乙酮0.5~1%,桉叶油素0.2-0.5%,塔希提栀子花提取物0.5~2%,水适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的快速导出黑头粉刺组合物,其特征在于,还包括茶籽油1-3%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的快速导出黑头粉刺组合物,其特征在于,还包括齿叶乳香树脂提取物1.5-2.5%,翅荚决明叶提取物1.5-2.5%,鸡桑根提取物1.5-2.5%。
4.根据权利要求2所述的快速导出黑头粉刺组合物,其特征在于,主要包括下述重量百分比的组分:琥珀酸5~10%,富马酸5~10%,马来酸5~10%,丁二醇0.5~2%,甘油0.5~2%,北美金缕梅水0.5~2%,白薇提取物0.5~2%,1,2-己二醇0.5~2%,对羟基苯乙酮0.5~1%,桉叶油素0.2-0.5%,塔希提栀子花提取物0.5~2%,茶籽油1-3%,水适量。
