Background
China is a big agricultural country, animal husbandry is an important component of the first industry of China, important support is provided for economic development, and environmental pollution caused by livestock and poultry breeding plants gradually becomes a social concern. The pollution of the breeding plants mainly comes from odor pollution caused by livestock and poultry manure and water and soil pollution. For small-sized farmers, the livestock manure can be flexibly treated due to small cultivation scale, and a mode of returning the livestock manure to the field directly or returning the livestock manure to the field after drying is mostly adopted, but the national supervision is difficult to deepen, the pollution to the livestock manure is difficult to form strong and effective control, and many small and medium-sized farmers are forced to quit the market. However, due to market demands, production and life of people and other reasons, small and medium-sized farmers in China will exist for a long time in the future, and therefore, the process and equipment suitable for treating livestock and poultry manure of the small and medium-sized farmers need to be researched and developed.

Livestock manure treatment equipment suitable for small and medium-sized farms comprises a manure collecting tank, a cooling manure storage tank and a spiral anaerobic fermentation tank, wherein the tail end of the manure collecting tank is connected with the head end of the cooling manure storage tank through a detachable device, a support frame is installed at the tail end of the cooling manure storage tank and used for supporting the manure collecting tank and the cooling manure storage tank and adjusting the heights of the manure collecting tank and the cooling manure storage tank, a discharge port is formed in the side wall of the cooling manure storage tank and connected with the head end of the spiral anaerobic fermentation tank through a detachable fixing bayonet, a bacteria liquid adding port is formed in one side, close to the cooling manure storage tank, of the spiral anaerobic fermentation tank and used for adding fermentation bacteria liquid to the spiral anaerobic fermentation tank, a liquid discharge port is formed in the tail end of the spiral anaerobic fermentation tank and used for discharging biogas liquid and solid formed after fermentation, and an exhaust port is formed in the side wall of the lower portion of the spiral anaerobic fermentation tank, used for discharging the biogas formed after fermentation.
A heating device is arranged in the manure collecting tank, and the water content in the livestock and poultry manure is reduced by utilizing high temperature.
Spiral grooves are uniformly arranged in the spiral anaerobic fermentation tank, so that the aim of regulating and controlling the fermentation speed of the livestock and poultry manure by using the spiral grooves is fulfilled.
The spiral anaerobic fermentation tank adopts an inclined installation mode so as to utilize the gravity of the livestock and poultry manure, and the livestock and poultry manure can move in the spiral anaerobic fermentation tank.
The exhaust port is communicated with the methane tank or the methane tank.
The livestock and poultry manure treatment method suitable for small and medium-sized farms is carried out according to the following steps:
step 1, passing untreated livestock and poultry manure through a manure collecting tank, performing high-temperature heating dehydration treatment on the livestock and poultry manure by a heating device in the manure collecting tank, then entering a cooling manure storing box, and adjusting the temperature of the livestock and poultry manure treated by the heating device in the cooling manure storing box to obtain the livestock and poultry manure with the adjusted temperature, so that the livestock and poultry manure reaches the proper temperature for the action of mold and saccharomycetes, the treatment efficiency is greatly improved, and the energy input is reduced;
and 3, after reacting for a period of time, opening an exhaust port and a liquid outlet, conveying the biogas obtained by fermentation reaction to a biogas digester or a biogas tank through the exhaust port, and using the biogas slurry and the solids obtained by fermentation reaction as farmland fertilizers.
In the step 1, the water content of the untreated livestock manure is 70-80%, the water content of the livestock manure after being treated by the heating device is 40-50% so as to facilitate the treatment in the subsequent stage, and the high temperature of the heating device can also play a role in sterilizing the livestock manure.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the invention mainly aims at the design of equipment with low cost, easy disassembly and small occupied area, firstly, the excrement is dehydrated at high temperature, then the temperature is regulated, microbial oxidative fermentation is accelerated by adding bacterial liquid in a closed stirring way, and high-speed sequencing batch treatment is pertinently carried out on the excrement, thus solving the problems of small microbial quantity, slow reaction rate and high pollution in the traditional composting way.
