Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of art pigments, in particular to a preparation method of an environment-friendly art pigment.
Background
The history that people use color for drawing at the earliest can go up to the old stone period, people heat loess to red pigment by an original method more than 4 ten thousand years before the examination of the notary, and red soil, carbon black and the like are used as the pigment for decorating the body at the earliest.
The watercolor is a common art pigment at present, has the advantages of low toxicity and no odor, and is relatively in line with the concept of health and environmental protection. However, most watercolor pigments have incorporated gum arabic to improve performance and surface gloss after drying. In special occasions of painting effect pictures or coloring for animation, which need to be coated flatly, the Arabic gum can form irregular spots on the color surface, so that the color is not uniform. In addition, most watercolor pigments also have the defects of easy shedding, steam and moisture resistance and the like when being exposed to light for a long time.
Therefore, the preparation method of the environment-friendly art pigment without Arabic gum is provided to improve the sun-proof performance and the damp-heat resistance of the water-based pigment, and has important significance for the technical field of art pigments.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the above, the invention provides the preparation method of the environment-friendly art pigment, the components of the pigment and the preparation method are reasonably adjusted, so that the settleability, the illumination stability and the humidity resistance of the pigment are improved, and meanwhile, the raw materials of the environment-friendly art pigment are free of toxic and harmful substances, and are safe and environment-friendly.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following scheme:
according to one technical scheme, the environment-friendly art pigment comprises, by mass, 80-90 parts of pigment toner, 20-25 parts of filler, 8-9 parts of antioxidant, 15-20 parts of emulsifier, 35-40 parts of wetting agent and 120 parts of water.
The antioxidant can reduce the falling off and the color change of the pigment under the illumination condition and improve the illumination stability of the pigment.
The emulsifier can increase the suspension performance of the pigment, improve the suspension time of the filler and the pigment toner in water, and improve the bonding strength of the filler and the pigment toner, thereby improving the wet and heat resistance of the pigment.
The wetting agent has the properties of alcohol and glycerol, can reduce the surface tension, improve the dispersion degree and the adhesive force of pigment toner and filler, maintain the wettability of the pigment and ensure that the pigment is not easy to dry and agglomerate after being placed for a long time.
The pigment toner is inorganic toner or organic toner, and is commercially available common pigment powder, the inorganic toner is iron oxide red, iron oxide yellow, iron oxide black or titanium dioxide powder, and the organic toner is ultramarine, phthalocyanine blue or toluidine mauve.
Further, the filler is talc powder.
Further, the antioxidant is sodium sulfite.
Further, the emulsifier is glycerin fatty acid ester.
Further, the humectant is ethylene glycol, having properties of alcohol and glycerin.
In the second technical scheme of the invention, the preparation method of the environment-friendly art pigment comprises the following steps:
uniformly mixing all the raw materials except the wetting agent, and grinding to obtain slurry A;
and adding a wetting agent into the slurry A and uniformly mixing to obtain the environment-friendly art pigment.
Further, grinding until the fineness of the slurry is more than or equal to 1000 meshes. The finer the slurry, the better.
The invention discloses the following technical effects:
the environment-friendly art pigment prepared by the invention has good illumination stability, is not easy to fall off and discolor under illumination conditions, has good humidity resistance and heat resistance, does not contain toxic and harmful substances in the raw materials, has no harm to human body contact, has no pollution to the environment, and is safe and environment-friendly.
The invention has simple formula and easily obtained raw materials.
The preparation method is simple and is suitable for large-scale industrial production.
