Abstract
The invention discloses a continuous automatic conveyor for reserved stations of a basket frame of a circuit board, which comprises an automatic feeding mechanism and an automatic discharging mechanism, wherein the automatic feeding mechanism is connected with a material receiving station, the automatic discharging mechanism is connected with a reserved station, the material receiving station is fixedly provided with a first base, and the first base is slidably provided with a conveying device and a power source for driving the conveying device to reciprocate between the material receiving station and the reserved station. The automatic feeding mechanism can be widely applied to any two stations on a production line, when the automatic feeding mechanism is started, the conveying device is used for receiving materials at the receiving station and conveying the circuit board basket frame to the automatic discharging mechanism beyond the reserved station, when the automatic feeding mechanism is stopped, the conveying device is kept in the receiving station under the action of a power source, and the circuit board basket frame pushes the circuit board to the reserved station through a feeding structure such as a manual work, a handcart or an AGC trolley so as to be directly conveyed to the automatic discharging mechanism, so that the continuous normal operation of the circuit board production line is ensured, and the production efficiency of the circuit board is further ensured.
