Example one
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the ventilation module 5 described in the present embodiment includes a housing 54, the housing 54 encloses a hollow channel 53, blocking ribs are respectively disposed at two ends of the channel 53, the blocking ribs divide two ends of the channel 53 into a plurality of hollow holes 57, and the hollow holes 57 respectively communicate the inside and the outside of the channel 53.
Through the arrangement, the two sides of the ventilation module 5 can be communicated through the hollow small holes 57 of the communication channels at the two ends, so that the air flow at the two sides of the ventilation module 5 can flow through the channels, and the purpose of free exchange flow of the air at the two sides under the action of pressure difference is achieved; simultaneously, set up a plurality of fretwork apertures 57 that the interval was arranged through the tip at ventilative module 5 to make the air current equipartition flow under the effect of fretwork aperture 57 of flowing through, and then promote the air current degree of consistency that flows into cylinder 3.
In this embodiment, the hollowed-out holes 57 at the two ends of the channel of the ventilation module 5 can be arranged in a staggered manner, so that the flowing air can not directly pass through and the air flow needs to pass through by the folded channel, thereby ensuring that the water wrapped in the air flow is intercepted by the folded channel and effectively avoiding the water flow from flowing out of the ventilation module. Of course, in this embodiment, the ventilation module 5 may also arrange the hollow holes 57 at the two ends in any other form, and still achieve the above purpose of the present invention.
Preferably, in this embodiment, projections of the small hollow holes 57 at two ends of the channel 53 in the same vertical cross section along the channel axis are at least partially staggered, so that the channel 53 of the air permeable module 5 and the small hollow holes 57 at two ends jointly form a folded air flow channel, which can effectively trap water entrained in an air flow and prevent the water flow from flowing out of the air permeable module 5.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, the cross section of the channel 53 of the ventilation module 5 may be any shape, for example: circular, polygonal, elliptical, etc.; preferably, in this embodiment, in order to adapt to the shape of the drum 3, improve the ventilation efficiency, and improve the uniformity of the airflow, the ventilation module 5 may be configured to be disc-shaped, and the cross section of the ventilation channel 53 is configured to be circular.
In this embodiment, the two ends of the circular channel 53 are respectively the first end 51 and the second end 52, the first end 51 and the second end 52 are respectively provided with a blocking rib, the blocking rib is used for separating the first end 51 and the second end 52 into a plurality of hollow holes 57, and the effect of exchanging air flow with the outside through the hollow holes 57 arranged at the two ends of the channel 53 can be realized.
In this embodiment, the retaining ribs arranged at the end of the channel 53 may be in any shape and in any arrangement; for example, the following settings are set:
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, two ends of the circular channel 53 are respectively provided with a plurality of radial straight ribs 55 extending in the radial direction and arranged at intervals, and at least one annular rib 56 extending in the circumferential direction; each radial straight rib 55 and each annular rib 56 are located in the same cross section, so that each radial straight rib 55 and each annular rib 56 are respectively connected in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and each radial straight rib 55 and each annular rib 56 divide the end of the channel 53 into a plurality of hollow small holes 57 which are distributed in different circular rings at intervals.
Preferably, in the present embodiment, the plurality of radial straight ribs 55 provided at the first end 51 and the second end 52 of the circular channel 53 are equally spaced at an angle, and are axially symmetrically arranged on the channel 53 at the opposite end.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the annular rib 56 is a circular annular rib 56 that is coaxially disposed with the end of the channel 53 and has a circular ring shape; further preferably, in this embodiment, the first end 51 and the second end 52 of the channel 53 are respectively provided with a plurality of concentric and unequal circular ribs 56, so as to further increase the number of the hollow holes 57 formed at the end of the channel 53.
In this embodiment, in order to realize the staggered arrangement of the hollow holes 57 formed at the two ends of the channel 53, the following arrangement may be performed: the dimensions of the annular ribs 56 at the two ends of the channel 53 are not equal, so that the annular ribs 56 at the first end 51 and the second end 52 of the channel 53 are respectively positioned in different circular cross sections, and the projections of the annular ribs 45 at the first end 51 and the second end 52 of the channel 53 in the same vertical cross section along the axis of the channel 53 are arranged in different concentric circles in a staggered manner.
In order to further improve the staggering degree of the hollow small holes 57 arranged at the two ends of the channel 53, the following arrangement can be carried out: the radial straight ribs 55 arranged at the two ends of the channel 53 extend along different radial directions, so that the radial straight ribs 55 arranged at the first end 51 and the second end 52 of the channel 53 are arranged in different radial directions in a staggered manner along the projection of the axis of the channel 53 in the same vertical section.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, in the present embodiment, the channel 53 is a tapered channel 53 gradually narrowing in radial dimension from the first end 51 to the second end 52, so that the tapered sidewall of the tapered channel 53 guides the water flowing into the channel 53 to flow back to the first end 51 of the channel, thereby effectively preventing the trapped water flowing into the channel 53 by mistake from accumulating in the channel 53. In this embodiment, in order to achieve the effect of using the water trapped in the channel 53 to flow back to the first end 51 and then flow into the drum of the washing machine, the first end 51 of the channel 53 needs to be installed on the drum 3 in a direction toward the inside of the drum of the washing machine and the second end 52 of the channel needs to be installed in a direction toward the outside of the drum of the washing machine, so as to achieve the purpose of preventing the water from flowing out through the air holes.
In this embodiment, the inner peripheral wall of the first end of the channel 53 is provided with a plurality of hollow holes 57 arranged at intervals, so that the lowest position of the first end 51 of the channel 53 is the hollow hole 57, and thus it is ensured that water flow intercepted in the channel 53 can flow back to the roller 3 through the hollow hole 57 at the lowest position when flowing back to the first end 51 along the tapered side wall, and further the occurrence of residual water accumulation in the channel 53 is prevented; meanwhile, a circle of annular ribs 56 protruding towards the center of the channel are arranged on the inner peripheral wall of the second end 52 of the channel, so that the annular ribs 56 are used for shielding the inner periphery of the second end 52 of the channel 53, the water flowing into the channel 53 is further ensured not to flow out from the second end 52, and the possibility of water outlet of the ventilation module 5 is effectively reduced.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, in the present embodiment, a circular through hole is respectively disposed at the centers of the two ends of the channel 53, and the circular through hole is coaxially disposed with the channel 53 and located at the intersection of the radial straight ribs 55 at the corresponding ends. Through respectively establishing a circular through-hole at the center at passageway 53 both ends to guarantee that circular through-hole can carry out direct taking a breath, and then promote the ventilation effect of passageway.
In this embodiment, the ventilation module 5 may be integrated with the drum 3 or may be separated from the drum; when the ventilation module 5 and the roller 3 are arranged separately, the following arrangement is performed: the first end 51 of the channel 53 of the ventilation module 5 is provided with a circle of mounting ribs protruding outwards in the radial direction, so that the ventilation module 5 is unidirectionally limited by the mounting ribs, and the ventilation module 5 is fixedly mounted on the ventilation holes. Meanwhile, in the embodiment, the outer periphery of the second end 52 of the channel 53 of the ventilation module 5, which is connected with the side wall of the channel 53, is provided with a circle of circular-arc chamfered surface, so that the circular-arc chamfered surface is used to prevent the problems of clamping and scratching the clothes.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment also introduces a laundry treating apparatus including a drum 3 installed in a casing 1 and constituting a sealed water container when a washing machine is in a washing state; at least one ventilation module 5 is arranged on the roller 3, so that the ventilation module 5 is used for exchanging gas between the inside and the outside of the roller 3, and the purpose of ventilation between the roller 5 and the external air duct 4 is realized.
In this embodiment, at least one air hole provided with the air permeable module 5 is respectively arranged at two opposite ends of the roller 3, and the air holes at the two ends of the roller 3 are respectively communicated with the air inlet end and the air outlet end of the air duct 4 outside the roller 3 in a one-to-one correspondence manner; a ventilation module 5 arranged at one end of the roller 3 is communicated with the air inlet end of the air duct 4; the ventilative module 5 that the cylinder 3 other end was established is linked together with the air-out end in wind channel 4. Therefore, in the circulating air path formed by the roller 3 and the air duct 4, circulating air flows flowing in a single direction are formed under the action of the ventilation modules 5 at different positions, and normal operation of the drying process is further ensured. In this embodiment, the one end that cylinder 3 and 4 air-out in wind channel end communicate is equipped with the nozzle.
