In one embodiment, the first preset condition may be: whether the current time point is within a preset time point or whether the current time period is within a preset time period, and if so, corresponding preset conditions are met.
The second preset condition may be: whether the current position information is in a preset place or a preset geographic position range or not, and if so, corresponding preset conditions are met.
The third preset condition may be: whether the current application information is in the application information range allowing query or not, and if yes, the current application information accords with the corresponding preset condition. The application information comprises application categories, application names, application functions and the like, for example, if the current application belongs to the blacklist application, the query is not allowed or the relevant information is not allowed to be provided, and in this way, the security can be improved.
The fourth preset condition may be: and judging whether the current foreground application information is in the range of the application information allowed to be inquired, and if so, conforming to the corresponding preset condition. The application information comprises application categories, or application names, or application functions, etc., for example, if the current foreground application belongs to an unsafe application, the query is not allowed or the related information is not allowed to be provided, and in this way, the security can be improved.
The fifth preset condition may be: whether the current background application information is in the application information range allowed to be inquired or not, and if yes, corresponding preset conditions are met. The application information includes an application category, an application name, an application function, and the like, for example, if the current background application belongs to an insecure application or an application with a high resource consumption (such as a CPU, a GPU, a memory, a cache, a network resource, an electric quantity, and the like), the query is not allowed or the related information is not allowed to be provided, and in this way, the more secure and intelligent can be achieved.
The sixth preset condition may be: and whether the installed application information of the terminal meets the safety condition or not is judged, and if yes, the corresponding preset condition is met. For example, when a bank application or function is queried, whether a security application and/or service exists in the currently installed application is detected, and if not, the query request is not responded and/or corresponding prompt information is output, so that the security and intelligence can be realized.
The seventh preset condition may be: whether the time, the location, the content, the mode and the like of the query request accord with the habit of the user or not is detected, if so, the corresponding preset condition is met, if not, the potential safety hazard possibly exists, the query request is not responded and/or the corresponding prompt information is not output, and through the mode, the safety and the intelligence can be realized.
The eighth preset condition may be: and if the current mode of the terminal is not the preset mode, the terminal does not respond to the query request and/or output corresponding prompt information.
The ninth preset condition may be: if the query request trigger area is at least one of the following: the method comprises the following steps of loading a screen preset area, a tray preset area, a desktop preset area, a preset Widget component, a desktop interface preset area, an application interface preset area, a system interface preset area, a screen locking interface preset area, a screen turning-off interface preset area, a standby interface preset area, a fingerprint identification area and the like, and judging that a ninth preset condition is met; otherwise, the query request may not be responded to and/or the corresponding prompt information may be output.
The tenth preset condition may be: if the query request triggering mode is at least one of the following modes: a tenth preset condition can be judged to be met if a voice mode, a virtual key mode, a floating button mode, a physical key mode, a virtual and physical key preset combination mode and the like are preset; otherwise, the query request may not be responded to and/or the corresponding prompt information may be output.
For example, the query request of the terminal is "how to query the WeChat application program to send the voice red packet", and the scenario information is that the current application is the WeChat application program. In one embodiment, when the target object is a video capture function, the terminal will play an alert tone "next introduce a video capture function for you, first, please open the video application …". Then the terminal can adjust the video application program to a preset area of the display interface, so that the user can carry out relevant operations along with the prompt tone, and the video shooting function is easier to learn.

An embodiment of the present application provides an information obtaining method, please refer to fig. 5, which may be applied to a terminal, and specifically includes the following steps:

The terminal obtains an information query request input by a user, and analyzes the information query request to obtain an information query keyword. The keywords of the information query may include, but are not limited to, application keywords, modifier keywords, and function keywords. The application keyword is an application to be queried in the information query request input by the user, for example, when the information query request input by the user is "how to use WeChat to send a red packet", the application keyword of the information query request is WeChat. The function keyword is a function to be queried in the information query request input by the user, for example, when the information query request input by the user is "how to add a phone number in an address book", the function keyword of the information query request is a phone number. In the embodiment of the application, the information query request input by the user is obtained, the information query keyword is obtained according to the information query request of the user, the information query keyword is matched with the preset guide information path keyword to determine the matched guide information path, and finally, the guide information is provided for the user according to the matched guide information path. Therefore, by adopting the method, the user does not need to search in multiple stages, only the guide information path needs to be determined, the guide information to be known can be obtained according to the guide information path, and the information searching efficiency can be improved.
An embodiment of the present application provides an information obtaining method, please refer to fig. 6, which can be executed by a terminal, and specifically includes the following steps:

In order to simplify the process of acquiring the guide information by the user, the terminal can perform keyword identification on the guide information in advance so as to obtain a guide information path keyword; each piece of guiding information corresponds to one group of guiding information path keywords. Based on the guiding information path key, a corresponding guiding information path may be generated. It is understood that each guiding information path may correspond to a group of guiding information path keywords, and the corresponding relationship is shown in table 1.

When the application keyword is matched with the application guidance keyword, the modification keyword is matched with the modification guidance keyword, and the function keyword is matched with the function guidance keyword, there may be a case where one or more keywords cannot be completely matched, for example, the information query keyword corresponding to the information query request input by the user includes a "WeChat, open, and floating window", and the function keyword in the information query keyword is a "floating window", but the terminal cannot query the keyword in the above table 1, which indicates that the information query request input by the user cannot directly find the corresponding guidance information path. When the terminal searches for the information query keyword through the internet, the information query keyword can be copied and searched through various large search engines (such as Baidu, Google and the like). And automatically selecting one piece of information with the highest matching degree as the guide information corresponding to the information query keyword by the system according to the searched result. Optionally, the terminal may prompt the user that the guidance information is information queried through the internet, and the user may select whether to learn the guidance information by himself. For example, the terminal may prompt the user through voice, where the prompt content is that "the information query request input by the user fails to query corresponding content in the system library, and asks whether to display an internet search result for the user", and if the user agrees to view the information, the terminal may display corresponding guidance information on a display interface of the terminal. Optionally, the terminal may analyze the guidance information queried through the internet, obtain a guidance information path keyword corresponding to the guidance information, and generate a corresponding guidance information path; and adding the guide information path and the guide information path keywords into the table 1 to enrich the content of the table 1, so that the user can search for the next time conveniently.
It should be noted that S605 and S606 are specific execution steps corresponding to two determination results of the determination step S604, S605 and S606 are only a reference sequence, and the execution sequence of the specific steps is not limited in this embodiment.

In the embodiment of the application, the terminal can perform keyword identification on the pre-stored guidance information and generate the guidance information path corresponding to the guidance information path keyword according to the acquired guidance information path keyword. When an information query request input by a user is received, acquiring an information query keyword according to the information query request of the user, matching the information query keyword with a preset guide information path keyword to determine a matched guide information path, and finally providing guide information for the user according to the matched guide information path. Therefore, by adopting the method, the user does not need to search in multiple stages, only the guiding information path needs to be determined, the guiding information needing to be known can be obtained according to the guiding information path, and the information searching efficiency can be improved.
Based on the description of the embodiment of the information acquisition method, the embodiment of the application provides an application scenario in which the information acquisition method is applied to a terminal. In this application scenario, the operation process of the terminal adopting the information obtaining method in the embodiment shown in fig. 4 to 6 may include the following steps: the user inputs a section of voice through a microphone of the terminal, and the terminal determines the query request of the user as ' how to send a group chat red packet by using WeChat ' by analyzing the voice input by the user '.
