The air outlet of the inner cylinder bottom 303 is provided with a second one-way vent valve 52 which can only utilize the pressure difference at two sides to make the air flow out from the inner cylinder to the outer cylinder, so that the air outlet can only be opened in one way and the air in the inner cylinder 3 can flow out to the air outlet cavity 22 between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in order to improve the uniformity of the flow of the circulating air flow, the following settings may be performed: a plurality of air inlets are arranged at the inner cylinder opening 301 side of the inner cylinder 3, a plurality of air outlets are arranged at the inner cylinder bottom 303 side of the inner cylinder 3, the first one-way vent valve 51 is correspondingly arranged at each air inlet, and the second one-way vent valve 52 is correspondingly arranged at each air outlet. Preferably, each air inlet and each air outlet are arranged symmetrically with respect to the axis of the inner barrel 3. Further preferably, a first air inlet is arranged at the center of the inner cylinder cover 17, and at least one circle of second air inlets distributed at intervals are arranged in the middle of the inner cylinder cover 17. Meanwhile, because the water inlet of the inner barrel 3 of the clothes treatment device can be arranged at the center of the inner barrel bottom 303 and flows into the inner barrel by using the hollow flow channel of the inner barrel shaft, the air outlets arranged at the inner barrel bottom 303 can be arranged at intervals along at least one concentric circle in the middle of the inner barrel bottom 303 and are staggered with the water inlet at the center of the inner barrel bottom 303.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the vent valve 5 disposed at the vent may be any structure that can achieve the corresponding sealing or opening of the vent by using the pressure difference between two sides and the elastic deformation thereof, for example, as follows: the air vent valve 5 comprises a valve plate covering the air vent, the valve plate is hermetically connected with the periphery of the air vent, and a notch which is arranged in a penetrating way and is opposite to the air vent is arranged on the valve plate; the valve plate is made of elastic materials and used for sealing the opening by utilizing the elasticity of the valve plate when the valve plate is reset.
Through installing the breather valve in clothing processing apparatus's inner tube venthole department, provide the circulating route for the stoving wind on the one hand, on the other hand the breather valve can be balanced the inside and outside pressure of inner tube, makes the flow of stoving wind more smooth and easy, and when washing machine carried out the washing procedure, the inner tube can utilize the breather valve to adjust pressure, makes the intake and exhaust of washing water more smooth.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, in the embodiment of the present invention, the vent valve 5 includes a valve seat 121 and a valve plate 123, the valve seat 121 is installed at the vent, and the valve plate 123 is installed on the valve seat 121 to cover the whole vent; in order to avoid the falling or abrasion of the valve plate 123 caused by the collision friction of the valve plate 123 in the clothes washing and drying process, the valve plate is arranged on one side wall surface of the valve seat 121 far away from the inner part of the inner barrel. The valve plate 123 is provided with a notch 124, the valve plate 123 is made of elastic materials such as rubber, and the notch 124 is closed under the action of the elastic force of the valve plate before the pressure difference between the two sides of the valve plate does not reach a set value; after the pressure difference on the two sides of the valve plate reaches a set value, the pressure difference acting force overcomes the self elasticity of the valve plate to cause the valve plate to deform and the opening to be opened, so that the two sides of the valve plate can generate air flow passing through the valve plate under the effect of the pressure difference.
In the embodiment of the invention, the opening 124 formed on the valve plate 123 can be a narrow slit in any shape and penetrating through two sides of the valve plate; preferably, the notch 124 on the valve plate 123 is in a cross shape, and the center of the cross shape is overlapped with the center of the ventilation opening.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in order to ensure that the first one-way vent valve 51 at the air inlet provided on the inner cylinder opening 301 side is opened in one direction toward the inner direction of the inner cylinder 3, the following means are provided: the first one-way breather valve 51 comprises a first valve plate correspondingly covering the air inlet, the first valve plate is provided with a bulge part protruding towards the inner part of the inner cylinder 1, and the valve plate is provided with a notch which extends along the radial direction of the valve plate and penetrates through the valve plate; preferably, the first valve plate is in a bowl shape which is reversely buckled at the air inlet and protrudes towards the inner part of the inner cylinder.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in order to ensure that the second one-way breather valve 52 at the air outlet provided at the inner cylinder bottom 303 side is opened in one direction toward the outside of the inner cylinder 3, the following arrangement is made: the second one-way vent valve comprises a second valve plate correspondingly covering the air outlet, the second valve plate is provided with a protruding part protruding towards the outside of the inner cylinder 1, and the second valve plate is provided with a notch which extends along the radial direction of the valve plate at the protruding part and penetrates through the valve plate; preferably, the second valve plate is in a bowl shape which is inverted at the air outlet and protrudes into the inner cylinder.
The valve plates at the air inlet and the air outlet are arranged into the bowl shape protruding towards the air flow direction, so that the valve plates can overcome the pressure difference at two sides of the flow guide direction by utilizing the shape of the valve plates, deformation cannot be generated, the opening cannot be opened by the pressure difference at two sides of the valve plates in the backflow direction, and the effects of one-way ventilation and one-way on-off air flow control of the ventilation valve are achieved.
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, a housing 1 of the clothes treating apparatus is provided with a gasket 11 for connecting a door opening and an outer cylinder opening 201 to form a passage; the sealing gasket 11 is cylindrical, and two ends of the cylindrical sealing gasket are respectively in sealing connection with the machine door opening and the outer cylinder opening 201 to form a channel for a user to take and place loads in the inner cylinder 3 after the machine door 16 is closed and opened. The sealing gasket 11 is in a sleeve shape capable of axially extending and retracting, and two ends of the sleeve-shaped sealing gasket 11 are respectively connected with the opening of the machine door 16 and the cylinder opening 201 of the outer cylinder in a sealing way; the wind blocking structure 12 is arranged between the outer cylinder opening 201 and the inner cylinder opening 301, one end of the wind blocking structure is connected with the sealing gasket 11, and the other end of the wind blocking structure is freely arranged; preferably, the choke structure 12 is an elastic extension structure disposed on the gasket 11. The arrangement of the choke structure 12 prevents drying air from forming external circulation in the space between the inner barrel 3 and the outer barrel 2, so that the drying air can accurately enter the inner barrel 3 through the air inlet, meanwhile, due to the arrangement of the choke structure 12, air flow is concentrated in the space of the air inlet cavity 21 among the choke structure 12, the machine door 17 and the outer barrel opening 201, the pressure difference inside and outside the inner barrel 3 is improved due to the gathering of the drying air, the drying air can enter the inner barrel 3 conveniently, and the drying efficiency of clothes is improved. The choke structure 12 is arranged in the gap between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder, so that the gap between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder is divided into the air inlet cavity 21 and the air outlet cavity 22 which are independent by the choke structure 12, and the flowability of circulating air flow is improved.
In the embodiment of the invention, the sealing gasket 11 is provided with a drying air port, and the air outlet end of the air duct is connected with the drying air port, so that the air outlet end of the air duct is communicated with the air inlet cavity 21 through the drying air port. The drying air ports are arranged above the sealing gasket 11, and at least one drying air port is arranged to improve the conveying capacity of drying air. Preferably, in order to avoid the backflow of air flow in the circulation air path, a wind shielding structure for blocking the backflow of the circulation air flow can be arranged on the circulation air path formed by the air duct 4 and the outer barrel 2, the wind shielding structure is preferably arranged on the sealing gasket 11, at least one circle of blocking ribs arranged on one side of the sealing gasket 11 close to the inner barrel 3 in a relative drying manner is arranged on the sealing gasket 11, one end of each blocking rib is connected with the sealing gasket 11, the other end of each blocking rib is in a free state, each blocking rib radially protrudes and extends along a channel enclosed by the sealing gasket 11, each blocking rib can incline towards one side under the action of pressure difference between two sides, so that the circulation air flows through gaps formed after the inclination and the backflow of the protruded air flow is blocked, and the purpose of blocking the air flow in. Preferably, the free end of the blocking rib is in contact with a machine door extending into the opening of the outer barrel, so that the backflow prevention effect of the circulating airflow is further improved.
In the embodiment of the present invention, during the drying process of the clothes processing apparatus, the drying end node needs to be accurately determined to avoid the occurrence of load damage and the like caused by excessive drying of the load placed in the inner drum for drying process, and in view of this, a sensor needs to be disposed on the clothes processing apparatus to perform parameter detection on the airflow in the circulation air path, so as to determine whether the drying process is completed according to the detected parameters.
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the present embodiment describes a laundry treating apparatus including; an inner cylinder 3 for forming a closed water container when executing a washing program, and an air duct 4 with two ends connected with the inner cylinder 3 respectively to form a circulation air path; the circulating air path is provided with a humidity sensor 8 for detecting the humidity of the circulating air flow, and the humidity sensor is used for judging the drying completion node of the clothes treatment device.
The humidity sensor is arranged in the circulating air path, so that the humidity of circulating air flow flowing through the circulating air path is detected, the environment humidity in the inner cylinder is indirectly obtained, and the remarkable technical progress of accurately judging whether the drying of the load in the inner cylinder is finished is achieved.
In this embodiment, the humidity sensor 8 is disposed in the air duct 4 and/or the outer cylinder 2, so that the humidity sensor 8 is mounted on a relatively fixed component of the casing 1 of the clothes processing device, and the humidity sensor 8 does not rotate together with the inner cylinder 3, so that the humidity sensor 8 is conveniently connected with a power supply module and a control circuit board of the clothes processing device, and power supply connection and data transmission connection of the humidity sensor 8 are realized. Preferably, in order to improve the accuracy of humidity detection, the humidity sensor 8 is arranged at the air inlet end of the air duct 4 connected with the outer barrel 2, so that the humidity sensor 8 directly detects the humidity of the air flow flowing out of the outer barrel 2, thereby reducing the measurement error and improving the detection precision.
In order to further improve the detection precision, the humidity sensor can be arranged in the air outlet cavity 22 between the inner cylinder bottom 303 and the outer cylinder bottom 203, so that the humidity sensor 8 is arranged as close as possible to the air outlet of the inner cylinder 3, the humidity sensor 8 directly detects the air outlet flow flowing out of the inner cylinder 3, and the humidity detection precision is obviously improved.
In the embodiment, the inner cylinder 3 is coaxially sleeved in the outer cylinder 2, a gap is formed between the inner cylinder opening 301 and the outer cylinder opening 201 to form an air inlet cavity 21, and a gap is formed between the outer cylinder bottom 203 and the inner cylinder bottom 303 to form an air outlet cavity 22, air outlets on the sides of the air inlet end of the air duct 4 and the inner cylinder bottom 303 are communicated with the air outlet cavity 22, and air inlets on the sides of the air outlet end of the air duct 4 and the inner cylinder opening 301 are communicated with the air inlet cavity 21; the humidity sensor 8 is arranged at the air inlet end of the air duct 4. The position where the air inlet end of the air duct 4 is communicated with the outer cylinder 2 and the axial line of the outer cylinder 2, and the gaps between the inner cylinder wall 302 and the outer cylinder wall 202 are arranged in a staggered manner, so that the humidity of the air flow flowing into the air duct 4 is consistent with that of the air flow in the inner cylinder 3 as much as possible.
Simultaneously, in order to further promote the precision to the air current humidity detects, set up one with 4 air inlet ends in the wind channel of clothing processing apparatus and become the vertical corner that extends that makes progress by the level, humidity transducer 8 is in the corner to the air current that makes the corner of flowing through produces the diversion vortex, delays the velocity of flow, makes the humidity transducer 8 that is in the corner more abundant with the contact of the air current of flowing through, so that detect the precision and obtain showing and promote.
In this embodiment, a drying determination method applied to the clothes processing apparatus is further introduced, when the clothes processing apparatus performs drying processing on a load held in the inner drum 3 by using a circulating airflow between the inner drum 3 and the air duct 4, humidity detection is performed on the circulating airflow, and it is determined that the drying of the load is completed after the humidity detection value reaches a set value. Through carrying out humidity detection to circulating air to indirectly detect 3 internal environment humidity in the inner tube, and then reach the effect that whether the load finishes of drying in the accurate judgement inner tube.
In this embodiment, the humidity sensor 8 may detect the relative humidity or the absolute humidity of the airflow. Judging the drying degree of the clothes in the inner drum by detecting the variation of the humidity value in unit time, and finishing the drying program when the unit variation of the detected humidity value reaches a system set threshold; or directly comparing the humidity detection value with a set value to judge the clothes drying degree, and finishing the drying program when the detected humidity value reaches a system set threshold value.
In this embodiment, after the humidity detection value of the circulating airflow is smaller than the set value, it is determined that the drying of the load in the inner cylinder 3 is completed. And after the humidity detection value of the circulating air flow is smaller than the minimum set value, judging that the clothes are over-dried, stopping drying and giving a prompt. And after the humidity detection value of the circulating air flow is larger than the maximum set value, judging that the humidity sensor 8 is wrapped by the condensed water in the air duct and fails, and continuing the drying process until the humidity detection value is smaller than the maximum set value, and then judging whether the load drying is finished by using the detection value.
In this embodiment, after the laundry processing apparatus starts to execute the drying program, the time is counted until the drying program continues to execute the set time and the laundry processing apparatus is in the middle of the drying program, the detection of the start of the circulation airflow is performed, and the detection value is compared with the set value to determine whether the drying of the load is completed.
In order to improve the drying judgment accuracy, in this embodiment, the humidity of the circulating airflow may be checked at intervals of a certain time, and when the difference between two adjacent humidity detection values is smaller than a set difference value, the drying of the load in the inner cylinder is judged to be completed, so that the time node of the drying completion of the load in the inner cylinder is accurately judged by using the humidity change value.
As shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, a first humidity sensor 81 and a second humidity sensor 82 may be respectively disposed at the air outlet end and the air inlet end of the air duct 4 to respectively detect humidity of the airflow flowing into the inner barrel 3 and the airflow flowing out of the inner barrel. Set up a humidity transducer 8 respectively through 3 air outlets of inner tube and the air intake outside at clothing processing apparatus to the effect of the difference detection of realization outflow and inflow air current to inner tube 3, and then reach and utilize 3 inflows of inner tube and outflow air current humidity detection value to carry out accurate judgement to stoving finish time node.
Meanwhile, in this embodiment, the first humidity sensor 81 and the second humidity sensor 82 may be respectively disposed in the air inlet chamber 21 on the outer tub opening 201 side and the air outlet chamber 22 on the outer tub bottom 203 side, and may be correspondingly mounted on the outer tub 2.
In this embodiment, the air inlet end and the air outlet end of the air duct 4 are respectively provided with the temperature sensors, and then the following drying determination can be performed: and respectively detecting the temperatures of the circulating air flows at the air inlet of the inner cylinder 3 and the air outlet of the inner cylinder 3, and judging that the drying of the load in the inner cylinder is finished after the difference value between the detection value of the air inlet and the detection value of the air outlet is smaller than a set value.
Meanwhile, in this embodiment, when the laundry processing apparatus performs the drying process on the load held in the inner tub 3 by using the circulating airflow between the inner tub 3 and the air duct 4, the temperature of the circulating airflow is detected, the detection of the humidity of the airflow in the circulating air duct is started after the temperature detection value reaches the set value, and whether the drying of the load is completed is determined according to the humidity detection value.
In this embodiment, in order to discharge the water flow after the clothes in the inner drum 3 of the clothes treatment device are separated and realize the normal washing of the inner drum 3 with sealed water in the working process of the washing machine, the following settings are performed:
the inner cylinder 3 is provided with a washing normally closed hole 7, so that in the normal washing and rinsing processes of the inner cylinder 1, when the rotating speed of the inner cylinder 3 is lower than a set value, the washing normally closed hole 7 is closed, the inner cylinder directly forms a water containing cylinder for containing washing and rinsing water, and the clothes are washed or rinsed by using the washing and rinsing water remained in the inner cylinder; when the rotation speed of the inner cylinder is higher than a set value in the process of performing dehydration and drainage by the inner cylinder, the normally closed washing hole is opened, so that water in the inner cylinder directly flows out through the normally closed washing hole.
In the present embodiment, washing the normally closed cell 7 includes: holes, which are arranged on the inner cylinder 3 and are arranged in a penetrating way so as to allow water flow to pass through; the centrifugal valve is arranged on the inner barrel 3 and correspondingly arranged at the hole, the valve core of the centrifugal valve is used for plugging the hole, and the valve core of the centrifugal valve is opened under the action of centrifugal force after the rotating speed of the inner barrel reaches a set value. Preferably, the centrifugal valve further comprises an elastic member, and the elastic member is clamped between the valve core and the inner cylinder to provide a reset acting force for the valve core so as to push the valve core to block the hole. The centrifugal valve can be any valve body structure which can open the hole under the action of centrifugal force in the prior art.
Preferably, in order to realize the hidden arrangement of the washing normally closed hole 7, the washing normally closed hole 7 is arranged at the lifting rib 13 which is radially protruded on the inner wall of the inner cylinder 3, the hollow part inside the lifting rib 13 is arranged and communicated with the hollow part inside the inner cylinder, so that washing water can flow into the lifting rib by wall and flows out from the washing normally closed hole 7 corresponding to the hollow cavity inside the lifting rib.
In the present embodiment, in order to feed water into the inner drum 3 of the rotating clothes treatment device, a water feeding structure 6 having the following structure is provided: the center of the inner drum bottom 303 of the inner drum 3 is connected with a motor shaft arranged on a central shaft, the motor shaft is composed of a hollow sleeve, one end of the hollow sleeve is connected with a water inlet pipe of the clothes processing device, and the other end of the hollow sleeve is communicated with the inside of the inner drum.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the specific structure of the vent valve 5 in the embodiment of the present invention is as follows: comprises a valve plate 123, and the valve plate 123 is provided with a notch 124 through which gas only flows; the valve plate 123 is assembled on a mounting structure, the mounting structure comprises a valve seat 121 mounted on the inner cylinder 1, the valve seat 121 comprises a disc-shaped main body with a plurality of hollow parts 122, and the periphery of the disc-shaped valve seat 121 is fixed with the wall surface of a ventilation opening on the inner cylinder 1 in a sealing manner; one side of the valve seat 121 far away from the inner cylinder 1 is covered and laid with a valve plate 123, and the valve plate 123 is provided with a notch 124 through which air flows. The valve plate 123 is spaced from the disc-shaped valve seat 121 to leave a space for the valve plate 123 to deform.
Through the arrangement, the valve plate 123 can be fixedly assembled on the inner barrel 3, and the fixed installation of the valve plate 123 is realized; meanwhile, due to the blocking effect of the valve seat 121, the direct contact between the valve plate and the clothes and water flow in the cylinder is avoided, and the valve plate 123 is prevented from being directly impacted and damaged.
In this embodiment, the valve seat 121 includes two rings of annular brace rods that are coaxially arranged and have different diameters, and the outer ring of annular brace rods and the inner ring of annular brace rods are connected through a plurality of connecting rods that extend in the radial direction, and the connecting rods are evenly arranged at equal intervals and angles, and both ends of each connecting rod are connected with the inner periphery of the outer ring of annular brace rods and the outer periphery of the inner ring of annular brace rods respectively. Preferably, the inner ring annular support rib is arranged close to the inner part of the roller relative to the outer ring annular support rib, so that the connecting rib extends in an inward inclined manner.
In this embodiment, the outer ring support rib has a certain extension width along the axial direction, and one side of the outer ring support rib close to the inside of the roller is connected with the connecting rib, and one side of the outer ring support rib far away from the inner cylinder 1 is paved and covered with the valve plate 123.
In this embodiment, the valve plate 123 is made of an elastic material, so that the valve plate can deform under the action of the pressure difference between the two sides to close or open the notch 124 formed on the valve plate 123; preferably, the notch 124 on the valve plate 123 is in a cross shape, and the center of the cross shape is overlapped with the center of the ventilation opening.
In this embodiment, the valve plate 123 may be a two-way valve plate that is flat and can flow two-way airflow to two sides; the valve plate can also be an arc-shaped one-way valve plate which can only protrude out of the side and flow in one direction as shown in fig. 3 to 5, and the installation direction of the one-way valve plate can be automatically adjusted according to the flow direction of the air flow.
In the embodiment, the inner cylinder 3 is provided with a ventilation opening, the valve seat 121 is correspondingly covered and assembled in the ventilation opening, and the periphery of the valve seat 121 is in sealing fit with the inner wall of the ventilation opening; preferably, the outer ring support rib of the valve seat 121 is correspondingly and hermetically attached to the inner wall of the ventilation opening; preferably, the inner side and the outer side of the outer ring support rib are respectively provided with outward bent flanges, and the flanges are correspondingly attached to the inner side and the outer side of the inner cylinder 3, so that the valve seat 121 is tightly assembled on the inner cylinder 3.
In the water filling process of the washing machine, the valve plate 123 in this embodiment allows the interior of the inner tub without the dewatering holes to exchange air with the outside, so as to adjust the pressure inside the drum, and achieve the purpose of smooth water intake into the drum or smooth water discharge to the outside.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A laundry treating apparatus, comprising; an inner cylinder for sealing the water container when executing the washing program, and an air duct with two ends connected with the inner cylinder respectively to form a circulation air path; the method is characterized in that: and a humidity sensor for detecting the humidity of the circulating air flow is arranged on the circulating air path and used for judging the drying completion node of the clothes treatment device.
2. The clothes treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the inner cylinder is fitted in the outer cylinder, the inner cylinder is provided with a vent hole connected to the outer cylinder, and a vent valve for opening and closing the vent hole is installed at the vent hole; two ends of the air duct are respectively communicated with the gap between the inner barrel and the outer barrel, and the humidity sensor is arranged in the air duct and/or the outer barrel;
preferably, the vent hole is opened when the pressure difference between two sides of the vent valve reaches a set value, or the vent hole is closed by self elastic reset when the pressure difference between two sides of the vent valve does not reach the set value;
preferably, the vent valve comprises a valve plate covering the vent hole, the valve plate is hermetically connected with the periphery of the vent hole, and a notch which is arranged in a penetrating manner and is opposite to the vent hole is formed in the valve plate; the valve plate is made of elastic materials and used for sealing the opening by utilizing the elasticity of the valve plate when the valve plate is reset.
3. The clothes treating apparatus according to claim 2, wherein a fan for providing a driving force for the circulating air to flow in a single direction is provided in the air duct, and the humidity sensor is provided at an air inlet end of the air duct upstream of the fan;
preferably, the air inlet end of the air duct is communicated with the bottom of the bottom side of the outer barrel, and the air outlet end of the air duct is communicated with the top of the opening side of the outer barrel.

A clothes treating apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein an inner cylinder cover is installed at the opening of the inner cylinder to correspondingly close the opening of the inner cylinder when the clothes treating apparatus performs a washing procedure, the inner cylinder cover is provided with an air inlet communicated with the air outlet of the air duct, and the air inlet is provided with a first one-way vent valve; the bottom side of the inner cylinder is provided with an air outlet communicated with the air inlet end of the air duct, and the air outlet is provided with a second one-way vent valve;
preferably, a plurality of air inlets are arranged on the side of the opening of the inner cylinder, a plurality of air outlets are arranged on the side of the bottom of the inner cylinder, a first one-way vent valve is correspondingly arranged at each air inlet, and a second one-way vent valve is correspondingly arranged at each air outlet;
further preferably, each air inlet and each air outlet are symmetrically arranged on the inner cylinder axis.
5. A clothes treating apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein the inlet port of the inlet side of the inner cylinder is provided with a first one-way vent valve for allowing the air flow from the outer cylinder to the inner cylinder only by the pressure difference between both sides, and the outlet port of the bottom side of the inner cylinder is provided with a second one-way vent valve for allowing the air flow from the inner cylinder to the outer cylinder only by the pressure difference between both sides;
preferably, the first one-way vent valve comprises a first valve plate correspondingly covering the air inlet, the first valve plate is provided with a protruding part protruding towards the inner part of the inner cylinder, and the valve plate is provided with a notch which extends along the radial direction of the valve plate at the protruding part and penetrates through the valve plate;
