Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of daily chemical products, and particularly relates to a high-smoothness easy-combing silicon-free hair conditioner and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Along with the improvement of living standard of people, the number and frequency of hair perming and dyeing are gradually increased, and the influence of factors such as environmental pollution brings with it the problems of hair quality damage, hair scale damage, hair dryness, frizziness, difficult combing and the like, so that the hair is more hydrophilic. The hair conditioner is an emulsifying system containing hair-moistening grease and a cationic conditioner, can be effectively spread on the surface of hair without being washed away by water in the using process, can effectively smooth the raised hair scales on the surface of the hair, simultaneously reduces the negative charge strength of the surface of the hair, enables the surface of the hair to be smooth and soft, and can effectively prevent the loss of water in the hair and effectively keep the water content in the hair stable by a hydrophobic protective film.
At present, hair conditioner products in the market mainly fill up damaged parts of scales by adding a series of silicone oil components such as polydimethylsiloxane and the like so as to improve the combing property of hair. All silicone oil emulsions reduce the average combing force of the hair by at least up to 70%. The anionic emulsion composed of dimethyl silica alcohol (and) dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid triethanolamine salt has stronger adhesiveness to oriental hair or bleached golden hair than the nonionic emulsion taking polydimethylsiloxane as the internal phase. However, when hair was treated with a nonionic emulsion of dimethicone, the emulsion reduced combing force by 80%.
Since silicone oil acts in a manner of adhering to hair to fill up the open and damaged scales, there is a fear that it is also deposited on the scalp to block the pores, causing adverse effects such as inflammation, acne, alopecia, and the like. The silicone oil adheres to the hair to thicken the hair, increase the weight of the hair, and reduce the static electricity between the hair, so that the hair is not fluffy or even flat after being dried. Silicon-free conditioners are still the subject of research and market development based on consumer experience and cost.

The invention aims to provide a high-smoothness easy-combing type silicon-free hair conditioner and a preparation method thereof, aiming at the problems of the existing silicon-containing hair conditioner.
According to the invention, the cationic conditioner is added in the formula, the specific ratio of the ester quaternary ammonium salt and the alkyl quaternary ammonium salt of the conditioner is selected, and no silicone oil is added, so that the dry-wet combing effect of the conventional silicon-containing hair conditioner is improved, the dry-wet combing experience is better, the dry-wet combing effect of the conventional silicon-containing hair conditioner is achieved, the silicon-free hair conditioner with high conditioning combing performance and better combing performance is prepared, and an idea is provided for the preparation of the silicon-free hair conditioner.
The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following scheme:
the invention provides a high-smoothness easy-combing type silicon-free hair conditioner, wherein each 100 parts of silicon-free hair conditioner comprises the following components in parts by weight:
as one embodiment of the present invention, the cationic conditioning agent comprises esterquat and alkyl quat. The dosage ratio of the esterquat to the alkyl quat is 1-6: 3. the amount of the esterquat is preferably 0.6 to 1.6 parts.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the esterquat includes behenyltrimethylammonium methylsulfate; the alkyl quaternary ammonium salt comprises one or more of hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and behenyl trimethyl ammonium chloride.
The esterquat (behenyl trimethyl ammonium methyl sulfate) contains ester groups, so that the hydrophobicity of hydrophobic groups of the esterquat is reduced, and the esterquat has stronger hydrophilicity. In addition, the ammonium methyl sulfate has stronger hydrophilicity than ammonium chloride, and is used as a conditioning agent, because the hydrophilic group can be adsorbed on the hair surface through electrostatic adsorption, and the hydrophobic group is far away from the hair surface and is directionally arranged on the whole hair surface to form a protective film, thereby reducing the electrostatic charge of the hair, and because the ammonium methyl sulfate has good affinity with the scalp, the ammonium methyl sulfate has less irritation to the scalp.
The two most common hair conditioners are behenyltrimethylammonium chloride and cetyltrimethylammonium chloride. Although both materials have good conditioning properties, the european union has limited use in some care products, can be irritating and/or toxic if the materials come into contact with the skin, and have a long-lasting effect. The longer the alkyl chain length, the larger the number, the better the detangling property, and the easier the absorption on the hair. High carbon chains (C22, C36) can adsorb relatively high on hair and, if used excessively, can exhibit a tendency to sediment or over-condition. Therefore, we select the alkyl/ester quaternary ammonium salt with high and low carbon chains to compound to solve the problem. The esterquat and the alkyl quat are selected for compounding, the proportion of the esterquat and the alkyl quat is in a proper range, the neutralization of the negative charges of the hair cannot be met due to too little or too much positive charges, the hair is accumulated on the hair after the hair is dried, and the combing work is increased. The compounding ratio can affect the charge neutralization effect on hair strands.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the chelating agent comprises disodium EDTA and/or tetrasodium EDTA.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the emulsifier comprises cetostearyl alcohol and/or stearyl alcohol.
As an embodiment of the invention, the preservative is selected from one or more of cason, phenoxyethanol and sodium benzoate.
The invention provides a preparation method of a high-smoothness easy-combing type silicon-free hair conditioner, which comprises the following steps:
s1, mixing a cation conditioner, a chelating agent and distilled water at a first temperature to obtain a first reaction mixture, and mixing for a first preset time;

TABLE one examples 1 to 5
The test method comprises the following steps: cleaning Asian severely damaged new hair bundles with clear water, performing wet combing test, defining test results as wet combing blank data, and grouping the hair bundles according to the data, wherein the hair bundles with the data closer to each other are grouped into one group; and (4) after being naturally aired at night, testing the corresponding combing work of the dry comb, and defining the combing work as the blank data of the dry comb. The final data for each example and comparative example is the average of the data for three tresses of hair. The test conditions are that the temperature between the constant temperature and the constant humidity is 20 ℃ and the humidity is 50 percent.
Wet comb testing: wetting the hair tresses, weighing 2g of hair conditioner, uniformly smearing the hair tresses on the hair tresses, staying for 2min, washing the hair tresses for 30s with clear water (the water temperature is 35 ℃), testing the hair tresses with a Dia-Stron MTT175 instrument, gently dipping the hair tresses into a beaker (the water temperature is 35 ℃) for washing three times, gently pressing off excessive water drops in the hair tresses from head to tail with two fingers, and weighing to ensure that the water content remained each time is similar. Each bundle of hair was cycled 20 times, after each test the hair was removed from the clip, the bundle was gently dipped into a beaker and washed three more times, the excess water droplets in the bundle were gently pressed from end to end with two fingers for a second test, and so on.
Dry combing test: the hair tresses were suspended in a constant temperature and humidity laboratory overnight and naturally dried. Combing the front and back sides of the hair bundle from the head to the tail for three times by using an anti-static comb, and placing the hair bundle on a clamp for testing. Each bundle of hair was tested twenty times, and after each test, in order to remove static electricity from the hair, the hair was combed several times with a comb, and a second test was performed, and so on.
Data selection: data relative standard deviation (standard deviation/mean) 100, data set with relative standard deviation < 25% was chosen.
Combing power variation rate (blank hair combing power-combing power after hair conditioner use)/blank hair combing power
And (4) conclusion: the high-smoothness easy-combing silicon-free hair conditioner has good dry-wet combing performance, the examples have good wet-combing effect, and when the ratio of the esterquat to the alkyl quat is 1:2, the dry-combing effect of the example 1 is the best. Compared with the commercial silicon-containing hair conditioner, the whole combing performance is better. The wet combing property is higher than that of the commercial silicon-free hair conditioner, and meanwhile, the dry combing property is better, which shows that the silicon-free hair conditioner has better conditioning performance, and the use of a large amount of silicone oil in the hair conditioner can be effectively reduced or avoided.
