The surface layer comprises 50 parts by weight of modified organic silicon resin, 0.1 part by weight of silver/zinc compound antibacterial agent, 1 part by weight of dibutyl phthalate, 0.1 part by weight of 1010/168 antioxidant and 3 parts by weight of colorant.
The simulated leather of example 3 was prepared as follows:
s1: rinsing and drying the knitted fabric to be used as a base fabric layer;
s2: preparing foaming layer slurry, and uniformly mixing 50 parts by weight of polyethylene, 3 parts by weight of diisopropyl azodicarboxylate and 1 part by weight of dibutyl phthalate according to the limited parts by weight in the formula for later use;
S3: uniformly coating the slurry of the foaming layer prepared in the S2 on the base fabric layer, flowing through a drying tunnel type foaming section, and heating and foaming;
s4: preparing slurry of a surface layer, and uniformly mixing 50 parts by weight of modified organic silicon resin, 0.1 part by weight of silver/zinc compound antibacterial agent, 1 part by weight of dibutyl phthalate, 0.1 part by weight of 1010/168 antioxidant and 3 parts by weight of colorant according to the limited parts by weight in the formula for later use;
s5: uniformly coating the surface layer slurry obtained in the step S4 on the surface of the foaming layer obtained in the step S3, heating and plasticizing, performing rolling embossing treatment, and cooling;
s6: an acrylic adhesive layer was applied to the surface of the antibacterial leather base fabric obtained in S5, and a release film was applied to the surface of the adhesive layer to obtain an imitation leather.
Example 4

The surface layer comprises 600 parts by weight of modified organic silicon resin, 5 parts by weight of silver/zinc compound antibacterial agent, 5 parts by weight of dibutyl phthalate and 6 parts by weight of 1010/168 antioxidant.
The simulated leather of example 4 was prepared as follows:

s3: uniformly coating the slurry of the foaming layer prepared in the S2 on the base fabric layer, flowing through a drying tunnel type foaming section, and heating and foaming;
s4: preparing slurry of a surface layer, and uniformly mixing 600 parts by weight of modified organic silicon resin, 5 parts by weight of silver/zinc compound antibacterial agent, 5 parts by weight of dibutyl phthalate and 6 parts by weight of 1010/168 antioxidant according to the limited parts by weight in the formula for later use;
s5: uniformly coating the surface layer slurry obtained in the step S4 on the surface of the foaming layer obtained in the step S3, heating and plasticizing, performing rolling embossing treatment, and cooling;
s6: an acrylic adhesive layer was coated on the surface of the antibacterial leather base cloth obtained in S5, and a release film was coated on the surface of the adhesive layer to obtain a leather-like imitation.
The results of the tests of the antibacterial performance, the water drop angle, the storage at high temperature and high humidity, the cold and hot shock resistance, the ultraviolet ray resistance, and the like of examples 1 to 4 of the present invention, the commercially available leather 1, the commercially available leather 2, and the commercially available antibacterial leather 3 are shown in table 1. As can be seen from Table 1, the imitation leathers of examples 1-4 have an antibacterial rate of 99%, a water drop angle of over 100 degrees, a surface hydrophobic effect, and excellent comprehensive properties as tested by high temperature and high humidity, cold and heat shock, ultraviolet resistance, etc.

Claims (10)

1. An imitation leather characterized by:
the base cloth layer, the foaming layer and the surface layer are sequentially arranged from bottom to top; the foaming layer covers one surface of the base cloth layer, and the surface layer covers the foaming layer;
the surface layer comprises a surface layer sizing material and an antibacterial agent, and the surface layer sizing material is organic silicon resin.
2. The imitation leather of claim 1, wherein:
the organic silicon resin is modified organic silicon resin.
3. The imitation leather of claim 1, wherein:
the cloth base is characterized by further comprising a release film and a bonding layer, the bonding layer covers the other side of the base cloth layer, and the release film covers the bonding layer.
4. The imitation leather of claim 1, wherein:
the skin layer also includes a skin plasticizer, an antioxidant, and a colorant.

the foaming layer comprises a foaming layer sizing material, a chemical foaming agent and a foaming layer plasticizer.

the foaming layer sizing material comprises at least one of polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyurethane or organic silicon resin; the chemical foaming agent comprises at least one of azo compounds, sulfonyl hydrazine compounds and nitroso compounds; the foaming layer plasticizer comprises at least one of di (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate, butylene phthalate and dibutyl phthalate.
8. The imitation leather of claim 6, wherein:
the foaming layer comprises 50-600 parts by weight of foaming layer rubber material, 3-15 parts by weight of chemical foaming agent and 1-5 parts by weight of foaming layer plasticizer.
9. A method for producing imitation leather according to any of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that:
the method comprises the following steps:
s1: pretreating the base cloth layer; preparing slurry of a foaming layer and slurry of a surface layer;
S2: coating the slurry of the foaming layer on one surface of the base cloth layer, and heating and foaming;
s3: coating the surface layer slurry on the surface of the foaming layer, heating and plasticizing, and then carrying out post-treatment;
s4: and coating the bonding layer on the other surface of the base cloth layer, and coating a release film on the surface of the bonding layer.
