The mask earring mechanism of claim 1, wherein: the first sliding assembly (3) and the second sliding assembly (4) comprise sliding seats (17), sliding tooth blocks (18), first linear bearings (19) and second linear bearings (20), the first linear bearings (19) and the second linear bearings (20) are arranged in the sliding seats (17), the sliding tooth block (18) is installed on the sliding seat (17), a first sliding rod (21) and a second sliding rod (22) are respectively arranged in a first linear bearing (19) and a second linear bearing (20) of the first sliding assembly (3) and the second sliding assembly (4), the end portions of the first sliding rod (21) and the second sliding rod (22) are fixed on a first fixing block (23), the tail portions of the first sliding rod (21) and the second sliding rod (22) are fixed on a second fixing block (24), and the first fixing block (23) and the second fixing block (24) are fixed at two ends of the side plate (9).

The mask earring mechanism of claim 4, wherein: the first fixed block (23) is provided with a second belt wheel (25), the second belt wheel (25) is connected with the first belt wheel (15) through a synchronous belt (26), and sliding tooth blocks (18) on the first sliding assembly (3) and the second sliding assembly (4) move in a matched mode with the synchronous belt (26).
