平作行间行星轮系传动组合式除草单体属于农业机械;在单体架上相对固装三角状星形架,在三角状星形架上端部上安装定位支撑行星齿轮,在三角状星形架下端两侧部上分别安装行星齿轮轴,在三角状星形架中心部位上安装太阳齿轮轴,太阳齿轮轴的太阳齿轮与行星齿轮轴的行星齿轮和定位支撑行星齿轮相啮合,在定位支撑行星齿轮和行星齿轮轴的行星齿轮外部上相互啮合的套装内齿圈,笼式除草辊固套在内齿圈外部上,刀片式副除草辊和刀片式主除草辊分别支撑固装在太阳齿轮轴和行星齿轮轴上;本单体实现了笼式除草辊与刀片式主、副除草辊的联合复式作业,结构新颖、独特、合理,作业质量好,效率高,适应能力强,使用可靠。

技术领域
本发明创造属于农业机械,主要涉及一种平作农艺行间除草作业总成。
背景技术
目前,平作农艺方法的农作物行间中耕除草作业多采用单一结构的笼式除草辊承担和完成,基于该笼式除草辊总体结构简单、制造成本低廉、在中耕除草机具上安装简易方便的特点,该除草辊一直沿用至今。但是,在生产作业使用实践中发现,由于笼式除草辊作业旋转的动力是来自于土壤阻力,即笼式除草辊是随动旋转,不仅平作行间除草效果差,而且对土壤扰动小,中耕松土和碎土能力差,整体作业质量不高。
发明内容
本发明创造的目的就是针对上述现有技术存在的问题,结合平作行间中耕除草作业使用的实际需求,研发一种平作行间行星轮系传动组合式除草单体,通过笼式除草辊与刀片式主、副除草辊配合的联合复式作业方式,达到大幅度提高平作行间中耕松土、碎土和除草作业质量、效果的目的。
本发明创造的目的是这样实现的:在单体架相对两侧部上相互对称的分别固装三角状星形架,在相对配置的两个三角状星形架上端部位上可转动地分别安装定位支撑行星齿轮,在相对配置的两个三角状星形架下端两侧部位上可转动地分别安装行星齿轮轴,在相对配置的两个三角状星形架中心部位上可转动地分别安装太阳齿轮轴,所述太阳齿轮轴的太阳齿轮与行星齿轮轴的行星齿轮和定位支撑行星齿轮相啮合,在所述定位支撑行星齿轮和两个行星齿轮轴的行星齿轮外侧部上相互啮合的套配安装内齿圈,笼式除草辊固定套装在内齿圈外部上成一体;在相对配置的两个太阳齿轮轴之间部位上支撑固装刀片式副除草辊,在两对相对配置的行星齿轮轴之间部位上分别支撑固装刀片式主除草辊,所述刀片式主除草辊与刀片式副除草辊呈轴向交叉错位安装,且旋转方向相反,至此构成平作行间行星轮系传动组合式除草单体。
本发明创造在笼式除草辊内分别配装刀片式主、副除草刀辊,采用行星轮系传动结构将笼式除草辊的旋转动力传输给刀片式主、副除草刀辊使其旋转,完成和实现了除草单体的中耕除草、松土、碎土的联合复式作业,具有结构新颖、独特、合理、紧凑、作业质量好、效率高、适应能力强、使用可靠的特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明创造实施方案进行详细描述。一种平作行间行星轮系传动组合式除草单体,包括笼式除草辊6,在单体架1相对两侧部上相互对称的分别固装三角状星形架2,在相对配置的两个三角状星形架2上端部位上可转动地分别安装定位支撑行星齿轮8,在相对配置的两个三角状星形架2下端两侧部位上可转动地分别安装行星齿轮轴4,在相对配置的两个三角状星形架2中心部位上可转动地分别安装太阳齿轮轴3,所述太阳齿轮轴3的太阳齿轮与行星齿轮轴4的行星齿轮和定位支撑行星齿轮8相啮合,在所述定位支撑行星齿轮8和两个行星齿轮轴4的行星齿轮外侧部上相互啮合的套配安装内齿圈5,笼式除草辊6固定套装在内齿圈5外部上成一体;在相对配置的两个太阳齿轮轴3之间部位上支撑固装刀片式副除草辊9,在两对相对配置的行星齿轮轴4之间部位上分别支撑固装刀片式主除草辊7,所述刀片式主除草辊7与刀片式副除草辊9呈轴向交叉错位安装,且旋转方向相反。
作业使用时,利用单体架1将本发明创造整体配装在中耕除草机具上,将笼式除草辊6置于平作行间位置土地土壤内随整机前行,在土壤阻力作用下,推动笼式除草辊6旋转,笼式除草辊6的旋转运动依次经内齿圈5、行星齿轮轴4和太阳齿轮轴3分别驱动两个刀片式主除草辊7和一个刀片式副除草辊9旋转,且刀片式主除草辊7旋转方向与笼式除草辊6旋转方向相同,刀片式主除草辊7与刀片式副除草辊9旋转方向相反,由笼式除草辊6、刀片式主除草辊7及刀片式副除草辊9依次分别进行和完成除灭草、对土壤的扰动松土、粉碎作业。刀片式主、副除草辊7、9可对经笼式除草辊6作业后的土壤再次进行切割击打粉碎和抛撒作业,不仅提高了对土壤中耕作业的质量,而且还可以将夹带在土壤内的草种击打出来使其失去生长条件,保证除灭草作业效果。

1.一种平作行间行星轮系传动组合式除草单体,包括笼式除草辊(6),其特征在于:在单体架(1)相对两侧部上相互对称的分别固装三角状星形架(2),在相对配置的两个三角状星形架(2)上端部位上可转动地分别安装定位支撑行星齿轮(8),在相对配置的两个三角状星形架(2)下端两侧部位上可转动地分别安装行星齿轮轴(4),在相对配置的两个三角状星形架(2)中心部位上可转动地分别安装太阳齿轮轴(3),所述太阳齿轮轴(3)的太阳齿轮与行星齿轮轴(4)的行星齿轮和定位支撑行星齿轮(8)相啮合,在所述定位支撑行星齿轮(8)和两个行星齿轮轴(4)的行星齿轮外侧部上相互啮合的套配安装内齿圈(5),笼式除草辊(6)固定套装在内齿圈(5)外部上成一体;在相对配置的两个太阳齿轮轴(3)之间部位上支撑固装刀片式副除草辊(9),在两对相对配置的行星齿轮轴(4)之间部位上分别支撑固装刀片式主除草辊(7),所述刀片式主除草辊(7)与刀片式副除草辊(9)呈轴向交叉错位安装,且旋转方向相反。
