Abstract
The invention discloses a device for folding and unfolding a film at an extraction inlet and a using method thereof, wherein a pair of film bundling arms (2) which can be close to or far away from each other are arranged at the inlet side of a mechanism frame (4) of the device, the two film bundling arms (2) are arranged on a linear module (1) with two sliding blocks or on two linear modules (1) with one sliding block respectively, and the linear module (1) is driven by a transmission motor (3) to adjust the distance between the two film bundling arms (2); the rear side of the linear module (1) is provided with a traction roller set (5), each traction roller of the traction roller set (5) is provided with a corresponding traction motor (9), and the traction roller set (5) is used for drawing films passing through the two film arms (2). The device can fold or unfold the film according to the requirement when being matched with an extraction device. The device has simple structure and convenient operation, can automatically fold the film into a rope, can automatically unfold the film according to the speed of a production line, and improves the efficiency.

Background
With the high-speed development of electric automobiles, lithium batteries become the mainstream of power battery development, the demand of the market for lithium battery diaphragms is increasing day by day, the production line of films develops towards the direction of increasing speed, the difficulty of diaphragm production is increased, and the films need to be folded or unfolded according to the production requirements on the production line of films. Especially when the membrane is threaded for extraction, the membrane needs to be folded into a rope to be connected with a traction rope in the extraction, and due to the high speed, manual operation is often difficult to maintain for a long time because of limited force, so that the membrane threading failure is caused due to the fact that the membrane is threaded for the optimal time for extraction. Meanwhile, the manual operation efficiency is low, and the productivity is influenced. Therefore, it is necessary to design a device for closing and opening an extraction inlet film to solve the above problems.

The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art and provides a device for folding and unfolding a film at an extraction inlet and a using method thereof.

On the basis of the structure, an auxiliary rope-collecting mechanism 6 with an independent structure is arranged at the outlet side of the mechanism frame 4, and the auxiliary rope-collecting mechanism 6 can temporarily wind the film which is drawn by the traction roller group 5 and is folded into a rope; the auxiliary rope winding mechanism 6 is located in the middle area of the outlet side of the mechanism frame 4, so that the rope winding rollers in the auxiliary rope winding mechanism 6 are arranged corresponding to the middle of the roller bodies of the traction roller group 5.
