Abstract
The invention provides a device for testing an oil pump in a semi-anechoic chamber, which comprises a sound wave reflecting surface table, a movable panel, a product clamp and an oil groove support, wherein the oil groove support is arranged below the sound wave reflecting surface table, a through hole or a notch is formed in the position, corresponding to the oil groove support, of the sound wave reflecting surface table, the through hole or the notch can be sealed through the movable panel, and after the through hole or the notch is sealed by the movable panel, the movable panel and the table top of the sound wave reflecting surface table are positioned on the same horizontal plane to form an integral reflecting plane. The device provided by the invention can perform acoustic test on the oil pumps with two different installation modes on the same sound wave reflection plane in the semi-anechoic chamber.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of acoustic testing of semi-anechoic chambers, in particular to a device for performing acoustic testing on an oil pump for a vehicle in a semi-anechoic chamber.
Background
According to the requirements of GB/T6882 (ISO 3745) and GB/T3767 (ISO 3744), when a product is subjected to acoustic testing, a horizontal reflecting plane is required to be arranged in a semi-anechoic chamber to reflect sound. The vehicle oil pump can be divided into two types according to the installation mode, wherein one type is installed outside the oil tank, and the pump inlet is connected with the pipe orifice of the pipeline (hereinafter referred to as I-type oil pump), and the other type is installed in the oil sump, and the pump inlet is directly immersed below the liquid level (hereinafter referred to as II-type oil pump). Therefore, when the oil pump for the vehicle is used for acoustic testing in the semi-anechoic chamber, the arrangement of horizontal sound wave reflection planes for the oil pumps in two different installation modes needs to be considered.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a device for testing an oil pump in a semi-anechoic chamber, which has universality and can test not only a type I oil pump but also a type II oil pump.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a device for testing an oil pump in a semi-anechoic chamber comprises a sound wave reflecting surface table, a movable panel, a product clamp and an oil groove support, wherein the oil groove support is arranged below the sound wave reflecting surface table, a through hole or a notch is formed in the position, corresponding to the oil groove support, of the sound wave reflecting surface table, the through hole or the notch can be sealed through the movable panel, and after the through hole or the notch is sealed by the movable panel, the movable panel and a table board of the sound wave reflecting surface table are located on the same horizontal plane, so that an integral reflecting plane is formed.
The device provided by the invention can perform acoustic test on the oil pumps with two different installation modes on the same sound wave reflection plane in the semi-anechoic chamber. When the I-type oil pump needs to be tested, the I-type oil pump is directly installed on the sound wave reflecting surface table through a product clamp without removing a movable cover plate, and then the pump inlet and the pump outlet are connected with the related pipe orifices; when the II-type oil pump needs to be tested, the movable cover plate is moved away, the oil basin containing engine oil is placed on the oil groove support, the II-type oil pump is installed on the sound wave reflecting surface table through the product clamp, and the inlet of the pump is immersed below the liquid level of the oil basin.
As preferred scheme, product anchor clamps include I type anchor clamps and II type anchor clamps, and I type anchor clamps are used for fixed I type oil pump, and II type anchor clamps are used for fixed II type oil pumps.
Preferably, when the sound wave reflecting surface table is provided with a notch corresponding to the position of the oil tank support, the movable panel can be drawn and moved in the notch along the horizontal plane.
Furthermore, the sound wave reflecting surface table is formed by splicing a central table and a peripheral table; the peripheral table is used for widening the area of the table top of the central table; the table tops of the central table and the peripheral table are positioned on the same horizontal plane and have the characteristics of smooth surface, hard texture and low sound absorption rate; the product clamp, the movable panel and the oil groove support are all arranged on the central table. Because the central table and the peripheral table can be spliced and disassembled, the product to be tested can be conveniently installed and debugged beside the central table and in the arm spread range.
In one embodiment, the peripheral table is in a semi-closed C shape or Contraband shape, the central table can be inserted into the peripheral table from the gap of the peripheral table, and the peripheral table and the central table are spliced into a circular or square sound wave reflection surface table.
In one embodiment, the peripheral table and the central table can be completely separate, each being used independently.
In one embodiment, the number of the central tables is two and the number of the peripheral tables is one. Therefore, one central table can be used for testing in the semi-anechoic chamber, and meanwhile, a product to be tested is installed outdoors on the other central table, so that the working efficiency is improved.
Furthermore, two small through holes are formed in the joint of the peripheral table and the central table. When testing I type oil pump, two little through-holes can be used for alternate into oil pipe way and play oil pipe way.
In one embodiment, the peripheral table and the central table are each provided with a plurality of support feet.
In one embodiment, the supporting feet of the peripheral table and/or the supporting feet of the central table are provided with rollers. This facilitates the movement of the peripheral table and/or the central table.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the device for testing the oil pump in the semi-anechoic chamber comprises a sound wave reflecting surface table 1, an i-shaped clamp 2, a movable panel 3, a ii-shaped clamp 4 and an oil tank bracket 5; the oil groove support 5 is arranged below the sound wave reflecting surface table 1, a through hole or a gap is formed in the position, corresponding to the oil groove support 5, of the sound wave reflecting surface table 1, and the through hole or the gap can be sealed through the movable panel 3; when a notch is formed in the position, corresponding to the oil groove support 5, of the acoustic wave reflecting surface table platform 1, the movable panel 3 can be pulled and moved in the notch along the horizontal plane; when the movable panel 3 covers the through hole or the gap, the movable panel 3 and the table top of the acoustic wave reflecting surface table 1 are in the same horizontal plane to form an integral reflecting plane.
As shown in figure 1, when the I-type oil pump needs to be tested, the I-type oil pump is directly installed on a sound wave reflecting surface table 1 through an I-type clamp 2 without removing a movable cover plate 3, and then a pump inlet and a pump outlet are connected with related pipe orifices, so that the test can be started.
As shown in fig. 2, when the type ii oil pump needs to be tested, the movable cover plate 3 is removed, the oil pan filled with engine oil is placed on the oil tank support, and then the type ii oil pump is mounted on the acoustic wave reflecting surface table 1 through the type ii clamp 4, and the pump inlet is immersed below the liquid level of the oil pan, so that the test can be started.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in order to more conveniently install and debug a product to be tested, the acoustic wave reflecting surface table 1 in the embodiment is formed by splicing a central table 1a and a peripheral table 1 b; the peripheral table 1b is used for widening the table area of the central table 1 a; the table tops of the central table 1a and the peripheral table 1b are positioned on the same horizontal plane and have the characteristics of smooth surface, hard texture and low sound absorption rate; the product clamp, the movable panel 3 and the oil groove support 5 are all arranged on the central table 1 a.

As a preferable embodiment, the number of the center stages 1a may be two, and the number of the peripheral stages 1b may be one. Therefore, one central table can be tested in the semi-anechoic chamber, and meanwhile, a product to be tested is installed outdoors on the other central table, so that the working efficiency is improved.
As a further technical scheme, two small through holes 1c are formed at the joint of the peripheral table 1b and the central table 1 a. When testing type I oil pump, two little through-holes 1c can be used for interlude oil feed and oil outlet pipe way.
As a further technical scheme, the supporting feet of the peripheral table 1b and/or the supporting feet of the central table 1a are adjustable in height and are provided with rollers.
When a product needs to be installed, the central table 1a or the peripheral table 1b can move through the rollers arranged below the pillars, so that the central table and the peripheral table are separated, and a tester can conveniently install and debug the product to be tested beside the central table in the arm extension range.
When a product is tested, the splicing center table 1a and the peripheral table 1b are moved and assembled into an integral reflection plane for acoustic testing of the product to be tested.
