一种通信方法、终端设备和网络设备。其中,通信方法包括:第一终端设备接收第二配置信息,第二配置信息用于指示获取第一终端设备和第二终端设备之间的直接通信的第一信息;第一信息包括以下至少一项:业务发送时延、业务发送吞吐量、业务接收吞吐量、业务发送数据量、业务接收数据量、业务数据包丢包率,或第一终端设备与第二终端设备之间的控制信息;第一终端设备获取第一信息;第一终端设备将第一信息发送给网络设备。上述方法增大了获取直接通信系统的信息量。
