Description

Stalk-pulling roller for corn harvester, stalk-pulling roller group and corn harvester
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of agricultural machinery, in particular to a stem pulling roller, a stem pulling roller group and a corn harvester for the corn harvester.
Background
When the existing corn harvester works, corn stalks are guided to be fed into the stalk pulling channel by the front guide cone of the stalk pulling roller, the stalk pulling roller pulls the corn stalks downwards, and when the corn ears reach an ear picking plate above the stalk pulling roller, the corn ears are picked. When the traditional stalk-pulling roller pulls the stalk at a high speed, the impact on the corn ears is large, the corn ears and the corn kernels are often damaged and fall off, the operation efficiency of corn harvesting is low, and the harvesting loss is large.
Disclosure of Invention
The application aims to solve the problems that when a traditional stalk pulling roller pulls stalks at a high speed, the ears are impacted greatly, corn ear grains are damaged and the grains fall off frequently, the corn harvesting operation efficiency is low, and the harvesting loss is large.
In order to achieve the purpose, the following technical scheme is adopted in the application:
one aspect of the application provides a stalk-pulling roller for a corn harvester, which comprises a stalk-pulling roller shaft and a plurality of auxiliary stalk-pulling plates arranged on the stalk-pulling roller shaft, wherein each auxiliary stalk-pulling plate is uniformly distributed in a first direction, and the first direction is the circumferential direction of the stalk-pulling roller for the corn harvester;
the stalk-pulling roller for the corn harvester further comprises a stalk-pulling knife, one end of the stalk-pulling knife is arranged at the mounting end of the stalk-pulling roller shaft in the cross section of the stalk-pulling roller for the corn harvester, the other end of the stalk-pulling knife is a knife edge end, and the knife edge end is positioned between two adjacent auxiliary stalk-pulling plates.
Optionally, the number of the stalk-pulling knives is the same as that of the auxiliary stalk-pulling plates, and blade ends of the stalk-pulling knives are arranged between two adjacent auxiliary stalk-pulling plates in the first direction.
The technical scheme has the beneficial effects that: like this, the maize picker that this application embodiment provided just can carry out many times cutting to the maize stalk for every a week of rotation of stalk-pulling roller for the stalk-pulling roller can be more smooth cuts off the maize stalk, and then makes the ear of fruit and pluck difficult great impact that produces between the ear plate when plucking the operation of ear of fruit.
Optionally, the installation end is located between the auxiliary stalk pulling plate and the stalk pulling roller shaft, and the auxiliary stalk pulling plate, the installation end and the stalk pulling roller shaft are in pressure connection.
The technical scheme has the beneficial effects that: that is, the stem-drawing knife is mounted by clamping the mounting end between the auxiliary stem-drawing plate and the stem-drawing roller shaft.
Optionally, the auxiliary stalk-pulling plate, the mounting end and the stalk-pulling roll shaft are detachably connected.
The technical scheme has the beneficial effects that: this facilitates replacement when the broach is damaged. Preferably, the auxiliary stalk-pulling plate, the mounting end and the stalk-pulling roll shaft are detachably connected through bolts.
Optionally, the auxiliary stalk pulling plate is a U-shaped plate with an opening deviating from the stalk pulling roller shaft, and in the cross section of the stalk pulling roller for the corn harvester, the edge of the knife edge end and one end of the auxiliary stalk pulling plate far away from the stalk pulling roller shaft are located on the same circumference.
The technical scheme has the beneficial effects that: this maximizes the length of the blade edge within the cross-section of the stalk-pulling roll for a corn harvester, making it easier for the stalk-pulling blade to cut corn stalks.
Optionally, in the cross section of the stalk-pulling roller for the corn harvester, the blade end and the mounting end are connected at an obtuse angle.
The technical scheme has the beneficial effects that: therefore, a certain gap is formed between the blade end and the auxiliary stalk pulling plate, and the adverse effect of the auxiliary stalk pulling plate on the stalk pulling knife cutting operation is properly reduced.
Optionally, supplementary stalk-pulling board includes the bottom plate portion to and relative setting and be fixed in first side board portion and the second side board portion of bottom plate portion in the cross section of stalk-pulling roller for the maize picker first side board portion perpendicular to the bottom plate portion, second side board portion to deviating from the direction slope of first side board portion.
The technical scheme has the beneficial effects that: like this, the contained angle is great relatively between the cutting edge end of broach and the first curb plate portion, is convenient for carry out the centre gripping to the maize stalk, and the contained angle is less relatively between the cutting edge end of broach and the second curb plate portion, is convenient for cut off the maize stalk, and then makes dragging of maize stalk and cut off the realization that the homoenergetic is better.
Optionally, the cutting device comprises a plurality of clamping areas and a plurality of cutting areas, and each clamping area and each cutting area are alternately arranged in the first direction; the clamping area comprises two first side plate portions which are adjacently arranged and two cutting edge ends which are positioned between the first side plate portions, and the cutting area comprises two second side plate portions which are adjacently arranged and two cutting edge ends which are positioned between the second side plate portions.
The technical scheme has the beneficial effects that: like this, two adjacent first curb plate portions are far away relatively from the cutting edge end, mainly play the clamping action to the maize stalk, realize dragging the effect better to the maize stalk, and two adjacent second curb plate portions are close relatively apart, make the maize stalk be difficult for getting into between the two, realize the better effect of cutting off to the maize stalk through the cutting edge end between two second curb plate portions.
Another aspect of the application provides a stalk-pulling roller group, which comprises two stalk-pulling rollers for the corn harvester provided by the embodiment of the application, wherein the axial directions of the two stalk-pulling rollers for the corn harvester are parallel; the stem pulling roller for the corn harvester comprises a plurality of clamping areas and a plurality of cutting areas, and the clamping areas and the cutting areas are alternately arranged in the first direction; in the two stalk-pulling rollers for the corn harvester, the clamping area of one stalk-pulling roller for the corn harvester is used for being matched with the cutting area of the other stalk-pulling roller for the corn harvester in a staggered way.
A third aspect of the application provides a corn harvester, which comprises the stalk-pulling roller group provided by the embodiment of the application.
The technical scheme provided by the application can achieve the following beneficial effects:
the application provides a stalk-pulling roller for the corn harvester, the stalk-pulling roller group and the corn harvester, when using, the stalk-pulling roller for the corn harvester provided by the embodiment of the application can be used with another stalk-pulling roller in a matching way, the another stalk-pulling roller can be the stalk-pulling roller for the corn harvester provided by the embodiment of the application, also can be a traditional stalk-pulling roller, corn stalks are fed into a stalk-pulling channel by the leading guide cone of the stalk-pulling roller during the operation of the corn harvester, two stalk-pulling rollers mutually cooperate to pull the corn stalks downwards through the auxiliary stalk-pulling plates, because the stalk-pulling roller for the corn harvester provided by the embodiment of the application is provided with the blade end of the stalk-pulling knife between the two adjacent auxiliary stalk-pulling plates, the stalk-pulling knife can cut the corn stalks when the two stalk-pulling rollers pull the corn stalks, when the corn ears pick up the ears at the ear-picking plate above the stalk-pulling roller, the root of the ear is in a cutting state, so that the ear and the ear picking plate have small relative impact, the phenomena of damage to corn ear grains and falling off of the grains are less, and the stem is stably and reliably pulled, so that the operation efficiency is improved.
