The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
With the improvement of living standard of people, the requirement for drinks is gradually improved. The existing brewed drinks such as coffee, tea, fruit and the like are often blended by operating a plurality of tools on site, the preparation process is complicated and the requirement of portability of people cannot be met. In the related technology, the solid materials are packaged in small independent packages, and people only need to prepare containers for containing water and water in the outgoing process. When the beverage is needed, the small independent package is opened and the materials are added into the container for beverage. This method not only requires opening the material package and the container, but also requires hand-held packaging to pour the material into the container, and the mode of operation is yet to be further simplified.
In view of this, the embodiment of the present invention provides a storage device. As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a magazine according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, which includes a first module 100 and a second module 200, and the first module 100 is adapted to rotate from a first position to a second position with respect to the second module 200 about a first axis parallel to the up-down direction. The first assembly 100 or the second assembly 200 is provided with a material cavity opening. The first assembly 100 is provided with a first lateral expansion extending away from the material chamber in a lateral direction perpendicular to the first axis. The material chamber opening is adapted to be closed with the first assembly 100 in the first position, and at least a portion of the material chamber opening is adapted to be opened with the first assembly 100 in the second position to allow the material within the material chamber to fall.
In the above-described magazine, the first lateral expansion of the first module may be connected to the further cover body such that the first module rotates together with the cover body in a predetermined circumferential direction (e.g., a cover body unscrewing direction). With the rotation of the first assembly and the cover body, the first assembly rotates relative to the second assembly from the first position to the second position, so that at least one part of the opening of the material cavity is opened, and the material in the material cavity falls into the container to obtain the beverage wanted by people. The storing device can separate solid material or liquid material from liquid in the container, and only a single operation can put the material into the liquid to obtain the drink when the drink is needed. Therefore, the taste of the beverage is guaranteed, the beverage is convenient to carry, and the brewing operation is simplified.
In one embodiment, either of the first and second components may be circular in cross-section to accommodate the finish of most containers of the related art, such as bottles.
In one embodiment, at least a portion of the magazine may be disposed within the cover. Further, in an alternative embodiment, the first lateral expansion extends in a lateral direction away from the material chamber and is adapted to engage with the inside of the cover.
Optionally, the second assembly 200 may be provided with a second lateral extension extending in a lateral direction away from the first axis adapted to engage with an inner wall of a container finish adapted to cooperate with a cap. Further, a second transverse expansion member may extend in a transverse direction away from the material chamber.
In one embodiment, a portion of the first assembly 100 is located below a portion of the second assembly 200 with the first assembly in the second position, so as to be adapted to move the second assembly 200 upward as the first assembly 100 moves upward along the first axis. Since the first lateral extension of the first assembly 100 is attached to the cover, the first assembly cannot be detached from the cover at will in the axial direction. In this way, when the first assembly is removed from the container as the cover is moved upwardly, the second assembly is removed from the container together with the first assembly, thereby facilitating drinking of the beverage in the container.
Taking fig. 1 as an example, in an exemplary embodiment, the first assembly 100 is provided with a material cavity 11, and a bottom of the material cavity 11 is provided with a first opening 12, which constitutes the material cavity opening and is communicated with the material cavity 11. The bottom of the second component 200 is provided with a second opening 32, and the first opening 11 and the second opening 32 do not overlap to close the material cavity opening when the first component is in the first position. And the first opening 11 and the second opening 32 at least partially overlap with the first assembly in the second position to open at least a portion of the material chamber opening to allow material within the material chamber to fall into the container.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the first assembly 100 may comprise a magazine 1, the chamber 11 being arranged inside the magazine 1, and said first lateral expansion being attached to the outer wall of the magazine 1.
In one embodiment, the first lateral extension may be a first ring, such as the first ring 2 shown in fig. 1. The first ring 2 is attached to the magazine 1 circumferentially along the top of the magazine 1. In one embodiment, the second assembly 200 may comprise a receiving member 3 provided with a receiving cavity 31. The magazine 1 is adapted to be nested in the receiving chamber 31, and the second opening 32 is provided at the bottom of the receptacle 3. In addition, the second assembly 200 may further include a second ring member 4 connected to the outer wall surface of the receiving member 3 along the circumferential direction thereof.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first ring member 2 and the storage member 1 may be an integrally formed structure, and the second ring member 4 and the receiving member 3 may also be an integrally formed structure. That is, the first component 100 and the second component 200 may be respectively an integrally formed structural member, for example, manufactured by a 3D printing process, or manufactured by using an injection mold. It will be understood that this is merely an example and that the fabrication process of the first and second components is not limited.
Further, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 3 and 8, the first annular member 2 is provided with at least one snap-in member 5 projecting downwardly therefrom. The clamping member 5 is adapted to extend below the second ring-shaped member 4, and drives the second member 200 to move upward along with the upward movement of the first member along the first axis when the first member 100 is in the second position, so that the first member and the second member move simultaneously, and a beverage can be obtained only in a single operation, thereby reducing the complexity of the operation.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 5 to 9, optionally, the second ring-shaped member 4 is provided with at least one rail hole 41 penetrating therethrough, and the at least one snap-in member 5 is movable in the circumferential direction along the rail hole 41. At least one snap-in member 5 cooperates with at least one of the orbital holes 41 and connects the first annular member 2 with the second annular member 4 in the axial direction at least with the first assembly 100 in said second position.
With continued reference to fig. 1, 6 and 9, in one embodiment, each of the at least one snaps 5 includes a connecting portion 51 and a hook portion 52. One end of the connection portion 51 is connected to the first ring member 2, and the connection portion 51 passes through and is movable along the corresponding track hole 41. The hook portion 52 is connected to the other end of the connecting portion 51, and projects beyond at least one side edge of the rail hole 41 in the radial direction of the second ring member 4. In the axial direction, the second annular member 4 is located between the hook portion 52 and the first annular member 2, as shown in fig. 9. The movable connection between the first component and the second component is realized through the above manner, so that the first component and the second component can rotate relatively according to the given shape of the track hole 41 and the route of the shape, and the second component can be driven by the hook part 52 in the process of pulling the first component, so that the first component and the second component of the embodiment can move simultaneously, and the complexity of operation is reduced.
Referring to fig. 3, for example, the connection part 51 may have an arc-shaped plate structure, and the thickness thereof may be the same as the width of the rail hole 41, and the curvature of the connection part 51 may also be the same as the curvature of the rail hole 41. Alternatively, the hook portion 52 may be a plate structure disposed perpendicular to the connecting portion 51, and a distance from an edge of the hook portion 52 to the connecting portion 51 gradually increases from one end of the connecting portion 51 to the other end of the arc-shaped plate.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, one end of each of the at least one rail hole 41 may be provided with an access opening 43 communicating with the rail hole, the shape of the access opening matches the maximum sectional shape of the hook 52, and the size of the access opening 43 is slightly larger than that of the hook 52 and gradually decreases to the width of the rail hole 41. Through the design, the rotation operation is gentle in the process of rotating the first assembly from the position of the taking and placing opening 43, and the structure safety of the second annular part 4 is facilitated.
In the process of assembling the first assembly and the second assembly, the hook portion 52 is aligned with the access opening 43 from the side of the second ring member 4 away from the receiving member 3 and inserted into the access opening 43, and when the top surface of the hook portion 52 is lower than the side of the second ring member 4 close to the receiving member 3, the first assembly 100 can be rotated along the track hole 41. In the process of separating the first module from the second module, the connecting portion 51 is rotated from the region of the track hole 41 to the position of the access opening 43, and the first module and the second module are moved in opposite directions, so that the first module and the second module can be separated. Can realize the first subassembly and the second subassembly can dismantle swing joint based on above-mentioned process, in production or use, first subassembly or second subassembly produce the structural damage back, can change first subassembly and second subassembly alone, avoid giving up first subassembly and second subassembly totally to reduce production maintenance cost.
In one embodiment, the at least one track hole 41 includes a plurality of track holes disposed at equal circumferential intervals along the circumferential direction of the second ring member 2. For example, as shown in fig. 6, two track holes 41 are exemplarily shown, which are provided at equal circumferential intervals along the circumferential direction of the second ring member 2. Here, it is merely an exemplary illustration, and the number of the rail holes is not limited thereto but may be provided as needed. At least one joint spare 5 includes a plurality of joint spare, a plurality of joint spare set up along the circumference of first cyclic annular spare 2 with equal circumference interval, a plurality of joint spare with a plurality of track hole one-to-one.
In some embodiments, the surface roughness of the surface of the second annular component 4 remote from the first annular component 2 is greater than the surface roughness of the two surfaces of the first annular component 2 opposite the second annular component 4. In this embodiment, the surface roughness of the surface of the second annular component 4 facing away from the first annular component 2 can be controlled by making the material or by roughening the surface. During the relative rotation between the first assembly and the second assembly, the surface roughness of the surface of the second annular component 4 far away from the first annular component 2 is larger, so that the force required for the relative movement between the two surfaces of the first annular component 2 and the second annular component 4 is smaller. Thus, the second annular part 4 can be fixed by the surface far away from the first annular part 2 without influencing relative rotation with the first component, and the manufacturing process of gluing or welding the second annular part 4 to fix the second component can be omitted. In addition, the hook part 52 of the first component is not influenced to drive the second component to integrally move in the manner.
Referring to fig. 1, 5 and 7, in one embodiment, the second lateral extension may comprise an extension strip 42 protruding from a side surface of said second annular component 4 remote from the first annular component 2, a radially outer edge of said extension strip being radially inside a radial edge of the second annular component 4.
In an alternative embodiment, the first annular member 2 may be provided with a plurality of snap-in members 5 projecting downwardly therefrom. The plurality of snap-in members are adapted to extend below the second ring member 4 and bring the second member 200 upward with the first member 100 in the second position as the first member 100 moves upward along the first axis. The second ring member 4 may be provided with a plurality of track holes 41 penetrating through the second ring member, the plurality of track holes being provided along the circumferential direction of the second ring member 4 at equal circumferential intervals, and the plurality of engaging members 5 being provided along the circumferential direction of the first ring member 2 at equal circumferential intervals. The plurality of clamping pieces correspond to the plurality of track holes one to one, and the plurality of clamping pieces can move in the circumferential direction along the corresponding track holes. In addition, the number of the extension bars 42 is the same as the number of the rail holes 41, and the extension bars 42 are disposed at one end of the corresponding rail holes to serve as a stopper for the movement of the clamping member in the rail holes.
For example, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, each extension bar 42 is disposed between two adjacent rail holes 41. Because the second annular member 4 is of a sheet-like structure, the structural strength of the part of the second annular member 4 at the end of the rail hole 41 is weak, and in order to avoid structural damage to the part of the connecting portion 51 in the collision process with the second annular member 4 at the end of the rail hole 41, the extending strip 42 can be arranged to protrude from the part so as to increase the collision area of the connecting portion 51, reduce the collision pressure to the part and improve the structural safety. The extension bar 42 may also be connected to the receiving member 3 to enhance the impact resistance. Further, the extension bar 42 may also be made of an elastic material to have a buffering effect on the collision force of the connection portion 51, thereby further ensuring the structural safety.
In some embodiments, in conjunction with fig. 2-5, the first opening 12 and the second opening 32 may be semi-circular openings. In one embodiment, the size of the second opening 32 may be greater than or equal to the size of the first opening 12. Alternatively, a guide surface 13 may be provided in the material chamber 11, said guide surface extending obliquely from the inner side wall of the material chamber 11 to the first opening 12, as shown in fig. 2. In this embodiment, the guide surface 13 may be a slanted plane or a convex plane. In the relative rotation process of the first assembly 100 and the second assembly 200, the overlapping portion of the first opening 12 and the second opening 32 is gradually increased, the material in the material cavity 11 gradually falls out of the material cavity 11, and when the first opening 12 and the second opening 32 completely overlap, the falling degree of the material in the material cavity 11 is maximum. In addition, through setting up spigot surface 13, can make the material in material chamber 11 because the gravity effect drops more thoroughly, avoids having the material to remain in material chamber 11. Without the guide surface, part of the material in the material cavity 11 may remain at the bottom of the material cavity 11, causing material waste, and the beverage concentration is reduced to affect the taste of the beverage.
In other embodiments, the first opening 12 and the second opening 32 may also be openings with other shapes, which can ensure that the first opening 12 can be completely exposed in the second opening 32 after the first assembly 100 rotates to the end of the track hole 41 away from the access opening 43, and the first opening 12 and the second opening 32 are completely staggered when the connecting portion 51 of the first assembly 100 is at the access opening 43. Alternatively, the guide surface 13 may be a frustoconical or semi-frustoconical guide surface, or another type of guide surface that facilitates complete material drop. A cavity can be arranged between the guide surface 13 and the inner side wall of the material cavity 11, so that the overall weight is reduced; it may also be provided as a solid structure, to some extent enhancing the structural strength of the first component.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 6, to facilitate filling of the material in the material chamber 11, the top of the magazine 1 may be provided with a third opening 14 which communicates with the material chamber 11. After the material is filled in the material cavity 11, the material cavity 11 can be sealed by using the film material, so that the influence on the quality of the material caused by the liquid and other substances capable of dissolving the material entering the material cavity 11 through the film material is avoided. For example, the film material may be a film material that does not affect food safety, such as a plastic film or a PE film (polyethylene film), and may be transparent or non-transparent.
Another embodiment of the present invention also provides a magazine. As shown in fig. 1, the magazine includes a first assembly 100 and a second assembly 200. The first assembly 100 is provided with a material chamber 11, and the bottom of the material chamber 11 is provided with a first opening 12. The bottom of the second member 200 is provided with a second opening 32, and the first member 100 is detachably coupled with the second member 200 in a nested manner. The first member 100 is rotatable relative to the second member 200 between a first position and a second position in the circumferential direction about a first axis parallel to the up-down direction, and the first member 100 and the second member 200 are connected to each other in the first axis direction within a predetermined angle range during the rotation. The first opening 12 does not overlap the second opening 32 at the first position, while the first opening 12 and the second opening 32 at least partially overlap at the second position.
During the rotation, the first member 100 and the second member 200 are connected to each other in the first axial direction within a predetermined angle range. For example, in the case where the magazine according to the present embodiment is applied to a container with a cap, the angular range may be set to 0 to 90 degrees, that is, the cap and the container may be separated when the cap is rotated 90 degrees in the bottle opening direction in the closed state of the cap, and the container may not be opened due to the limitation of the screw-engagement of the cap and the container mouth portion in the angular range of 0 to 90 degrees. In the process of rotating the cover body, the first component 100 and the second component 200 rotate relatively, the first opening 12 and the second opening 32 gradually form a superposed part from a completely dislocated state, the superposed part is increased along with the increase of the relative rotation angle of the first component and the second component, and the material placed in the material cavity 11 gradually falls into the container, so that the solid or liquid material and the liquid are mixed and dissolved. In another example, the device can also be used for placing seasonings or medicinal materials and the like in the material cavity on a pot cover of a stewed dish or traditional Chinese medicine, the materials in the material cavity 11 can be added into the pot by rotating the first component after a set time, and the odor diffusion and the like caused by lifting the cover are avoided.
Use the storage device of this embodiment, the person of facilitating the use storage material and blowing dissolve in the drink that the aquatic obtained instant drink, can effectively improve the packaging structure of bottled drink on the existing market, provide the drink type that satisfies more market demands.
Alternatively, the top of the material cavity 11 may be integrally formed and closed by the first component, and when adding the material into the material cavity 11, the first component is turned upside down, the material is added into the material cavity 11 from the first opening 12, and then the second component 200 is assembled on the first component 100. During assembly, the first component 100 is connected to the second component 200 in a nested manner, and the first opening 12 is misaligned with the second opening 32, so that the material is sealed in the material cavity 11 by the second component and the first component in a matching manner. In this way, the material in the material chamber 11 cannot fall out of the material chamber 11 when the combined first assembly 100 and second assembly 200 are turned over. When the material needs to be taken out of the material cavity 11, the first assembly 100 is rotated, the first opening 12 and the second opening 32 can be partially or completely overlapped, and the material passes through the first opening 12 and the second opening 32 due to the gravity and is separated from the material cavity 11. In this embodiment, the first member is connected to the second member at a designated position of the second member, where the first member can initially rotate relative to the second member, and the first member and the second member are not detachable during the relative rotation.
Further, in one embodiment, the first assembly 100 comprises a magazine 1, the material chamber 11 being arranged inside the magazine 1, as shown in fig. 1. The second component 200 comprises a receiving member 3 provided with a receiving cavity 31. The magazine 1 is fitted nested in the receiving chamber 31, and the second opening 32 is provided at the bottom of the receptacle 3.
Optionally, the first assembly 100 may be provided with a first lateral extension extending away from the magazine 1 in a lateral direction perpendicular to the first axis. The second assembly 200 is provided with a second lateral extension extending in a lateral direction away from the first axis and adapted to engage the inner wall of a container finish adapted to cooperate with a cap.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a cover is also provided. Fig. 10 schematically shows a cover 300 comprising a cylindrical body 301 and a magazine as described above. The cylindrical body 301 is open at one end and provided with a cap 302 at the other end, and the cylindrical body 301 has an internal thread 303. At least a portion of the magazine is arranged inside the cylindrical body 301, and the first assembly 100 of the magazine is adapted to rotate with the cylindrical body 301 in a predetermined circumferential direction. In one embodiment, the magazine is entirely within the cylindrical body of the cover.
In one embodiment, the first lateral extension may snap or interference fit with an inner wall surface of the cylindrical body 301 to enable the first assembly 100 to rotate with the cylindrical body in a predetermined circumferential direction. Alternatively, the first lateral extension may be connected to the lid top 302 in a manner that: a plurality of hemispherical convex points (not shown in the figure) are arranged at equal angular intervals on the inner side of the cylindrical body along the circumferential direction of the cylindrical body and close to the top of the cover. The first lateral extension of the magazine (e.g. the first annular member 2) is connected to the capping by a plurality of hemispherical protuberances. Alternatively, the first lateral extension of the magazine may also be adhesively connected with the lid top, etc. The connection of the first lateral extension to the lid top is only exemplary and not limited to this.
Further, the hemispherical convex points and the cover top can be arranged at a certain distance, the storage device can be separated from the cylindrical body of the cover body by obliquely pulling the first assembly 100, the first assembly is convenient to replace, and the production cost of the cover body is reduced. In the process of using the cover body of the embodiment, the rotating body can drive the first component 100 and the second component 200 to rotate relatively, so that the material in the material cavity 11 is discharged and mixed with the liquid for dissolution, and the operation is simple and convenient.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a container. Fig. 10 exemplarily shows a container according to an embodiment of the present invention, which includes a container body 400 and the above-described cap body 300. The container body 400 is provided with a container mouth 401 having an external thread 402 and contains a liquid or is adapted to contain a liquid. The cap 300 is attached to the container mouth 401 by the mating of its internal threads 303 with external threads 402. The material chamber 11 contains or is adapted to contain a solid or liquid material, and the first assembly 100 is adapted to rotate in a predetermined circumferential direction with the cylindrical body 301 relative to the second assembly 200. In one example, container finish 401 may be a circular finish and be configured with a circular cap that mates with the circular finish.
In one embodiment, the width between the track hole 41 of the magazine and the outer edge of the second ring member 4 is greater than or equal to the wall thickness of the container mouth so that the portion of the second ring member 4 outside the track hole 41 can overlap the container mouth. Since the surface roughness of the surface of the second ring 4 far from the first ring 2 is greater than the surface roughness of the two surfaces of the first ring 2 opposite to the second ring 4, the second assembly 200 and the container do not rotate relatively in the process of rotating the cap body by holding the cap body 300. The surface roughness of the two opposite surfaces of the first annular part 2 and the second annular part 4 is small, and the first component 100 is driven to rotate under the action of the body of the cover body 300, so that the materials such as fruit powder, coffee powder or tea leaves placed in the material cavity 11 fall into the container through the first opening 12 and the second opening 32, the operation is simple and convenient, and the effect of instant drinking can be achieved when the beverage is used.
Further, in one embodiment, the second assembly 200 is provided with a second lateral extension extending in a lateral direction away from the first axis adapted to engage with the inner wall of the container mouth. Said second lateral expansion is elastic and its outer edge is at a distance from the outer edge of the second annular member 4 which is less than the wall thickness of the container mouth 401.
In some embodiments, the extension strip 42 of the cover may be elastic, and the width of the outermost edge of the extension strip 42 to the outer edge of the second ring member 4 may be less than the thickness of the container mouth. The extension strip 42 may be slightly deformed by the extrusion of the circular orifice when the cap body 300 is attached to the container mouth 401. The extrusion generates elastic force to generate friction force between the second assembly 200 and the container mouth part 401, so that the friction force of the part can play a role of enhancing the effect of limiting the relative rotation of the second assembly 200 and the container mouth part 401 in the rotation process, and the material in the material cavity 11 can be more smoothly dropped into the container.
In one embodiment, the third opening 14 of the storage structure is sealed by using a film material, so that liquid such as water in the container can be effectively reduced from entering the material cavity 11 through the second opening 32 and the first opening 12 and a gap therebetween in the container in a pouring or inverted state. The third opening 14 is closed by a membrane material, and when the container is inverted, the liquid flows by gravity towards the bottom of the containing member 3. Because the third opening 14 is closed, the air in the material cavity 11 can not flow out of the material cavity 11 through the third opening 14, and an air chamber is formed at the material cavity 11, so that the water or other liquid in the container is prevented from entering the material cavity 11 and mixing with the material in the material cavity 11, and the quality of the material in the material cavity 11 is guaranteed.
The above description is only an example of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and those skilled in the art will understand that any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made without departing from the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
