When the quantitative injection needs to be positioned, the small steel tube 6 (as shown in fig. 12) with the edges of the two port surfaces being subjected to chamfering treatment is pressed into or inserted into a corresponding scale mark needing to be quantified, after the quantitative injection is completed, the two ends of the small steel tube 6 can be abutted against the outer port surface (the reverse metering datum line 111) of the curled edge 11 of the outer sleeve 1, the length of the small steel tube 6 is lengthened by about 16mm on the basis of the diameter of the outer sleeve 1 of the corresponding injector model, the outer diameter of the small steel tube 6 is slightly larger than the scale mark, and the small steel tube 6 is in moderate interference fit with the scale mark, so that the small steel tube 6 cannot fall off in use.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that modifications may be made to the embodiments described in the foregoing embodiments, or equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof.

Claims (10)

1. A precise filtering injector comprises an outer sleeve and a core rod, wherein a piston is arranged at the top of the core rod, a detachable needle seat is connected to a joint of the outer sleeve, a needle tube is mounted on the needle seat, and a turned edge is arranged at the edge of an opening at the tail of the outer sleeve; when the liquid medicine is extracted or injected, the liquid medicine can drive the filter membrane to open the liquid inlet channel or close the filter chamber.
2. The precision filtration syringe of claim 1, wherein a tendon for supporting a filter membrane is disposed within the filter chamber.
3. The precision filtration syringe of claim 1, wherein the membrane chamber has a height that exceeds twice the thickness of the filter membrane.
4. The precision filtration syringe of claim 1, wherein the plunger has a protrusion that extends into the adapter lumen and the hub lumen.
5. The precise filtration syringe of claim 1 or 4, wherein the core rod is provided with a convex clamping shoulder which can abut against the crimp edge for automatic positioning of 0 scale.
6. The precision filtration syringe of claim 1, wherein the top of the core pin has an extension that extends into the connector and hub lumens.
7. The microfiltration syringe of claim 6 wherein the extension has a beveled stop shoulder adapted to engage the top of the inner chamber of the outer sleeve for 0 gauge automatic positioning.
8. The microfiltration syringe of claim 1 wherein the outer sheath has disposed thereon first graduations for indicating the volume of fluid within the outer sheath; and the core rod is provided with second scale marks for displaying the volume of the liquid in the outer sleeve and numbers matched with the corresponding second scale marks.
9. The precise filtration syringe of claim 8, wherein the second scale mark is a notched strip-shaped hollow scale mark, an inner hollow strip-shaped scale mark, or a round hole-shaped hollow scale mark.
10. The precise filtration syringe of claim 8, wherein the number is concave, convex or hollowed.
