201. the terminal acquires target information input by a user.
The target information is information to be inquired input by a user.
202. And the terminal determines a target function matched with the target information and acquires a guide video of the target function.
The target function is any function, such as a bill export function, a nominal account inquiry function and the like, the guide video is a video for introducing the target function, and the guide video of the target function comprises content which is description of the target function. For example, the target function is a lead-out billing function, and the guide video of the lead-out billing function is an overview of the lead-out billing function. Different information may be matched with different functions, after the terminal acquires the target information input by the user, the target function matched with the target information is determined, and the guide video of the target function is acquired, so that the guide video can be played later.
203. And the terminal plays the guide video and displays a plurality of selection controls of the branch guide video associated with the guide video.
Each branch guide video is used for introducing a branch function of a target function, and each selection control contains profile information of the corresponding branch guide video, for example, the target function is a 'bill export function', the guide video of the target function is a video for introducing 'how to export bills', the 3 branch guide videos associated with the branch guide video are respectively used for introducing a branch function of the 'bill export function', such as 'serving as certification material', 'running with a friend' and 'bills for other purposes', and then 'serving as certification material', 'running with a friend' and 'bills for other purposes' are respectively displayed on the selection controls of the 3 branch guide videos.
204. And the terminal responds to the triggering operation of any selection control and plays the branch guide video corresponding to the selection control.
And the triggering operation of any selection control indicates that the branch guide video corresponding to the selection control is selected, and the branch guide video corresponding to the selection control is played so that a user can watch the played branch guide video.
The method provided by the embodiment of the application provides a concept of branch guide videos, so that a guide video is not uniformly adopted to introduce a target function any more, but the guide video of the target function and the branch guide video corresponding to each branch function are set under the condition that the guide video has multiple branch functions, after the target function matched with information input by a user is determined, the user independently selects the played branch guide video by playing the guide video of the target function and displaying a selection control of the multiple branch guide videos related to the guide video, and only the branch guide video independently selected by the user is played, so that personalized guide for the user is realized, and the guide effect is improved.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a method for guiding video playing provided in an embodiment of the present application, and is applied to a terminal, as shown in fig. 3, the method includes:
301. the terminal acquires target information input by a user.
The target information is information to be queried input by a user, and optionally, the target information is text information or voice information.
In one possible implementation, this step 301 includes: and the terminal acquires the target information input by the user through the interactive interface. The terminal can acquire the information input by the user through the interactive interface, so that the corresponding guide video can be played for the user through the target information input by the user in the following process.
Optionally, the terminal is provided with a target application, the interactive interface is a customer service interface provided by the target application, the interactive interface includes an input area and a confirmation control, and the target information input by the user in the input area is acquired in response to the detection of the trigger operation on the confirmation control in the interactive interface.
For example, a user inputs target information to be queried in an input area in the interactive interface, and clicks a confirmation control, so that the terminal acquires the target information in the input area.
302. And the terminal determines a target function matched with the target information and acquires a guide video of the target function.
Since different information may be matched with different functions, after the terminal acquires the target information input by the user, the target function matched with the target information needs to be determined, and then the guide video of the target function is acquired, so that the guide video can be played later.
In a possible implementation manner, profile information of a plurality of functions is stored in the terminal, and the process of determining the target function matching the target information includes: the terminal determines the matching degree between each piece of profile information and the target information according to the target information and the profile information of a plurality of functions, and determines the function corresponding to the profile information corresponding to the maximum matching degree as the target function matched with the target information. The profile information is information for describing a corresponding function, and for example, the profile information includes text information for describing the corresponding function.
Optionally, if the target information is voice information, determining a matching degree between the profile information and the target information includes: and identifying the voice information to obtain text information corresponding to the voice information, and determining the matching degree between each brief description information and the text information according to the text information and the brief description information.
In a possible implementation manner, the terminal stores keyword information of a plurality of functions, and the process of determining the target function matched with the target information includes: the terminal extracts keywords from the target information to obtain target keywords in the target information, matches the target keywords with profile information of each function to obtain matching degree of each profile information and the target keywords, and determines the function corresponding to the profile information with the maximum matching degree as the target function. The keyword information comprises at least one keyword corresponding to the function.
In one possible implementation manner, an intelligent customer service robot is configured in the terminal, the intelligent customer service robot is used for processing information input by a user, after the terminal acquires target information input by the user, the intelligent customer service robot is called to process the target information, and a target function matched with the target information is determined.
Optionally, a target application is installed on the terminal, the target application is configured with an intelligent customer service robot, after a user inputs target information to be queried in an interactive interface provided by the target application, a target function matched with the target information is automatically determined by the intelligent customer service robot, and a guide video of the target function is obtained, so that the guide video is played later, and therefore a scheme that the intelligent customer service serves the user is achieved.
In a possible implementation manner, the terminal is installed with a target application, and the target function is a function provided by the target application, the step 302 includes: and the terminal acquires the guide video of the target function in the target application. The target application is any application installed on the terminal, such as an instant messaging application, a map application and the like. For example, the terminal is installed with an instant messaging application, the target function is an instant messaging function in the instant messaging application, and the guide video of the instant messaging function is a video summarizing the instant messaging function; or the target function is a resource transfer function in the instant messaging application, and the guide video of the resource transfer function is a video summarizing the resource transfer function.
Optionally, the terminal displays a function interface corresponding to the target function, and acquires a guidance video of the target function in response to a trigger operation on a guidance control in the function interface. For example, the guidance control is a "help" button, and when the terminal displays the function interface of the target function, the user clicks the "help" button to obtain the guidance video of the target function.
In one possible implementation, this step 302 includes: and responding to the triggering operation of the guide control of the target function, verifying the currently logged user identifier, and responding to the passing of the verification of the user identifier, and acquiring the guide video of the target function.
The guidance control is a control for acquiring a guidance video of the corresponding function, and optionally, the guidance control of the target function is displayed in a text link form. By verifying the currently logged-in user identifier, the guide video of the target function can be acquired only under the condition that the currently logged-in user identifier passes verification, so that the leakage of the guide video of the target function is avoided, and the safety of the guide video is ensured.
Optionally, the terminal displays a guidance control of a plurality of functions, verifies the currently logged-in user identifier in response to the triggering operation of the guidance control of the target function, and obtains the guidance video of the target function in response to the verification of the user identifier being passed. Wherein the target function is any one of a plurality of functions.
For example, in an intelligent customer service scene, guidance controls of multiple functions are displayed on an intelligent customer service display interface, the guidance control of each function includes profile information of the corresponding function, such as "how to query a named account", "forget how to handle a password", and "how to export a bill", and when a trigger operation is performed on the guidance control of a target function in the guidance controls of multiple functions, a request is made to acquire a guidance video of the target function.
Optionally, the process of verifying the user identifier includes: inquiring a registration identifier corresponding to the user identifier according to the currently logged-in user identifier, determining that the user identifier passes the verification in response to inquiring the registration identifier corresponding to the user identifier, and determining that the user identifier fails the verification in response to not inquiring the registration identifier corresponding to the user identifier. The registration identifier is a unique identifier generated for the user identifier when the user identifier is registered. For example, the registration identifier is a Pass Ticket (user Ticket), for example, when the user identifier is successfully registered, a Pass Ticket is generated for the user identifier, and the user identifier and the Pass Ticket are correspondingly stored, so that the user identifier is verified by querying the corresponding relationship between the user identifier and the Pass Ticket.
In one possible implementation, this step 302 includes: the terminal responds to the triggering operation of the guiding control of the target function, sends a first video obtaining request to the server, the first video obtaining request carries a video identifier of the guiding video, the server receives the first video obtaining request, inquires the guiding video corresponding to the video identifier, returns the guiding video, and the terminal receives the guiding video returned by the server.
The server stores the guide video with the target function, and the terminal can acquire the guide video with the target function from the server through interaction with the server, so that the follow-up terminal can play the guide video.
Optionally, the first video acquisition request carries the currently logged-in user identifier and the video identifier, and after receiving the first video acquisition request, the server verifies the user identifier, queries a guide video corresponding to the video identifier in response to passing of verification of the user identifier, and returns the guide video.
The process of verifying the user identifier by the server is the same as the process of verifying the user identifier by the terminal, and is not described herein again.
303. And the terminal plays the guide video and displays a plurality of selection controls of the branch guide video associated with the guide video.
