Based on the above background and technical problems, chinese patent application No. CN202022694678.8 discloses an internal cleaning device for a communication equipment box, which has a structure described basically as follows: the improved medicine box is characterized by comprising a base, wherein vertical plates are fixedly connected to two sides of the top of the base, a crossbeam is fixedly connected to the tops of the two sides of the top of the base, a medicine box is arranged in the middle of the top of the crossbeam, spray pipes are fixedly connected to the bottom of the medicine box, cleaning structures are symmetrically arranged at the bottom of the crossbeam, and an oven is arranged on one side, close to the vertical plates, of the top of the base.
The inventor finds that the cleaning device arranged through the patent solves the problem of accumulated dirt in the equipment box, not only can increase the equipment cost, but also needs to be separately placed on the equipment in the cleaning process to be positioned by utilizing the positioning part on the equipment, and then the equipment is cleaned by the cleaning mechanism, so that the whole cleaning process is more complicated, and the working efficiency is extremely low.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects, the invention provides the communication equipment box, the inside of the equipment box is provided with a cleaning function, so that the communication equipment can be reasonably stored in the box after being used, and meanwhile, the communication equipment box can be cleaned at the same time, and is convenient to use.

Preferably, the synchronous seat comprises a timing module and an electricity storage module which are electrically connected with the inching switch.
Preferably, two side surfaces of the synchronous seat are further fixed to spring rods located above the second fan, and the two spring rods extend horizontally towards the vertical plate and then are fixed with limiting guide wheels at extending ends of the two spring rods.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the box body is directly provided with a cleaning function, the cleaning function is composed of a carrier plate positioned at the bottom, a cleaning cabin and the like, wherein the cleaning cabin is arranged at the bottom of the carrier plate and is provided with a fan, when the communication equipment is placed in the box and moves, the box can be dragged like a luggage box, in addition, the equipment can be extruded together with the carrier plate and the inner wall of the box body by dragging the pull rod on the carrier plate outwards in the dragging process, firstly, the equipment can not shake to cause equipment damage when being dragged along with the box body, secondly, the equipment can also trigger the switch to start the fan to be electrified and operated when being extruded by the box wall, so that the floor dust adhered to the bottom surface of the equipment when the equipment is placed in the box can be cleaned downwards, meanwhile, the bottom in the box is formed with an independent space because the equipment is dragged upwards through the pull rod in the box, the dust blown from the bottom in the box can fall into the space, the equipment box is convenient to uniformly process, so that the equipment box provided by the invention can be used for reasonably storing the equipment and cleaning the dust entering the box at the same time, so that the dust cannot form dust scale in the box due to overlong time, a set of special cleaning equipment for cleaning the equipment box is not required to be separately designed like a comparison file, and the material waste is reduced.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are only some embodiments, but not all embodiments, of the present invention. The communication equipment box provided by the embodiment comprises a box body 1, a front side, a box door, a soft leather box door and the like, wherein the front side is hinged with the box door or connected with the soft leather box door through a zipper, the closed state of the front side is the prior art, the inventor does not need to describe any more, the invention is different from the prior art, a stand column 2 welded in the box body 1 in a symmetrical mode and close to the inner walls of the two sides is seen from the drawing, a carrier plate 3 is arranged in the box body 1, the two ends of the carrier plate 3 penetrate through two stand columns 2, namely, the carrier plate 3 can move up and down in the box body 1, the stand columns 2 penetrating through the two ends are stably guided in the process of moving up and down, two sides of the bottom of the carrier plate 3 are respectively provided with a leakage groove 4, an area for placing equipment is reserved near the leakage grooves 4, the bottoms of the two leakage grooves 4 are respectively fixed with a cleaning cabin 6 with a first fan 5 at the bottom, the bottom of the cleaning cabin 6 is provided with an air inlet hole 7 communicated with the inner cavity, the air outlet of the first fan 5 faces the air inlet 7 to supply air to the inside of the cleaning cabin 6, that is, the first fan 5, the cleaning cabin 6 and the air inlet 7 on the cleaning cabin 6 form a cleaning structure at two sides of the carrier plate 3, so that when the used equipment B is placed in the box body 1 through the carrier plate 3, the air sprayed by the first fan 5 at the bottom of the equipment B when in operation will pass through the air inlet 7 and be sprayed to the bottom surface of the equipment B, because the bottom of the equipment B falls on the ground when in actual use, dust will be carried at the bottom of the equipment B, obviously, after the equipment B is placed on the carrier plate 3, the dust attached to the bottom surface when the equipment B falls to the ground for use can be cleaned downwards by utilizing the bottom air spraying function, and finally, part of the air inlet 7 of the carrier plate falls below the carrier plate 3 after the dust is cleaned, because the through hole 8 is formed in the middle position of the top of the box body 1, a pull rod 9 penetrates through the through hole 8 to the box body 1, the bottom end of a pull rod 9 is connected to the middle part of the carrier plate 3, the top end of the pull rod 9 extends upwards to the upper part of the box body 1, and is welded with a U-shaped bent rod 10, two ends of the U-shaped bent rod 10 extend horizontally from the upper part of the box body 1 and then penetrate downwards into the box body 1, the back surface of the box body 1 is fixed with a back plate 20, the bottom of the back plate 20 is fixed with a caster 21, a pedal rod 22 close to the vicinity of the caster 21 is welded on the back plate 20, the top surface of a rubber sheet 30 is an inclined surface which deviates from the direction of the back plate 20 and inclines towards the front-down direction, namely, the box body 1 can move on the ground like a luggage case after storing the equipment B, a user holds the middle part of the U-shaped bent rod 10 with a hand, steps on the pedal rod 22 by feet, pulls the pull rod 9 upwards with force to drive the carrier plate 3 to move upwards, the carrier plate 3 can drive the equipment B to synchronously move upwards in the process of moving upwards, and finally drives the top surface of the equipment B to extrude the inching switch 12, force inching switch 12 circular telegram and drive first fan 5 circular telegram work, because equipment B is extruded, therefore when it is marchd along with box 1, can not rock at the incasement, equipment B by the pull-up simultaneously is because the top can extrude inching switch 12 and drive first fan 5 circular telegram work, even consequently make this box 1 deposit behind the equipment B be in the closed condition, also can make equipment B bottom dust reach the purpose of automatic clearance, and the clearance in-process can not influence the whole transfer of box 1. As shown in fig. 3 and 5, a fixing seat 13 located near the pull rod 9 is fixed on the top surface of the box body 1, a spring bolt 14 is fixed in the fixing seat 13, a plurality of insertion holes 15 corresponding to the spring bolt 14 are formed in the pull rod 9, and the inner end of the spring rod of the spring bolt 14 extends into the insertion hole 15, so that the pull rod 9 after being pulled up is positioned, and the device B in the box is ensured not to move freely after being positioned. The process of cleaning the equipment B through the embodiment exists in the box body 1, compared with the prior art that a set of large-scale cleaning equipment needs to be arranged independently, the cleaning box is simple in structure and easy to operate, large-scale equipment is saved, the function and the storage function are integrated, so that the cleaning box is more compact in structure compared with the prior art, and the cleaning function is ingenious in design.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, two ends of the carrier plate 3 are provided with vertical plates 16 close to the inner sides of the columns 2, the vertical plates 16 are vertically upward, the top surface of the carrier plate 3 is provided with a sinking chamber 17, and the bottom ends of the vertical plates 16 are welded in the sinking chamber 17 to limit the outer sides of the equipment B placed in the box.
The two ends of the carrier plate 3 are provided with inclined sections 18 which are bent towards the corner direction at the bottom of the box body 1, the arrangement of the inclined sections 18 enables a closed space 19 to be formed between the carrier plate 3 and the bottom of the box body 1, the closed space 19 is a storage area for falling dust in the process of cleaning the bottom surface of the equipment B, the cleaning cabin 6 is positioned above the closed space 19, the bottom surface of the inner cavity of the box body 1 is fixedly provided with a rubber sheet 30 for receiving and taking the dust, the inner cavity of the cleaning cabin 6 is an inclined cavity which is gradually inclined downwards towards the inclined sections 18 from one end, the dust on the bottom surface of the equipment B falls into the inclined cavity after being cleaned, then the dust passes through part of the air inlet holes 7 and falls into the closed space 19, in order to improve the structural reasonability and avoid the influence of the upward blowing air on the falling dust in a back blowing way so that the blown dust can smoothly fall into the closed space 19, therefore, as shown in fig. 2 and 7, the first fan 5 is fixed to the bottom inclined surface of the cleaning compartment 6 in an inclined manner.
The middle part of the box body 1 is provided with a synchronous seat 23, the synchronous seat 23 is fixed on the pull rod 9 and corresponds to the upper part of the carrier plate 3, two sides of the synchronous seat 23 are embedded with a second fan 24, one part of the second fan 24 respectively faces to the two vertical plates 16, the second fan 24 is connected in series with the first fan 5 and is also electrically connected with the inching switch 12, the bottom end of the synchronous seat 23 is fixed with at least two limiting rods 25, the bottom end of the limiting rod 25 is contacted with the carrier plate 3, the arrangement of the synchronous seat 23 is equivalent to that a limiting structure with the same action as the vertical plate 16 is formed on the inner side of the equipment B, simultaneously, the pull rod 9 drives the synchronous seat 23 to move upwards and synchronously when moving upwards, when the equipment B reaches and forms extrusion with the inching switch 12, the first fan 5 is driven to work electrically, and the second fan 24 is driven to work electrically, so that the equipment B is placed in the box for use but not placed on the ground for use, at this time, when the second fan 24 and the first fan 5 are powered on to work, heat generated in the working process of the equipment B is dissipated, when the equipment B moves along with the box, the two fans can also be powered on to work, and dust on the surface of the equipment B is cleaned, so it should be noted that the timing module 28 and the power storage module 29 which are electrically connected to the inching switch 12 are included in the synchronization seat 23.
