A medical finger nursing device comprises at least one flexible cylinder body (1), and is characterized in that a nursing hole (11) penetrating through the other end is formed in the middle of one end of the flexible cylinder body (1), a closed cavity (12) is formed between the outer side and the inner wall of the flexible cylinder body (1), the flexible cylinder body (1) is connected with a gas control mechanism (2) which is communicated with the cavity (12) and can enable the hole wall of the nursing hole (11) to clamp a finger when the finger enters the nursing hole (11), a plurality of massage components (3) which can massage the finger in the nursing hole (11) when the pressure of the massage components changes are arranged in the cavity (12), and a refrigerator (4) which can reduce the temperature of the flexible cylinder body (1) and is used for cold finger compress and a heater (5) which can heat the flexible cylinder body (1) and is used for hot finger compress are also arranged in the cavity (12); the massage assembly (3) comprises a flexible positioning seat (31), a first hard connecting seat (32) fixed at one end of the flexible positioning seat (31) and a second hard connecting seat (33) fixed at one side of the flexible positioning seat (31), the other end of the flexible positioning seat (31) is fixed on a cavity wall at one side, close to the outer side of a finger, of the cavity (12) when the finger is embedded into the nursing hole (11) to enable the root of the finger to be positioned at one end of the flexible cylinder body (1), a positioning hole (31 a) extending from one end to the other end is further formed in the flexible positioning seat (31), a first piston hole (32 a) communicated with the positioning hole (31 a) is formed in one end of the first hard connecting seat (32), close to the flexible positioning seat (31), a second piston hole (33 a) is formed in one end of the first hard connecting seat (32), a second piston (35) is arranged in the second piston hole (33 a), a first piston rod (36) penetrates through the positioning hole (31 a), one end of the second hard connecting seat (36) is connected with one side of the ejector rod (32 a) of the cavity (12), and the piston hole (32 a) penetrates through the positioning hole (32) and is positioned at one side of the other end of the ejector rod (34), the wall of the positioning hole (31 a) is provided with a through hole (31 b) communicated with the second piston hole (33 a), a driving rod (37) penetrates through the through hole (31 b), one end of the driving rod (37) penetrates through the through hole (31 b) and is located in the second piston hole (33 a), the end of the driving rod is connected with the middle of one side of the second piston (35), the other end of the driving rod (37) is located in the positioning hole (31 a), a sliding block (38) is fixedly arranged on one side of the end of the driving rod, and the outer side of the ejector rod (36) is provided with an arc-shaped groove (36 a) which extends towards one end and is used for the sliding block (38) to be embedded in.
