Whether the slurry receiving cup is taken away or not still needs to be monitored in the countdown stage, and if the slurry receiving cup is taken away by a user, the machine still gives an alarm to prompt, so that the forming effect of the uncongealed tofu is guaranteed, and the situation that the slurry receiving cup is taken away by the user in advance is avoided.
In one embodiment, when the cup is taken away within the remaining 5 minutes of the countdown, the alarm is not given, and the cup can directly return to the standby state.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the method for making uncongealed tofu according to the embodiment of the present application may sequentially include: preheating stage, coarse crushing stage, boil out stage, row's thick liquid stage, self-cleaning stage and countdown stage, wherein boil out the stage and can divide into: the cooking temperature-raising stage, the cooking temperature-controlling stage, the self-cleaning stage and the countdown stage are performed in parallel with the shaping stage of the uncongealed tofu, and the detailed flow of each stage can be referred to the detailed description of fig. 3 in the above embodiment, which is not repeated herein.
According to the manufacturing method of the uncongealed tofu, the marinating agent is placed in the pulp receiving cup in advance, the adaptive filter screen is placed on the pulp receiving cup, the beans are placed in the pulping cavity, and after the water tank is filled with water, the functions are directly started, so that the whole manufacturing process can be completed. After the user selects the functions, the whole processes of making the slurry, discharging the slurry into the slurry receiving cup, limiting the slurry receiving cup to be passively formed and cleaning are automatically completed under the control of the material processing equipment, manual filtration and brine adding after slurry making is finished by the user in the whole process are not needed, full-automatic making is achieved, and user experience is good. And in the manufacturing process, the pulp receiving cup or the filter screen can be detected, the active intervention mode is adopted to limit a user not to take away the pulp receiving cup too early, and meanwhile, the problem that the pulp making cup is difficult to clean due to delayed cleaning caused by the fact that the pulp receiving cup is used for forming the uncongealed beancurd at the pulp receiving position can be avoided.

and (3) a forming stage: the slurry is mixed with the coagulant in the slurry receiving cup with the coagulant placed in, the material processing equipment limits the slurry receiving cup to stand the mixed solution at a slurry receiving position for a first time period to form uncongealed tofu, wherein the limitation of the slurry receiving cup at the slurry receiving position comprises the following steps: preventing the prompt of a slurry taking cup so that slurry in the slurry receiving cup is limited at a slurry receiving position to finish the forming of the uncongealed tofu;
a self-cleaning stage: and after the slurry is discharged, controlling the material processing equipment to enter a self-cleaning stage, wherein the forming stage is carried out in parallel in the self-cleaning stage.
