Technical Field

The strip 1 comprises a filling material 10 and a wrapping material 11 around the filling material 10, and is cylindrical as a whole. The first adhesive 12 is applied between the filling material 10 and the wrapping material 11, and the filling material 10 and the wrapping material 11 are bonded by the first adhesive 12. The first adhesive 12 preferably accounts for 3% -30% of the contact surface of the two, preferably has a width of 0.2mm-5mm and a thickness of 0.05-1mm, and is mainly made of water-based adhesive. The first adhesive 12 is a middle line glue extending linearly or spirally along the axial direction of the strip 1. The heating layer 22 includes a resistive layer 220, a ceramic layer 221, a first electrode 222, and a second electrode 223. The resistive layer 220 is coated on the inner surface of the cylindrical hole 25, and the ceramic layer 221 is coated on the resistive layer 220. The ceramic layer 221 is disposed on the resistor layer 220, mainly because the surface of the ceramic layer 221 is smooth, the bar 1 can smoothly run in the cylindrical hole 25, and the surface shape of the bar 1 is prevented from being damaged. In addition, the first electrode 222 is connected to one end of the resistive layer 220, and the second electrode 223 is connected to the other end of the resistive layer 220. With this arrangement, the size of the cylindrical hole 25 formed between the first heating block 20 and the second heating block 21 can be adjusted. Because the circumferential sizes of the strips 1 are different due to different specifications, the strips 1 with different diameters can be heated by arranging the movable first heating block 20 and the movable second heating block 21, the outer surfaces of the strips 1 with different diameters can be well and fully covered, and the heating efficiency is effectively improved.
The first heating block 20 and the second heating block 21 each have a connecting member 26, the connecting member 26 has a rod portion 27 and a protrusion 28 extending outwardly from a bottom end of the rod portion 27, and the base 3 has a cavity 30 corresponding to the connecting member 26 for receiving the protrusion 28 of the connecting member.
The cavity 30 has an opening 32, the opening 32 having a size larger than the stem portion 27 and smaller than the protrusion 28. In this way, the projection 28 of the coupling element 26 is engaged in the cavity 30, while the stem 27 can move within the width defined by the opening 32 in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the bar 1. As shown in fig. 2, a state in which a gap 24 is formed between the first heating block 20 and the second heating block 21 is shown.
The first heating block 20 and the second heating block 21 are fixedly connected with the respective connectors 26 or integrally formed. In one embodiment, the connector 26 may simply be a bolt that is threaded with the first heating block 20 and the second heating block 21.
In a preferred embodiment, the first heating block 20 or the second heating block 21 has more than one of the connectors 26, and the base 3 has more than one cavity 30 to accommodate the more than one of the connectors 26.
