Description
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The present invention relates to a driving system, and more particularly to a printer driving system suitable for a printer.
[ background of the invention ]
An inkjet printer forms characters or images by reciprocating an inkjet head in a swath (swath) on a printing medium while ejecting ink droplets to predetermined positions using the inkjet head. Therefore, the size, shape, material, density, and alignment of the ink droplets produced by the inkjet head are important factors affecting the printing quality.
The conventional ink cartridge carrying device for a printer includes a carrying base and a circuit board. The bearing seat is used for bearing an ink cartridge of an ink jet head. The ink cartridge of the ink jet head has a flexible circuit board, which is connected to the circuit board to communicate the electrical signal. In order to achieve the electrical signal connection effect of the inkjet printhead cartridge and ensure that the circuit board contact piece on the inkjet printhead cartridge can be connected to the circuit board of the printer, a common printer has electrical contacts on the circuit board, and the electrical signals of the circuit board are transmitted to the flexible circuit board of the inkjet printhead cartridge through the electrical contacts made of metal material, so that the inkjet printhead cartridge can receive the signals to perform the inkjet operation.
As shown in fig. 1A to fig. 1C, the ink cartridge carrying device of the printer 4 is provided with a carrying seat 41, a circuit board is provided on the carrying seat 41, and a plurality of electrical contacts 42 are provided on the circuit board. The carriage 41 is used for carrying an inkjet cartridge 2. When the inkjet cartridge 2 is disposed on the carriage 41 of the printer 4, the electrical contacts 231 of the flexible printed circuit 23 of the inkjet cartridge 2 are electrically connected to the electrical contacts 42 of the carriage 41 of the printer 4 to facilitate the inkjet operation of the inkjet cartridge 2 when the inkjet cartridge 2 is disposed on the carriage 41 of the printer 4.
The printer 4 utilizes the electrical signal contacts 42 to transmit electrical signals to the flexible printed circuit 23 of the inkjet cartridge 2, so as to enable the inkjet chip 22 of the inkjet cartridge 2 to receive the electrical signals to drive the inkjet process. However, the inkjet cartridge 2 must be fixed on the carriage to perform the inkjet operation at the correct position, and the inkjet cartridge 2 must be frequently replaced, so that in the process of assembling the inkjet cartridge 2 to the printer 4, the electrical contacts 231 and the electrical contacts 42 must be controlled to be precisely positioned so as to correctly complete the printing operation, and when the electrical contacts 231 and the electrical contacts 42 are not precisely positioned, the printer 4 cannot drive the inkjet cartridge 2 to perform the inkjet operation.
In view of the above-mentioned electrical connection problem of the inkjet head cartridge 2 assembled on the carrying seat 41 of the printer 4, the present invention provides a printer driving system, which solves the electrical connection problem of the inkjet head cartridge 2 connected to the carrying seat 41 of the printer 4 by means of a bus connector (USB), so that the inkjet head cartridge can be quickly positioned with the printer, and can be detached or installed without affecting the connection problem of the driving signal of the inkjet head cartridge.
[ summary of the invention ]
The print head cartridge is set on the bearing seat of the printer and the bus connector (USB) of the ink cartridge is set on the bearing seat of the printer, and the fast connection and positioning mode of the bus connector (USB) is used to make the ink cartridge and the bearing seat of the printer fast positioned and to be detached or installed.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a printer driving system, which is suitable for being implemented on a printer, comprising: the printer driving control circuit is arranged on the printer and comprises a driving signal compiling chip, and the driving signal compiling chip is connected with a bus and outputs a driving signal; the ink jet head cartridge is arranged and constructed on a bearing seat of the printer and comprises a driving signal interpretation chip and an ink jet head chip, the driving signal interpretation chip is connected with the driving signal interpretation chip of the printer driving control circuit through the bus, the driving signal interpretation chip provides the driving signal for the driving signal interpretation chip to obtain an interpretation signal, and the interpretation signal is output to the ink jet head chip to be received so as to drive the ink jet to be executed; and a connection port configured on the bus to which the driving signal compiling chip and the driving signal interpreting chip are connected; the ink cartridge of the ink jet head is detachably arranged on the bearing seat of the printer through the connecting port.
