Some cigarettes are heated by adopting a mode of a composite filter stick, and a plurality of linear or spiral centerline adhesives are generally used for preventing quality problems such as empty head, turning around and the like. The strip 1 comprises a filling material 10 and a wrapping material 11 surrounding the filling material 10, and is cylindrical as a whole. A first adhesive 12 is applied between the filler material 10 and the wrapper 11, and the filler material 10 and the wrapper 11 are bonded by the first adhesive 12. The first adhesive 12 preferably occupies 3% -30% of the contact surface of the two, preferably has a width of 0.2mm-5mm, and a thickness of 0.05-1mm, and the material is mainly water-based adhesive. The first adhesive 12 is a center line adhesive extending in a straight line or spiral along the axial direction of the strip 1. Further, when the wrapping material 11 is rolled into a circular shape, the ends overlap, a second adhesive 13 is applied between the overlapping portions, and the ends of the wrapping material 11 are bonded by the second adhesive 13. The second adhesive 13 preferably occupies 40% -80% of the overlapping surface, preferably has a width of 0.2mm-3mm, and a thickness of 0.05-1mm, and the material is mainly hot melt adhesive. The second adhesive 13 should be prevented from being heated.

Furthermore, the cylindrical hole 25 is configured with a notch 23 so that at least a portion of the surface of the strip 1 is not heated. As can be seen from fig. 2, the inner surface of the cylindrical hole 25 mainly contacts the surface of the strip 1 where the center line glue 12 is located, so as to heat the center line glue 12, and the notch 23 of the cylindrical hole 25 prevents the overlapping part of the strip 1 from being heated.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown particularly in fig. 3, the inner surface of the cylindrical bore 25 has a heating layer 22. The heating layer 22 includes a resistive layer 220, a ceramic layer 221, a first electrode 222, and a second electrode 223. The resistive layer 220 is coated on the inner surface of the cylindrical hole 25, and the ceramic layer 221 is coated on the resistive layer 220. The ceramic layer 221 is disposed on the resistor layer 220, mainly because the surface of the ceramic layer 221 is smooth, so that the bar 1 can run smoothly in the cylindrical hole 25, and the surface shape of the bar 1 is prevented from being damaged. Further, the first electrode 222 is connected to one end of the resistive layer 220, and the second electrode 223 is connected to the other end of the resistive layer 220. The first electrode 222 and the second electrode 223 can provide electric energy, so that the resistive layer 220 heats up, and the center line glue 12 of the strip 1 is heated by the ceramic layer 221. The heating temperature of the heating layer 22 is preferably 80 to 500 ℃.
In the present invention, the first heating block 20 and the second heating block 21 are slidably connected to the base 3. Specifically, the first heating block 20 and the second heating block 21 are each capable of sliding in the horizontal direction along the surface of the base 3. By such arrangement, the size of the cylindrical hole 25 formed between the first heating block 20 and the second heating block 21 can be adjusted. Because the specifications of the strips 1 are different and the circumferences of the strips are possibly different, the strips 1 with different diameters can be heated by arranging the movable first heating block 20 and the movable second heating block 21, and the outer surfaces of the strips 1 with different diameters can be well and fully covered, so that the heating efficiency is effectively improved.
The first heating block 20 and the second heating block 21 are respectively provided with a connecting piece 26, the connecting piece 26 is provided with a rod portion 27 and a protruding portion 28 extending outwards from the bottom end of the rod portion 27, and the base 3 is provided with a cavity 30 corresponding to the position of the connecting piece 26 so as to accommodate the protruding portion 28 of the connecting piece.
The cavity 30 has an opening 32, the opening 32 having a dimension that is larger than the stem 27 and smaller than the projection 28. In this way, the projection 28 of the connecting element 26 is engaged in the cavity 30, while the stem 27 can move in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the strip 1, within the width defined by the opening 32. As shown in fig. 2, a state in which a gap 24 is formed between the first heating block 20 and the second heating block 21 is shown.
Wherein, the first heating block 20 and the second heating block 21 are fixedly connected or integrally formed with the respective connecting pieces 26. In one embodiment, the connection 26 may simply be a bolt threadedly coupled to the first and second heating blocks 20 and 21.
In a preferred embodiment, the first heating block 20 or the second heating block 21 has one or more of the connectors 26, and the base 3 has one or more cavities 30, respectively, to accommodate the one or more connectors 26. For example, one connecting piece 26 is provided at each of both ends of the first heating block 20 or the second heating block 21 in the axial direction of the strip 1.
