The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defects of the prior art, and provide a continuous filter cloth mechanism for a stacking extrusion device and a filter cloth quick replacing method, which can finish quick replacement and installation of embedded continuous filter cloth under the condition of not influencing the prior working state.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
a continuous type filter cloth mechanism for piling extrusion device, including work filter cloth, fixed cloth roller, interchangeable cloth roller, be fixed with a guide filter cloth respectively on fixed cloth roller and interchangeable cloth roller, the free end of the guide filter cloth on the fixed cloth roller is connected in the one end of work filter cloth, the free end of the guide filter cloth on the interchangeable cloth roller is connected at the other end of work filter cloth, the guide filter cloth can be relieved when needs and be connected with the work filter cloth.
Furthermore, connectors are arranged at the free end of the guide filter cloth and the two ends of the working filter cloth.
Further, the connector is any one of a fastening tape, a soft buckle and a zipper.
Furthermore, the fixed cloth roller is a permanent cloth roller and participates in work when the filter cloth is subjected to cloth distribution, unloading, rolling and filter cloth replacement, and the replaceable cloth roller participates in work when the filter cloth is replaced.
Furthermore, the fixed cloth roller is positioned behind the discharging device according to the advancing direction of the working filter cloth during discharging.
Furthermore, according to the advancing direction of the work filter cloth when the work filter cloth is reloaded and rolled on the fixed cloth roller, the replaceable cloth roller is positioned in front of the discharging device.
Furthermore, one end of the working filter cloth, which is connected with the guide filter cloth of the replaceable cloth roller, is also provided with a fixing hole connected with a filter cloth fixing plate in the filter cloth distributing device.
A filter cloth quick replacing method utilizes any one of the continuous filter cloth mechanisms, and comprises the following steps:
s1: connecting one end of the working filter cloth wound on the fixed cloth roller with the guide filter cloth on the replaceable cloth roller, rotating the replaceable cloth roller to wind the working filter cloth on the replaceable cloth roller, releasing the connection of the working filter cloth and the guide filter cloth on the fixed cloth roller, and detaching the replaceable cloth roller with the working filter cloth;
s2: installing another replaceable cloth roller with a new working cloth roll, connecting one end of the new working filter cloth with the guide filter cloth on the fixed cloth roller, rotating the fixed cloth roller to roll the new working filter cloth on the fixed cloth roller, and releasing the connection between the new working filter cloth and the guide filter cloth on the replaceable cloth roller.
Further, before step S1, the method for quickly replacing filter cloth according to the present invention further includes step S0: and disconnecting the working filter cloth from the filter cloth fixing plate.
After the step S2, a step S3 is further included: and connecting the new working filter cloth with the filter cloth fixing plate.
After the technical scheme is adopted, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects.
The invention relates to a continuous filter cloth mechanism for a stacking extrusion device and a filter cloth quick replacing method, wherein the continuous filter cloth mechanism for the stacking extrusion device comprises a working filter cloth, a fixed cloth roller and a replaceable cloth roller, wherein the fixed cloth roller and the replaceable cloth roller are respectively fixed with a piece of guide filter cloth, the free end of the guide filter cloth on the fixed cloth roller is connected with one end of the working filter cloth, the free end of the guide filter cloth on the replaceable cloth roller is connected with the other end of the working filter cloth, and the guide filter cloth can be disconnected with the working filter cloth when needed. When the filter cloth is replaced, the working filter cloth is wound on the replaceable cloth roller from the fixed cloth roller through the connection of the guide filter cloth on the replaceable cloth roller and the working filter cloth and then is integrally removed, another replaceable cloth roller with a new working filter cloth roll is replaced, and the new working filter cloth is connected with the guide filter cloth on the fixed cloth roller, so that the working filter cloth is wound on the fixed cloth roller from the replaceable cloth roller, and the replacement of the filter cloth is completed. Through setting up guide filter cloth and work filter cloth respectively, make the change of filter cloth simplify by a wide margin, need not to dismantle the fixed cloth roller in the equipment, also need not carry out the installation and the debugging again of new filter cloth in equipment simultaneously, the process is simple, the operation degree of difficulty is low.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and the following embodiments are used for illustrating the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

As shown in figure 1, the continuous filter cloth mechanism for the stacking extrusion device comprises working filter cloth 2-3, a fixed cloth roller 2-1 and a replaceable cloth roller 1-1, wherein a guide filter cloth is respectively fixed on the fixed cloth roller 2-1 and the replaceable cloth roller 1-1.
One end of the guide filter cloth 2-2 on the fixed cloth roller 2-1 is fixed on the fixed cloth roller 2-1, and the other end, namely the free end, can be connected to one end of the working filter cloth 2-3 when being connected with the working filter cloth 2-3, and can be disconnected when being disconnected with the working filter cloth 2-3 when being needed.
Similarly, one end of the guide filter cloth 1-4 on the changeable cloth roller 1-1 is fixed on the changeable cloth roller 1-1, and the other end, namely the free end, can be connected with the other end of the working filter cloth 2-3 when needing to be connected with the working filter cloth 2-3 and can be disconnected when the connection with the working filter cloth 2-3 is disconnected when needing to be disconnected.
As shown in figure 1, in order to conveniently connect or disconnect the guide filter cloth 2-2 on the fixed cloth roller 2-1 and the guide filter cloth 1-4 on the changeable cloth roller 1-1 with the working filter cloth 2-3, a connector 2-2-1 is arranged at the free end of the guide filter cloth 2-2, a connector 1-4-1 is arranged at the free end of the guide filter cloth 1-4, and a connector 2-3-1 and a connector 2-3-2 are respectively arranged at the two ends of the working filter cloth 2-3.
The connector 2-2-1 is matched with the connector 2-3-1, so that the connection or disconnection of the free end of the guide filter cloth 2-2 and the working filter cloth 2-3 is conveniently realized.
The connector 1-4-1 is matched with the connector 2-3-2, so that the connection or disconnection between the free end of the guide filter cloth 1-4 and the working filter cloth 2-3 is conveniently realized.
The connector is any one of a fastening tape, a soft buckle and a zipper, and the fastening tape is adopted in the embodiment.
One end of the working filter cloth 2-3 connected with the guide filter cloth 1-4 of the changeable cloth roller 1-1 is also provided with a fixing hole 2-3-3 connected with a filter cloth fixing plate 1-2 in the filter cloth distributing device.
The fixing holes 2-3-3 can be round, rectangular, polygonal or other shapes; in the invention, the fixing hole is circular.
The filter cloth fixing position 1-2-1 is arranged on the filter cloth fixing plate 1-2, and the filter cloth fixing position 1-2-1 can be a bulge or a concave hole, and the shape and the size are consistent with those of the fixing hole 2-3-3.
When the cloth is extruded, the discharged material is cleaned, and the filter cloth is rolled, the working filter cloth 2-3 is connected with the filter cloth fixing plate 1-2.
The connecting mode of the working filter cloth 2-3 and the filter cloth fixing plate 1-2 is as follows: when the filter cloth fixing position 1-2-1 is a bulge, the fixing hole 2-3-3 can be sleeved in the bulge; when the filter cloth fixing position 1-2-1 is a concave hole, the fixing hole 2-3-3 and the concave hole are superposed and aligned, and then a fixing pin is inserted into the hole.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in order to smooth the filter cloth, a groove is formed in the filter cloth fixing plate 1-2, a filter cloth fixing position 1-2-1 is arranged at the bottom of the groove, and after the working filter cloth 2-3 is connected with the filter cloth fixing position 1-2-1 in a matching manner to realize connection with the filter cloth fixing plate 1-2, a fixing cover plate 1-2-2 is added above the filter cloth fixing position 1-2-1, namely, in the groove, so that the working filter cloth is fixed tightly and firmly, and the top of the filter cloth fixing plate 1-2 is smooth.
As shown in figures 2 and 3, the fixed cloth roller 2-1 is a permanent cloth roller and participates in work when the filter cloth is subjected to cloth distribution, unloading, cleaning, winding and filter cloth replacement, and the replaceable cloth roller 1-1 participates in work when the filter cloth is replaced.
As shown in fig. 2, when the filter cloth is unloaded, cleaned and rolled, a fixed cloth roller 2-1 arranged in a box body of the unloading, cleaning and rolling module rotates to roll the filter cloth on the fixed cloth roller 2-1, at the moment, the filter cloth with materials in a laminated state on the filter cloth fixed plate 1-2 is pulled into the unloading, cleaning and rolling module on the left side layer by layer, and the filter cloth is finally rolled on the fixed cloth roller 2-1 after the procedures of unloading, cleaning and the like are finished through an unloading device 3, a wrinkle removing roller 5, a cleaning device 4, a plurality of roller shafts and the like.
Referring to fig. 3, when the filter cloth is distributed, the filter cloth wound on the fixed cloth roller 2-1 is distributed, the filter cloth is pulled out of the left discharging cleaning winding module through the cleaning device 4, the discharging device 3 and the like, and then the filter cloth fixed plate 1-2 on the right side is folded and coated with the material until the distribution is completed. In the process, the filter cloth passes through the cleaning device 4, the discharging device 3, some roll shafts and other devices, but the filter cloth passes through the cleaning device 4 and the discharging device 3 and is not in a working state, and the filter cloth only passes through the cleaning device 4 and the discharging device 3.
Therefore, the filter cloth is installed in a complicated fold line shape in the box body of the left unloading, cleaning and winding module. Under the condition that the filter cloth is only one whole block, if the filter cloth needs to be replaced, the filter cloth needs to be completely taken down, the fixed cloth roller is disassembled, the fixed cloth roller and the new filter cloth are obtained by replacing the cloth roller, and the new filter cloth needs to be installed on each device and the roller shaft in the box body again.
In order to enable the filter cloth to be more convenient and simpler to replace, the continuous filter cloth mechanism for the overlapped extrusion device comprises working filter cloth 2-3, a fixed cloth roller 2-1 and a replaceable cloth roller 1-1, wherein a piece of guide filter cloth is respectively fixed on the fixed cloth roller 2-1 and the replaceable cloth roller 1-1. The free end of the guide filter cloth 2-2 on the fixed cloth roller 2-1 is connected with one end of the working filter cloth 2-3, and the other end of the working filter cloth 2-3 is fixed on the filter cloth fixing plate 1-2, so that the working filter cloth can normally work when the working filter cloth is used for distributing, discharging, cleaning and winding.
According to the advancing direction of the working filter cloth 2-3 during discharging, the fixed cloth roller 2-1 is positioned behind the discharging device, namely the working filter cloth 2-3 firstly passes through the discharging device and then reaches the fixed cloth roller 2-1.
As shown in figure 3, according to the advancing direction when the working filter cloth 2-3 is reloaded and wound on the fixed cloth roller 2-1, the replaceable cloth roller 1-1 is positioned in front of the discharging device, namely the working filter cloth 2-3 advances from the replaceable cloth roller 1-1 to the discharging device and then to the fixed cloth roller 2-1. In the embodiment, the replaceable cloth roller 1-1 is arranged on the cloth roller frame 1-3, and the unloading, cleaning and rolling module and the replaceable cloth roller 1-1 are respectively positioned at two opposite sides of the filter cloth fixing plate 1-2.
When a new working filter cloth 2-3 is replaced, the filter cloth rapid replacement method provided by the invention is utilized, and the continuous filter cloth mechanism is utilized, and the method comprises the following steps:
s0: and disconnecting the working filter cloth 2-3 from the filter cloth fixing plate 1-2.
S1: connecting one end of a working filter cloth 2-3 wound on a fixed cloth roller 2-1 with the free end of a guide filter cloth 1-4 on a replaceable cloth roller 1-1, rotating the replaceable cloth roller 1-1 to wind the working filter cloth 2-3 on the replaceable cloth roller 1-1, releasing the connection of the working filter cloth 2-3 and the guide filter cloth 2-2 on the fixed cloth roller 2-1, and detaching the replaceable cloth roller 1-1 with the working filter cloth 2-3;
s2: installing another replaceable cloth roller 1-1 with a new working filter cloth roll, connecting one end of a new working filter cloth 2-3 with the free end of a guide filter cloth 2-2 on the fixed cloth roller 2-1, rotating the fixed cloth roller 2-1 to roll the new working filter cloth 2-3 on the fixed cloth roller 2-1, and releasing the connection between the new working filter cloth 2-3 and the guide filter cloth 1-4 on the replaceable cloth roller 1-1.
S3: connecting the new working filter cloth 2-3 with the filter cloth fixing plate 1-2.
Therefore, when the working filter cloth which is unloaded, cleaned and rolled is replaced, only one replaceable cloth roller 1-1 needs to be detached, so that the replacement of the working filter cloth 2-3 is greatly simplified, the fixed cloth roller 2-1 in the equipment does not need to be detached, the installation and the re-debugging of new filter cloth in the equipment do not need to be carried out, the process is simple, and the operation difficulty is low.

According to the technical scheme, the filter cloth replacement is combined with the working process of the existing equipment, the guide filter cloth and the working filter cloth are respectively arranged, so that the filter cloth replacement is greatly simplified, a fixed cloth roller in the equipment does not need to be disassembled, the installation and the readjustment of a new filter cloth in the equipment do not need to be carried out, the process is simple, and the operation difficulty is low.
