Furthermore, in this embodiment, the patient needs to perform the catheterization, so that the patient can perform the windowing (not shown in the figure) at the position of the pants body 112, and the catheter for catheterization is installed in the gap between the fixing ring 11 and the pants body 112 or extends to the gap between the massage ring 41 and the pants leg 12, so that the fixing ring and the massage ring 41 are used to limit the catheter to a certain extent, and compared with the catheter placed outside the pants body 112 or the pants leg 12, the embodiment reduces the influence of the catheter on the operation, and is more beneficial to the doctor to perform the operation.
The specific implementation process is as follows:
before operation, the patient wears the operation trousers, during operation, the operator uses the controller to control the massage, that is, the controller opens the air pump and the electromagnetic valve 46, the air pump sends air to the first air chamber 424 on the lowest massage ring 41, the air pump presses the massage plate and the massage pole 421 and the massage head 423 under the action of air pressure to massage the lower limb of the patient, when the massage plate slides to the lower part of the communication place, the air enters the second air chamber 424 of the second massage part (the air in the first massage part 42 is difficult to have enough pressure to continuously push the massage pole 421), and the air pump presses the massage plate and the massage pole 421 and the massage head 423 under the action of air pressure, and the above steps are repeated until the air reaches the air chamber 424 of the last massage part 42, so that the first annular massage is formed.
Continuing to introduce air again, the air in the air cavity 424 is increased again, so that the air pressure is increased to enable the massage column 421 to perform massage towards the lower limb of the patient again (until the massage column 421 cannot continuously move towards the lower limb of the patient), and the working principles of the massage columns 421 in the other massage parts 42 are the same, so that secondary annular massage is formed. The operating time of this process is controlled by a controller, for example 10s.
After the above process is completed, the controller closes the air pump and the electromagnetic valve 46, opens the control valve 47 of the lowermost annular massage mechanism, the gas of the lowermost annular massage mechanism enters the annular massage mechanism above it, the working principle is the same as that of the lowermost annular massage mechanism, and since the number of the massage parts 42 on the lowermost annular massage ring 41 is smaller than that of the massage parts 42 on the upper annular massage ring 41, the acting force of the gas is reduced, the massage force of the upper annular massage mechanism is reduced, and after a period of time, the controller opens the control valve 47 of the upper annular massage mechanism, and closes the control valve 47 of the lowermost annular massage mechanism, the gas enters the uppermost annular massage mechanism. Thus, the air flows from bottom to top in sequence, and the pressure is gradually reduced, so that the massage with reduced massage force from bottom to top is formed.
In this embodiment, it should be clear that the massage operation on the two trouser legs 12 can be performed independently (i.e. the controller can control the electromagnetic valve 46 on one trouser leg 12 to be opened independently, or control the electromagnetic valves 46 on the two trouser leg 12 rows to be opened synchronously), or can be performed synchronously, so as to flexibly select according to the actual requirement.
In this embodiment, the temperature sensor will detect temperature information in the trouser leg 12, and the controller controls the heater to work according to the temperature information, so that the gas flows at a certain temperature, and the lower limb of the patient can be kept warm to a certain extent, and the blood circulation of the lower limb is promoted. Of course, too high a temperature may stop the heater from operating.
In this embodiment, the operator can pull the two lowermost massage rings 41 through the first pull rope 21 and the second pull rope 31, and further drive the legs of the patient to bend, so as to assist the lower limbs of the patient to bend, so that the lower limbs of the patient can perform certain activities.
In the description of the present specification, reference to the terms "preferred implementation," "one embodiment," "some embodiments," "example," "a particular example" or "some examples" and the like means that a particular feature, structure, material, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment or example is included in at least one embodiment or example of the application. In this specification, schematic representations of the above terms do not necessarily refer to the same embodiments or examples. Furthermore, the particular features, structures, materials, or characteristics described may be combined in any suitable manner in any one or more embodiments or examples.
While embodiments of the present application have been shown and described, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: many changes, modifications, substitutions and variations may be made to the embodiments without departing from the spirit and principles of the application, the scope of which is defined by the claims and their equivalents.
