Background
According to the requirements of GB/T6882 (ISO 3745) and GB/T3767 (ISO 3744), when a product is subjected to an acoustic test, a horizontal reflecting plane needs to be arranged in a semi-anechoic chamber to reflect sound, the prior art generally uses a hard and smooth ground as the acoustic reflecting plane, however, a tester needs to work in a squatting position for a long time, and the acoustic testing device is not ergonomic. However, if a desktop with a certain height is designed to be used as the acoustic reflection plane, although the squatting operation can be avoided, because the area of the desktop must be very large, workers are limited by the arm spread when mounting the product to be tested at the center of the desktop, and new inconvenience is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a horizontal acoustic reflection plane table used in a semi-anechoic chamber, which can completely replace the traditional ground to realize the acoustic reflection of the semi-anechoic chamber.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a horizontal acoustic reflection plane table used in a semi-anechoic chamber is formed by splicing a central table and a peripheral table; the central table is used for installing a product clamp, and the peripheral table is used for widening the area of the table top of the central table; the table tops of the central table and the peripheral table are positioned on the same horizontal plane and have the characteristics of smooth surface, hard texture and low sound absorption rate.
In the technical scheme, the reflecting plane table formed by splicing the central table and the peripheral table has the characteristics of smooth surface, hard texture and low sound absorption rate, so that the requirement of an acoustic reflecting plane is met, and the operating height of the table determines that workers do not need to operate in a squatting position or a stooping position for a long time; meanwhile, the central table and the peripheral table can be spliced and detached, so that a worker can conveniently install and debug a product to be tested beside the central table in an arm spread range.

In one embodiment, the peripheral table and the central table can be completely separate, each being used independently.
In one embodiment, the number of the central tables is two and the number of the peripheral tables is one. Therefore, one central table can be used for testing in the semi-anechoic chamber, and meanwhile, a product to be tested is installed outdoors on the other central table, so that the working efficiency is improved.
Furthermore, two small through holes are formed in the joint of the peripheral table and the central table. When testing oil pump class product, two little through-holes can be used for alternate into oil pipe way and play oil pipe way.
In one embodiment, the peripheral table and the central table are each provided with a plurality of support feet.
In one embodiment, the supporting feet of the peripheral table and/or the supporting feet of the central table are provided with rollers. This facilitates the movement of the peripheral table and/or the central table.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the horizontal acoustic reflection plane table used in the semi-anechoic chamber is formed by splicing a central table 2 and a peripheral table 1; the central table 2 is used for installing a product clamp 3, the product clamp 3 is used for installing a product to be tested, and the peripheral table 1 is used for widening the area of the table top of the central table 2; the table tops of the central table 2 and the peripheral table 1 are positioned on the same horizontal plane and have the characteristics of smooth surface, hard texture and low sound absorption rate. Therefore, the requirement of an acoustic reflection plane is met, the operation height of the table platform determines that workers do not need to operate in a squatting position or stoop for a long time, and meanwhile, the central table platform 2 and the peripheral table platforms 1 can be spliced and detached, so that the workers can conveniently install and debug products to be tested beside the central table platform and in an arm extension range.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the peripheral table 1 is in a semi-closed C shape or Contraband shape, the central table 2 can be inserted into the peripheral table 1 from the gap of the peripheral table 1, and the two tables are spliced into a round or square reflecting plane table; the peripheral table 1 and the central table 2 are both provided with a plurality of supporting legs, and the peripheral table 1 and the central table 2 can be completely separated and used independently.
As a preferable technical solution, the number of the center tables 2 may be set to two, and the number of the peripheral tables 1 may be set to one. Therefore, one central table can be used for testing in the semi-anechoic chamber, and meanwhile, a product to be tested is installed outdoors on the other central table, so that the working efficiency is improved.
As a further technical scheme, two small through holes 4 are formed at the joint of the peripheral table 1 and the central table 2. When testing oil pump class product, two little through-holes 4 can be used for interlude oil feed and oil outlet pipe way, and these two little through-holes can carry out the closing cap with the apron when not using.
As a further technical scheme, the supporting feet of the peripheral table 1 and/or the supporting feet of the central table 2 are adjustable in height and are provided with rollers.
When a product needs to be installed, the central table 2 or the peripheral table 1 can move through the idler wheels arranged below the supporting columns, so that the central table and the peripheral table are separated, and a tester can conveniently install and debug the product to be tested beside the central table within the arm extension range.
When a product is tested, the splicing center table 2 and the peripheral table 1 are moved to be assembled into an integral reflection plane for acoustic testing of the product to be tested.
