The inspection requirements include: the water quality of the experimental water pool is clean, the waterproof breathable clothes are worn neatly before water testing, whether the first zipper 101 is pulled well or not is checked, gas in the waterproof breathable clothes must be fully exhausted when water is drained, so that the waterproof breathable clothes can be completely immersed in the water, and the waterproof breathable clothes must be inspected in the water for more than 60 minutes; after the water is discharged after the inspection, the outside of the waterproof breathable garment is wiped clean by using a towel, then the first zipper 101 is opened, after the first zipper 101 is opened, whether the upper body has water leakage and water seepage phenomena is firstly inspected, then the lower body is inspected, and finally the feet are inspected; if water leakage and water seepage phenomena occur, the positions need to be recorded and cleared so as to be conveniently found out in time when the waterproof breathable clothes are repaired after being dried, and the inspection procedure is repeated on the repaired waterproof breathable clothes until the waterproof breathable clothes are completely qualified. The manufacturing process also comprises a repairing process and a re-inspection of the waterproof breathable garment which does not meet the inspection requirement and meets the repairing condition.
Example 2
As shown in figure 2, the waterproof and breathable clothes comprise clothes and trousers (with feet) 1, gloves 2, hats 3 and diving shoes 4, wherein the shoulder part to the crotch part of the clothes and trousers (with feet) 1 are obliquely provided with a first zipper 101, the waist part is provided with a lacing tape 102 and a buckle 103, and the leg part is provided with an air hole hydrophobic trousers pocket 104 at the bottom edge; the clothes and trousers (with feet) 1, the gloves 2 and the headwear 3 can be respectively worn for separate, namely the split type waterproof breathable garment, the clothes and trousers (with feet) 1 of the split type waterproof breathable garment are provided with the contracting waterproof cuffs 105 and the contracting waterproof neckline 106, and the split type waterproof breathable garment is suitable for flexibly selecting whether to wear the gloves 2 or carry out corresponding operation, emergency rescue, rescue and the like with the headwear 3 according to specific working environment conditions, such as: when a pilot drives an airplane, the operation is convenient, the pilot can wear the gloves 2 and the hat 3, but the parachute at sea can wear the gloves 2 or the hat 3 and can play the roles of protection, cold prevention and warm keeping when falling into seawater, so that the parachute can also adapt to the work of operation, emergency rescue and rescue at sea; the split waterproof breathable suit has flexible selectivity for operation, emergency rescue and rescue on land. step 3: coating adhesive surfaces with the width of 18mm on two sides (including the sewing thread) of the sewing thread and gaps of the seam head part in one direction by using PU adhesive cement, wherein the adhesive layers are uniform and have no bubbles or adhesive shortage; in this embodiment, a layer of glue is brushed, and the thickness of the glue surface is 0.12 mm plus or minus 0.02 mm; after the glue is coated, the glue is dried for 45 minutes to improve the initial adhesion, and the glue layer can be heated properly according to the glue coating condition, such as the dry and solid glue coating layer, so as to facilitate the softening of the glue layer and increase the infiltration on the surface of the base material;
step 4: hot air strip pasting (PU adhesive tape pasting) is carried out on the glue brushing position of the previous process, the temperature of the hot air strip is 220 +/-5 ℃, and the speed is consistent with the rotating speed of hot air equipment and is 2.4 +/-0.05 m/min;
step 5: and (4) performing 100% fitting water inspection on the finished waterproof breathable garment according to the inspection requirement.
The first zipper 101 is a waterproof anticorrosion airtight zipper, and the sealing performance is more than or equal to 100 KPa; the first slide fastener 101 includes: a rolled rubber base material main body, a matched metal tooth and a metal pull head. The fabric is formed by laminating polyester plain woolen cloth, a waterproof breathable PU film and polyester knitted lining cloth, and the surface cloth is in an international common orange yellow color; the woven tape 102 is a polyester filament woven tape, and the insert buckle 103 is formed by mould pressing of a polyformaldehyde material.
The design requirements include: inspecting the fabric and the auxiliary materials and cutting piece blanking direction; the auxiliary materials comprise gloves 2, diving shoes 4, a first zipper 101, woven belts 102, buckles 103, copper air holes of trousers pockets 104, PU adhesive cement and PU adhesive tapes, the cut pieces are all fabric required to be sewn for manufacturing the waterproof breathable clothes, and the blanking direction meets the requirements of warp direction or weft direction and inclination of the cut pieces.
The PU adhesive (paste or strip) is a solvent type PU adhesive and mainly comprises PU particles, a diluent, a curing agent, a catalyst, a flame retardant, an antioxidant, a plasticizer and an adhesion promoter. The PU adhesive tape is a three-layer adhesive tape formed by compounding knitted fabric, a waterproof breathable PU film and a PU adhesive layer, and the hot air sticking strip is formed by hot-pressing the PU adhesive tape at all sewing positions of the waterproof breathable garment through hot air equipment.

Example 3
This embodiment is substantially the same as the above embodiment 1, except that the waterproof and breathable garment and the manufacturing process thereof are provided with the second zipper 107 as shown in fig. 3, and the second zipper 107 is transversely fixedly connected to the middle of the lower abdomen of the clothes (or trousers with legs) 1 by the sewing; the second zipper 107 can be used for emergency after water outlet or adjusting the comfort level of clothes worn in the waterproof breathable clothes, the waterproof breathable clothes cannot be taken off due to the fact that the clothes worn in the emergency or the waterproof breathable clothes are uncomfortable, and the waterproof breathable clothes are particularly suitable for the situation that the clothes need to be immersed into water for many times for operation, emergency rescue and rescue in a long time, so that the progress and the efficiency of work are greatly improved.
Example 4
This embodiment is substantially the same as the above embodiment 2, except that the waterproof and breathable garment and the manufacturing process thereof are provided with the second zipper 107 as shown in fig. 4, and the second zipper 107 is transversely fixedly connected to the middle of the lower abdomen of the clothes (or trousers with legs) 1 by the sewing; the second zipper 107 can be used for temporary emergency or adjusting the comfort level of the clothes worn in the waterproof breathable clothes, the waterproof breathable clothes cannot be taken off due to the fact that the clothes worn in the temporary emergency or the waterproof breathable clothes are uncomfortable, and the waterproof breathable clothes are particularly suitable for occasions needing to carry out operation, rescue and rescue for a plurality of times in a long time on site, so that the work progress and efficiency are greatly improved.

A waterproof breathable garment and a manufacturing process thereof, the waterproof breathable garment comprising: clothes and trousers (with feet), gloves, headwear and diving shoes, which is characterized in that: the clothes and trousers (connected with the legs) are provided with 1 zipper, namely a first zipper or 2 zippers, namely a first zipper and a second zipper, the waist part is provided with a lacing braid and a latch fastener, and the clothes and trousers (connected with the legs) are provided with a hydrophobic clothes/trousers pocket; the clothes, trousers (connected with feet), gloves and head caps are connected or separated, and the diving shoes are provided with balance weight pieces; the manufacturing process comprises the following steps:
step 1: the selected fabric is cut according to design requirements after the design style 1:1 is used for proofing;
step 2: sewing the cut fabric, wherein the sewing stitch length is 3 cm and 10-13 stitches are adopted;
step 3: coating adhesive surfaces with the width of 15-20mm on two sides (including the sewing thread) of the sewing thread and gaps of the sewing head part in one direction by using hot melt adhesive cement, wherein the adhesive layers are uniform and have no bubbles or adhesive shortage; when a plurality of layers of glue are coated, the glue is coated after the glue solvent in the previous step is basically (more than 80%) volatilized, and the thickness of the glue surface is 0.1-0.2 mm; after the glue is coated, the glue is dried for 40 to 60 minutes to improve the initial adhesion, and the glue layer can be heated properly according to the glue coating condition so as to be beneficial to softening the glue layer and increase the infiltration on the surface of the base material;
and step 4: hot air pasting strips (pasting hot melt adhesive tapes) are carried out at the positions where glue is brushed in the previous process, the temperature of the hot air pasting strips needs to be stable, the speed needs to be uniform, and the advancing speed is consistent with the rotating speed of hot air equipment;
step 5: and (4) performing 100% fitting water inspection on the finished waterproof breathable garment according to the inspection requirement.
2. The waterproof breathable garment and the manufacturing process thereof according to claim 1, wherein the waterproof breathable garment comprises the following components: the zipper is a waterproof corrosion-resistant airtight zipper, and the hot melt adhesive (slurry or strip) is a solvent type hot melt adhesive.

The waterproof breathable garment and the manufacturing process according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: the first zipper is fixedly connected to the shoulder neck part to the waist crotch part of the clothes (connected with the feet) through the sewing, and the second zipper is fixedly connected to the lower abdomen part of the clothes (connected with the feet) through the sewing; the zipper comprises: a rolled rubber base material main body, a matched metal tooth and a metal pull head.
4. The waterproof breathable garment and the manufacturing process thereof according to claim 1, characterized in that: the split type clothes and trousers (connected with feet), gloves and hats are separated and can be respectively worn; the diving shoes are sleeved on the clothes (connected with feet), and the balance weight part is a metal part enclosed and wrapped in the diving shoes.

The waterproof breathable garment and the manufacturing process thereof according to claim 1, characterized in that: the fabric is formed by laminating polyester plain woolen cloth, a waterproof breathable PU film and polyester knitted lining cloth, and the polyester plain woolen cloth is orange yellow; the meshbelt is a polyester filament meshbelt, and the eye-splice is formed by mould pressing of polyformaldehyde materials.

The waterproof breathable garment and the manufacturing process thereof according to claim 1 or 4, characterized in that: the design style comprises the integrated type and the split type, and the design requirements comprise: inspecting the fabric and the auxiliary materials and cutting piece blanking direction; the auxiliary materials comprise the gloves, diving shoes, zippers, woven belts, eye-splices, hot melt adhesive cement and hot melt adhesive tapes, the cut pieces are all fabrics required to be sewn for manufacturing the waterproof breathable clothes, and the blanking direction meets the requirements of the warp direction or weft direction and inclination of the cut pieces.

The waterproof breathable garment and the manufacturing process according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: the hot-melt adhesive tape is a three-layer adhesive tape formed by compounding knitted fabric, a waterproof breathable PU film and the hot-melt adhesive layer, the hot-air adhesive tape is hot-pressed at all sewing positions of the waterproof breathable garment through the hot-air equipment, the temperature of the hot-air adhesive tape is 210-230 ℃, and the speed of the hot-air adhesive tape is 2.3-2.5 m/min.

The waterproof breathable garment and the manufacturing process thereof according to claim 1, wherein the waterproof breathable garment comprises the following components: the inspection requirements include: the water quality of the experimental water pool is clean, the waterproof breathable clothes are worn neatly before water testing, whether the zipper is pulled well is checked, gas in the waterproof breathable clothes must be fully exhausted when water is drained, so that the waterproof breathable clothes can be completely immersed in water, and the waterproof breathable clothes must be inspected in water for more than 60 minutes; after the water is discharged after the inspection, wiping the outside of the waterproof breathable garment with a towel, opening the zipper, inspecting whether the upper body has water leakage and water seepage phenomena or not after opening the zipper, inspecting the lower body, and inspecting the feet; if water leakage and water seepage phenomena exist, the positions need to be clearly recorded so as to be conveniently and accurately found out in time during repair after air drying, and the repaired waterproof breathable garment needs to be subjected to the above inspection procedures until the waterproof breathable garment is completely qualified.
9. The waterproof breathable garment and the manufacturing process thereof according to claim 1 or 4, characterized in that: the metal piece is a lead block/stainless steel block which is enclosed and wrapped by 1.2-1.4 kg/shoe sole of the diving shoe.

The waterproof breathable garment according to any one of claims 1 to 9 and the manufacturing process thereof, wherein: the waterproof breathable garment is suitable for overwater operation and lifesaving of a beach and a specific water area such as a shallow water area with the temperature lower than 15 ℃, and is matched with winter cold protective clothing for use in emergency rescue; the manufacturing process also comprises a repairing process and a re-inspection of the waterproof breathable garment which does not meet the inspection requirement and meets the repairing condition.
