Abstract

The cold air is guided by the guide fan, flows to the body along the body air channel, the cover air channel and the heating air channel and flows out through the hot air outlet of the cover, so that a novel solution of the electric heating cooking appliance is provided for unidirectional closed circulation.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cooking appliances, in particular to an electric heating cooking appliance.
Background
The application provides an air fryer, which is a common electric heating cooking appliance and generally comprises a hot air circulation system and a cold air circulation system, and the existing air fryer has the problems that hot air can flow back into the cold air system, oil smoke can be adsorbed on a heating pipe and a heat pipe mounting seat and is difficult to clean.

Preferably, the body is provided with a body air channel, the cover body air channel is communicated with the body air channel, and a guide fan for guiding cold air to flow in is arranged in the body air channel.

Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The components of the embodiments of the present invention generally described and illustrated in the figures herein may be arranged and designed in a wide variety of different configurations. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Some embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Features of the embodiments described below may be combined with each other without conflict.
Referring to fig. 1 to 12, in an embodiment, the electric heating cooking appliance of the present application is an air fryer, which includes a main body 1, a cover 2, a pot 3, an electric heating device 4, and a diversion fan 5.
The body 1 has a body air duct L1 into which cool air flows. Specifically, in connection with fig. 10, in this embodiment, the body 1 includes a bottom shell 1A, a heat-insulating inner cover 1B located on an inner wall of the bottom shell 1A, a heating plate 1C located at a bottom of the heat-insulating inner cover 1B, a shaft seat 1D provided on the bottom shell 1A, a lower shaft member 1E, an upper shaft member 1F, and a shaft cover 1G, the shaft seat 1D has an annular fitting portion provided on the bottom shell 1A, and a shaft seat portion connected to an outer peripheral side of the annular fitting portion, the lower shaft member 1E is provided on the shaft seat portion, the upper shaft member 1F is provided on the lower shaft member 1E, and the shaft cover 1G is provided on the shaft seat portion and restricts separation of the lower shaft member 1E and the upper shaft member 1F. The lower shaft member 1E, the upper shaft member 1F, and the shaft cover 1G cooperate as a first hinge portion P1. Referring to fig. 6, an air inlet section L11 of the body air duct L1 is in a grid shape, and is located at the lower side of the first hinge portion P1 of the body 1, and an air outlet section L12 of the body air duct L1 is axially disposed at the first hinge portion P1.
The cover body 2 is arranged on the body 1 and provided with a hot air outlet S, the cover body 2 is provided with a cover body air duct L2 communicated with the body air duct L1, and air outlet sections L22 of the cover body air duct L2 are annularly distributed. In this embodiment, the air outlet sections L22 of the cover air duct L2 are annularly distributed at intervals. The cover body 2 is hinged on the body 1, the cover body 2 comprises a cover body 2A and a movable cover body 2B, and the movable cover body 2B is detachably arranged on the cover body 2A. The movable cover body 2B is a transparent cover body at the middle part of the cover body 2, and can be made of glass material, and the middle part is transparent, so that the use of the cooker can be observed conveniently. The cover air duct L2 is positioned on the cover main body 2A, and the hot air outlet S is positioned on the movable cover 2B. The cover main body 2A has a second hinge portion P2, and the body 1 and the cover 2 are hinged by the first hinge portion P1 and the second hinge portion P2. The air inlet section L21 of the cover body air duct L2 is axially arranged on the second hinge part P2, so that the air outlet section L12 of the body air duct L1 and the air inlet section L21 of the cover body air duct L2 are axially communicated along the rotation axis of the cover body 2. The hot air outlet S penetrates through the upper and lower sides of the cover 2 to discharge hot air from the body 1, and is located at the inner peripheral side of the air outlet section L22 of the cover air duct L2.
The pot liner 3 is detachably arranged in the body 1, and the pot liner 3 is a ceramic liner, for example.
The electric heating device 4 is arranged on the cover body 2, the electric heating device 4 is provided with a heating air duct L3 communicated with the cover body air duct L2, and an air inlet section L31 and an air outlet section L32 of the heating air duct L3 are annularly distributed. In this embodiment, the air inlet sections L31 of the heating air duct L3 are annularly spaced (having a plurality of openings), and the air outlet sections L32 are annularly continuously distributed. The electric heating device 4 is arranged at the lower side of the cover body 2A, and comprises a heat pipe mounting seat 4A and an electric heating pipe 4B, wherein the electric heating pipe 4B is arranged on the heat pipe mounting seat 4A, and the heating air duct L3 is positioned on the heat pipe mounting seat 4A. The position of the air inlet section L31 of the annularly distributed heating air duct L3 corresponds to the air outlet section L22 of the annularly distributed cover air duct L2, so that cold air can circulate between the air inlet section L and the air outlet section L. The air outlet section L32 of the heating air duct L3 faces the body 1 so as to heat the inner cavity of the body 1 by hot air inflow. The heat pipe mounting seat 4A comprises a main seat member M1 and a lining plate M2, the electric heating pipe 4B is mounted on the main seat member M1, the lining plate M2 is mounted on the lower side of the main seat member M1, and the heating air duct L3 is located on the main seat member M1.
The guide fan 5 is disposed in the air duct L1 of the body, and referring to fig. 11, the guide fan 5 is installed in the body 1 and located at the lower side of the first hinge portion.
Referring to fig. 11 and 12, the electric heating cooking appliance is operated in such a manner that cold air is driven by the guide fan 5, sequentially passes through the body air duct L1, the cover air duct L2 and the heating air duct L3, is heated by the electric heating tube 4B of the electric heating device 4, flows to the body 1, and flows out through the hot air outlet S after being heated by the electric heating tube 4B, and flows into the body 1 due to the annular opening of the air outlet section of the heating air duct L3, so that hot air circulates in the body 1 to heat food materials in the body 1.
Referring to fig. 13 to 18, in the second embodiment, a cover 2 is disposed on a main body 1 and provided with a hot air outlet S, the cover 2 has a cover air duct L2, and air outlet sections L22 of the cover air duct L2 are annularly distributed. The electric heating device 4 is arranged on the cover body 2, the electric heating device 4 is provided with a heating air duct L3 communicated with the cover body air duct L2, and an air inlet section L31 and an air outlet section L32 of the heating air duct L3 are annularly distributed. The guide fan 5 is arranged in the cover body air duct L2. In the second embodiment, the air inlet section L21 of the cover air duct L2 and the guide fan 5 are disposed on the second hinge portion. The second embodiment differs from the first embodiment mainly in that the body passage on the body 1 is omitted, the guide fan is provided on the cover 2, and cold air flows in from the cover air duct. Other characteristics of the second embodiment may be the same as those of the first embodiment.
Referring to fig. 19 to 20, in the third embodiment, a main body 1 has a main body duct L1 into which cool air flows. The cover body 2 is arranged on the body 1 and provided with a hot air outlet S, and the cover body 2 is provided with a cover body air duct L2 communicated with the body air duct L1. The electric heating device 4 is arranged on the cover body 2, the electric heating device 4 is provided with a heating air channel L3 communicated with the cover body air channel L2, air outlet sections L32 of the heating air channel L3 are annularly distributed (along the peripheral direction of the cover body 2), and air inlet sections L31 of the heating air channel L3 are radially arranged (along the radial direction of the cover body 2). The guide fan 5 is arranged in the body air duct L1. The main difference between the third embodiment and the first embodiment is the specific structure of the body air duct L1 and the cover air duct L2. Other characteristics of the second embodiment not mentioned may be the same as those of the first embodiment.
Referring to fig. 21 to 23, in the fourth embodiment, a cover 2 is disposed on a body 1 and is provided with a hot air outlet S, the cover 2 has a cover air duct L2, an electric heating device 4 is disposed on the cover 2, the electric heating device 4 has a heating air duct L3 communicating with the cover air duct L2, air outlet sections L32 of the heating air duct L3 are annularly distributed (along the peripheral direction of the cover 2), air inlet sections L31 of the heating air duct L3 are radially disposed (along the radial direction of the cover 2), and a guide fan 5 is disposed in the cover air duct L2. The main difference between the fourth embodiment and the second embodiment is the specific structure of the body air duct L1 and the cover air duct L2. Other characteristics of the fourth embodiment not mentioned may be the same as those of the second embodiment.
The scheme of the application is not limited to be used in an air fryer, but also can be used in electric heating cooking appliances such as stewpans, electric rice cookers and the like.

The electric heating cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the cover (2) comprises a cover body (2A) and a movable cover (2B), the movable cover (2B) being detachably provided on the cover body (2A); the cover body air duct (L2) is located on the cover body (2A), and the hot air outlet (S) is located on the movable cover body (2B).
