Description

Method, device, terminal and storage medium for displaying operation guide information

Background
With the development of terminal technology, the terminal can be installed with various kinds of application clients, such as video application clients, news information application clients, shopping application clients, game application clients, and the like. Taking a video application client as an example, in order to improve the use experience of a user, the application client often includes more functions, such as page ordering, program subscription, video playback, and the like, which makes the cost for the user to learn how to use the application client higher. Therefore, how to enable the user to quickly grasp the functions of the application client is a problem that needs to be solved at present.
Currently, many application clients guide users to use the application clients by setting new hand guides. For example, when the user uses the application client for the first time, a part of functions of the application client are presented to the user through a guide screen so that the user can grasp how to use the functions.
The problem with the above scheme is that, because the application client only guides the user with a new hand when the application client is used for the first time, once the user does not grasp a certain function, the user cannot learn again through the new hand guide, so that the user is still unfamiliar with the function when using the application client, and even cannot find the function, and the human-computer interaction efficiency is low.

In an alternative implementation, the guidance options for the target function can be displayed in the form of a selection box. Correspondingly, the step of displaying the guiding options of at least one target function on the searching interface by the terminal comprises the following steps: the terminal can display the function name and the selection frame of the at least one target function in the result display area of the search interface, and take the selection frame of the at least one target function as a guiding option of the at least one target function, wherein the selection frame of the at least one target function is triggered by a determining guiding button in the search interface. Through displaying the function name and the selection frame of the target function, a user can select the target function expected to be learned according to the requirement, and the selection mode is simple and direct, and the man-machine efficiency is high.
For example, referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a search interface of another application client according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5, the search interface is divided into two areas, a left area is a search area, and a right area is a result display area. The description of the search area is referred to in fig. 4, and will not be described herein. When the user desires to learn the navigation bar sorting function, the first letter PX of the sorting is input in the search area, and the terminal determines three target functions of the navigation bar sorting, the setting item sorting and the individual recommendation sorting. Then, the terminal displays the function names of the three target functions in a result display area of the search interface, each function name corresponds to a selection frame, the user can select the corresponding target function by checking the selection frame, and the terminal search interface further comprises a confirmation guide button: "start boot". The user can trigger the guidance option of the selected target function by clicking the start guidance button, and start the corresponding guidance flow.
In an alternative implementation, the boot options for the target function can also be displayed in the form of a trigger component. Correspondingly, the step of displaying the guiding options of the at least one target function on the searching interface by the terminal comprises the following steps: the terminal can display the trigger component of the at least one target function in the result display area of the search interface, wherein one target function corresponds to one trigger component, and the trigger component of the at least one target function is used as a guiding option of the at least one target function. Optionally, the triggering component is a button, a text hyperlink, a picture hyperlink, or the like, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. By taking the triggering component of the target function as a guiding option of the target function, a user can quickly select the target function expected to be learned, the selection mode is simple and direct, and the man-machine efficiency is high.
When the terminal displays the guiding option of the at least one target function on the search interface, at least one resource related to the search keyword, such as a movie resource, a commodity resource, a news resource, and the like, can also be displayed on the search interface. Optionally, the guiding option of the at least one target function is displayed above the resource. By displaying the guiding options of the target function and the resources related to the search keywords on the search interface, the learning cost of the user is reduced, and the man-machine interaction efficiency is improved.
It should be noted that, the application client may set a resource search interface for searching resources and a function search interface for searching functions, where the search interface displaying the guiding options of at least one target function is a function search interface. By distinguishing the resource searching interface for searching resources and the function searching interface for searching functions, the searching range of the terminal during searching based on the searching keywords can be reduced, the operation amount of the terminal is reduced, and the resources of the terminal are saved.
304. And responding to the triggering operation of the guiding options of any target function, and displaying first operation guiding information in a first display area corresponding to a first functional component associated with any target function in a first interface by the terminal, wherein the first operation guiding information is used for guiding a user to operate the first functional component so as to position any target function.
In the embodiment of the application, the target function can be located at any interface of the application client, optionally, the target function is located at a first-level interface of the application client, such as a home page of the application client, or the target function is located at a second-level interface or a third-level interface of the application client, where the second-level interface is a next-level interface that is skipped through a component in the home page, and the third-level interface is a next-level interface of the second-level interface. Each interface corresponds to an interface identifier, and each component in the interface corresponds to a component identifier.
Accordingly, this step can be implemented by the following sub-steps 3041 to 3044.
3041. For the guiding option of any target function, responding to the triggering operation of the guiding option, the terminal can acquire instruction information, wherein the instruction information is used for indicating an interface to be displayed and a functional component to be guided.
After triggering the guiding option, the terminal can respond to the triggering operation of the guiding option to acquire instruction information. Optionally, the instruction information is obtained from the server by the terminal or from a local storage space of the terminal.
In an alternative implementation, the step of obtaining instruction information from the server by the terminal is: and responding to the triggering operation of the guiding options, the terminal sends an instruction information acquisition request to the server and receives instruction information returned by the server. The instruction information acquisition request carries an option identifier of the guiding option. By requesting instruction information from the server, the terminal can acquire the latest instruction information when the application client performs incremental update and at least one of the interface or the component is changed.
In an alternative implementation, the step of obtaining, by the terminal, instruction information from the local storage space includes: and responding to the triggering operation of the guiding options, and acquiring instruction information from the association relationship between the option identifiers stored by the terminal and the instruction information by the terminal according to the option identifiers of the guiding options. The association relation between the option identification and the instruction information is stored in the local storage of the terminal. By storing the instruction information in the local storage of the terminal, the application client can acquire the instruction information and guide the user when the application client is not connected with the network. The terminal can store the association relation between the option identifier and the instruction information in the form of a mapping relation key value pair, wherein the option identifier is a key, and the instruction information is a value.
For example, if the option identifier of the guide option of the navigation bar sorting function is "navigation bar sorting", the terminal stores "navigation bar sorting": the mapping relation key value pair of HOME-navigation bar button identification-LONG_CLICK instruction-SORT-navigation button identification-CLICK instruction. The terminal can obtain instruction information of HOME-navigation bar button identification-LONG_CLICK instruction-SORT-navigation button identification-CLICK instruction according to the navigation bar sequencing.
It should be noted that, the server may also store the association relationship between the option identifier and the instruction information in the form of a mapping relationship key value pair, and return the instruction information having the association relationship with the option identifier of the guiding option to the terminal after receiving the option identifier carrying the guiding option sent by the terminal.
After the terminal obtains the instruction information, the terminal can also analyze the instruction information in sequence to obtain at least one interface identifier, at least one component identifier and at least one operation instruction. In the analysis process, in response to the terminal analyzing the interface identifier, displaying an interface corresponding to the interface identifier. And responding to the analysis of the component identifier by the terminal, determining a functional component corresponding to the component identifier in the currently displayed interface, and displaying operation guide information of the functional component in a display area corresponding to the functional component. And in response to the analysis of the operation instruction by the terminal, detecting whether the operation instruction corresponding to the currently received operation is identical to the operation instruction, if so, continuing to analyze by the terminal, and if not, displaying prompt information by the terminal.
It should be noted that, the form of the instruction information is not limited in the embodiment of the present application, and the instruction information may be selected from the above-mentioned short-line connection form, JSON (JavaScript Object Notation, JS object numbered musical notation) form, and the like.
3042. And the terminal displays the first interface according to the instruction information.
The terminal can analyze the instruction information to obtain at least one guide instruction, wherein the guide instruction comprises a page identifier and an option identifier. The terminal can acquire a first guide instruction, namely, a guide instruction with the execution sequence at the first position from the at least one guide instruction as a target guide instruction. The terminal can acquire a first interface identifier from the target guide instruction, and display a first interface according to the first interface identifier. The first interface is an initial interface for guiding the target function by the terminal.
Optionally, the first interface is a first-level interface of the application client, such as a home page of the application client; or the first interface is a lower interface of the first-level interface, such as a login interface, a search interface, a navigation interface and the like of the application client. In the embodiment of the application, the first interface is a home page of the application client. By guiding the user from the home page of the application client, the user can more comprehensively know how to find the target function. The problem that the user does not know how to jump to the page where the target function is located due to the fact that the page where the target function is located is directly located is avoided.
3043. And the terminal determines a first function component associated with the target function in the first interface according to the instruction information.
The terminal can acquire a first component identifier from the target guide instruction, and according to the first component identifier, a first function component associated with the target function is determined in a first interface. In an embodiment of the present application, a functional component is considered to be associated with a target function if the target function can be located by the functional component. That is, the functional component associated with the target function is a component that can be located to the target function after the page is jumped through the functional component.
3044. And the terminal displays the first operation guide information of the first functional component in a first display area corresponding to the first functional component.
In this embodiment of the present application, optionally, the terminal may display a first display area corresponding to the first component according to the first component identifier of the first component. The terminal can then acquire first operation guidance information of the first functional component from the attribute information of the first functional component. Finally, the terminal displays the first operation guide information in the first display area. Optionally, the terminal may further generate a display component in a first display area corresponding to the first functional component, where the display component is displayed on the first interface in a floating layer manner, or the display component is displayed on the first interface in a bubble manner. The terminal can display the first operation guide information of the first functional component in the display component. The first operation guide information is obtained from the attribute information of the first functional component, and the first operation guide information is displayed on the first interface in the form of the floating layer or the air bubble, so that a user can be better prompted to operate the first component, and the man-machine interaction efficiency is improved.
It should be noted that, the instruction information is further used for indicating an operation instruction to be executed, and after the first operation guiding information of the first functional component is displayed in the first display area corresponding to the first functional component, the terminal can also detect the operation instruction triggered by the user. In response to detecting a first operation instruction corresponding to the first functional component, the terminal can display a second interface according to the instruction information, wherein the second interface determines a second functional component associated with the target function, and the second interface is associated with the first functional component, wherein the operation triggered by the user is consistent with the operation indicated by the first operation guide information. The terminal can display second operation guide information of the second functional component in a second display area corresponding to the second functional component. In another description manner, the terminal can obtain the guide instruction with the execution sequence at the second position from the at least one guide instruction, and the guide instruction is used as the target guide instruction, namely, the target guide instruction is updated. And then the terminal can display second operation guide information of a second functional component of the target function in a second display area corresponding to the second functional component of the target function included in the second interface according to the target guide instruction.
It should be noted that, in response to detecting the exit instruction, which indicates that the user may want to exit the guiding process, the terminal may display first prompting information, where the first prompting information is used to prompt the user whether to confirm exiting the guiding process. In response to detecting other operation instructions different from the first operation instruction and the exit instruction, the terminal indicates that the operation triggered by the user is inconsistent with the operation indicated by the first operation guiding information, and the terminal can display second prompting information, wherein the second prompting information is used for prompting the user to operate the first functional component according to the operation guiding information.
For example, taking the instruction information acquired by the terminal as "HOME-navigation bar button identifier-long_clip instruction-SORT-navigation button identifier-clip instruction" as an example, the terminal analyzes the instruction information to obtain two guide instructions, where the first guide instruction is "HOME-navigation bar button identifier-long_clip instruction" and the second guide instruction is "SORT-navigation button identifier-clip instruction". The terminal takes the first guiding instruction as a target guiding instruction, wherein the target guiding instruction comprises a first interface identifier "HOME", a first component identifier "navigation bar button identifier" and a first operation instruction "long_CLICK instruction". The terminal displays a HOME page of the application client according to HOME, determines a component of a navigation bar button according to a navigation bar button identifier, and then acquires operation guide information of entering a navigation sorting interface by pressing a determination button on a remote controller for a long time from attribute information of the navigation bar button as first operation guide information. And then, the terminal displays a 'the determination button on the long-press remote controller enters the navigation sequencing interface' in the floating layer corresponding to the navigation bar button. If the user does not press the determination button on the remote controller for a long time, but performs other operations, the terminal displays "please operate according to the prompt: and long-time pressing of a determination button on the remote controller enters a navigation sequencing interface. If the user presses the determination button on the remote controller for a LONG time, a LONG_CLICK instruction is triggered, the terminal responds to the LONG_CLICK instruction, and the terminal acquires a second guide instruction SORT-navigation button identification-CLICK instruction as a target guide instruction. The terminal displays a second interface, namely a navigation sequencing interface, according to a second interface identifier 'SORT' included in the second guiding instruction, then the terminal determines a navigation button on the navigation sequencing interface according to a second component identifier 'navigation button identifier' included in the second guiding instruction, and obtains operation guiding information of 'clicking a determination button on a remote controller and selecting a navigation button needing to be adjusted' from attribute information of the navigation button as second operation guiding information. And finally, displaying and clicking a determination button on the remote controller in a second display area corresponding to the navigation button, and selecting the navigation button needing to be adjusted in position. When the instruction information includes three or more guide instructions, the terminal can sequentially execute the guide instructions until the last guide instruction is executed. The execution mode of each guide instruction is the same and will not be described in detail here.
It should be noted that, the terminal is further capable of setting a third interface currently displayed by the application client to a guiding state in response to the global guiding instruction, where the guiding state is used to instruct display of operation guiding information on the selected functional component in the third interface; in response to a selection operation of any one of the functional components in the third interface, the terminal can display operation guide information of the functional component. The manner in which the terminal displays the operation guiding information of any functional component is referred to the above step 3044, and will not be described herein. By setting the interface displayed by the application client as a guiding state, a user can view operation guiding information of all functional components in the currently displayed interface, so that the actions of the functional components are known, and the man-machine interaction efficiency is improved.
For example, the user can trigger the global guidance command by pressing the menu key for a long time, the terminal sets the currently displayed interface to a guidance state, the user can move the focus on the screen of the terminal by using the remote controller, and the terminal displays the operation guidance information of the functional component where the focus is located.
It should be noted that, the above steps 301 to 304 are optional implementation manners of the method for displaying operation guidance information provided by the embodiment of the present application, and correspondingly, the method for displaying operation guidance information provided by the embodiment of the present application may also be implemented in other manners. For example, various components in the application client, such as buttons, hyperlinked text, hyperlinked pictures, etc., that can interact with the user can implement the interface provided by the client framework, and then guide the user to correctly locate the location of the function desired to be learned when the application client is running based on the client framework.
The client framework is described as follows:
first, the client framework can define interfaces in the application client. For example, the first page is defined as: HOME, list page is defined as: CHANNEL, details page defined as: DETAIL, navigation ranking page is defined as: SORT. Other interfaces are not listed in one-to-one fashion in embodiments of the present application.
Secondly, the client framework can be accessed with functional components needed in the booting process. For example, a navigation bar button, a search button, a login button, etc. in the home page. The attribute information of the functional component further includes operation guiding information of the functional component, for example, operation guiding information of a navigation bar button is: clicking the button can jump to the list page and pressing the button long can jump to the navigation ordering page.
Again, the client framework can associate the functional components, the manner in which the functional components interact, and the interfaces that can be jumped through the functional components, building a directed acyclic graph. For example, the navigation button supports two interaction modes, namely clicking and LONG pressing, respectively defined as CLICK and LONG_CLICK, the CLICK is associated with a list page, and the LONG_CLICK is associated with a navigation ranking page.
Alternatively, directed acyclic graphs are shown with reference to FIG. 6, FIG. 6 is a schematic illustration of a directed acyclic graph provided according to an embodiment of the application. The lines in the figures represent: 1. a LOGIN button in the HOME interface is jumped to the LOGIN interface through CLICK; 2. a SEARCH button in the HOME interface is jumped to the SEARCH interface through CLICK; 3. the navigation bar button in the HOME interface is jumped to the CHANNEL interface through the CLICK CLICK, and a screening button exists in the CHANNEL and can perform the CLICK CLICK. 4. And a navigation bar button in the HOME interface is jumped to the SORT interface through LONG-time pressing of the LONG_CLICK, and the navigation button exists in the SORT interface and can be clicked by the CLICK.
Finally, the client framework can register the functions supported by the application client. For example, for a navigation bar ordering function, a guide option registered by the function in the client framework is identified as "navigation bar ordering", a guide path of the navigation bar ordering is HOME-navigation bar button-long_clip-start-navigation button-clip, and the guide path is used as the instruction information. The client framework can generate a pair of relationship mapping key value pairs from the boot path: "navigation bar ordering": "HOME-navigation bar button-LONG_CLICK-SORT-navigation button-CLICK". The list page screening function mapping relation key value pair is: list page screening function ": "HOME-navigation bar button-CLICK-CHANNEL-Screen button-CLICK". Each function item corresponds to a mapping relation key value pair, and the embodiment of the application is not listed one by one.
The method for displaying operation guide information provided by the embodiment of the application is realized when the client side is operated on the basis of the client side framework.
Firstly, a terminal determines at least one target function from a plurality of functions of an application client based on a search keyword input by a search interface of the application client, wherein function description information of the target function comprises the search keyword;
Then, the terminal displays a guiding option of the at least one target function on the searching interface, wherein the guiding option is used for providing guiding flow of the selected function.
And responding to the triggering operation of the guiding option of any target function, and acquiring instruction information. The terminal analyzes the instruction information based on the client frame and executes the analyzed instruction based on the client frame.
For example, the instruction information is "HOME-navigation bar button-long_clip-start-navigation button-clip", the terminal divides the instruction information based on the client frame with "-" dashed lines as separation points, and HOM indicates that the client frame will display a top page of the application client; "navigation bar button" means that the client frame will highlight the navigation bar button in a floating layer in which operation guide information of the navigation bar button is displayed, and optionally, the operation guide information is generated by the client frame according to "long_clip": "long press navigation bar button". After the operation guide information of the navigation bar button is displayed, the terminal can detect the operation triggered by the user based on the client frame, and the operation of the non-long-press navigation bar button is shielded, and optionally, the client frame can display prompt information to prompt when the user triggers the operation of the non-long-press navigation bar button; when the terminal detects the operation of pressing the navigation bar button for a long time based on the client frame, the terminal displays a navigation sequencing interface of the application client according to the parsed SORT based on the client frame, then highlights the navigation button in a floating layer form, and displays operation guiding information of the navigation button in the floating layer, wherein the operation guiding information is optionally generated by the client frame according to CLICK: "click navigation button". After the user clicks the navigation button, the guiding is finished, the terminal cancels floating layer display based on the client frame, and guiding is finished. And then the user can continue to perform navigation bar sorting operation through the up-down, left-right and other direction keys.
In order to make the flow of guiding the user by the terminal based on the client framework clearer, taking the example that the user desires to learn the navigation bar ordering function, as shown in fig. 7, fig. 7 is a flow chart for guiding the user according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 7, the following flow is included: 701. the terminal displays a search interface of the application client and acquires the 'order' input by a user in an input box of the search interface; 702. the terminal displays at least one guiding option of the target function on the searching interface; 703. the terminal detects the triggering operation of the user on the guiding option of any target function; 704. the terminal displays a home page, and displays 'focus moves to a navigation bar' in a floating layer mode; 705. the terminal detects whether a user presses a prompt operation or not; 706. the terminal displays a navigation sequencing interface opened by long-time pressing of an ok key in a floating layer mode; 707. the terminal detects whether a user presses a prompt operation or not; 708. the terminal displays a 'channel (navigation button) for selecting a desired mobile position on a navigation sequencing interface' in a floating layer form; 709. the terminal detects whether a user presses a prompt operation or not; 710. the terminal displays "move channel data by pressing up and down left and right keys" in a floating layer form.
In the embodiment of the application, the search page of the application client provides the search entries of a plurality of functions of the application client, so that a user can search for a certain function by inputting the search keyword in the search page when the user wants to use the function, the terminal can display related operation guide information on the first interface through the triggering operation of the guide option of the function so as to guide the user to locate the function, and the user can find and learn to use the function, thereby improving the man-machine interaction efficiency.
