As shown in figure 2, a first linear expansion device 14 is horizontally arranged at the lower part of the lifting frame 2, the movable end of the first linear expansion device 14 is fixedly connected with the lower part of a ladder 16, and the lower surface of the ladder 16 is in sliding connection with the upper surface of the bottom plate of the base 1. The ladder 16 can be extended or retracted under the action of the first linear expansion device 14, so that a constructor can conveniently climb on the top plate of the lifting frame 2.
The connecting plate 15 is connected with the lower surface of the top plate of the lifting frame 2 in a sliding way, and plays a role in guiding the sliding of the ladder 16.
As shown in figure 2, a second linear expansion device 3 is vertically arranged between the bottom plate of the base 1 and the top plate of the lifting frame 2, and the lifting frame 2 can be driven by the second linear expansion device 3 to lift.
As shown in FIG. 1, the second linear expansion device 3 is located at the center of the bottom plate of the base 1, and the step 16 is located at the left side of the base 1, so that the two sides do not interfere with each other.
As shown in figures 1 and 7-9, the upper surface of the top plate of the lifting frame 2 is provided with a guardrail 4, and two ends of the guardrail 4 are rotatably connected with limiting blocks 6 through connecting shafts 5.
As shown in figure 2, the front side of the top plate of the lifting frame 2 is provided with an inner cavity, a moving block 7 is connected in the inner cavity in a sliding manner, and the front end of the moving block 7 is hinged with a movable guardrail 8 through a hinged shaft 19.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4-6, horizontal sliding grooves I9 are formed in the left side and the right side of the inner cavity of the top plate of the lifting frame 2, sliding blocks I10 are fixedly connected to the left end and the right end of the moving block 7, and the sliding blocks I10 are in sliding connection with the sliding grooves I9.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, an electric push rod 11 is installed on the front surface of the base 1, a stop collar 13 is installed at one end of the movable guardrail 8 far away from the movable block 7, and a positioning rod 12 capable of being matched with the stop collar 13 is installed at the top of the electric push rod 11.
As shown in fig. 2 and 10, an accommodating cavity 17 is formed at a position of the step 16 corresponding to the first linear expansion device 14; when the step 16 is in the base 1, the front part of the first linear expansion device 14 is in the accommodating cavity 17.
As shown in fig. 2, a second sliding block 20 is fixedly arranged on the rear surface of the rear side plate of the lifting frame 2, a second vertical sliding groove is formed in the position, corresponding to the second sliding block 20, of the base 1, and the second sliding block 20 is matched with the second sliding groove.
The first linear expansion device 14 and the second linear expansion device 3 are both electric expansion rods. The electric telescopic rod is electrically connected with an external power supply.
As shown in FIG. 1, four universal wheels 18 are mounted at the bottom of the base 1, and the four universal wheels 18 are all provided with brake structures.
The invention discloses a using method of a building construction bearing frame convenient to use, which comprises the following steps:
the construction bearing frame is pushed to a construction site, the universal wheels 18 are braked by using the brake structures of the universal wheels 18, and the construction bearing frame is fixed; controlling the movable end of the first linear expansion device 14 to extend out, and pushing the ladder 16 to slide out of the base 1 by the first linear expansion device 14 (a cushion block can be added at the lower part of the ladder 16 to increase the stability); the constructor takes the tool up the ceiling of the crane 2 via the stairs 16.
Then the electric push rod 11 is controlled to descend, and the positioning rod 12 releases the fixation of the limiting sleeve 13; and pulling the limit sleeve 13 to enable the movable guardrail 8 and the movable block 7 to slide forwards in the inner cavity of the top plate of the lifting frame 2 until the movable guardrail 8 moves out of the top plate of the lifting frame 2.
The limiting block 6 of the guardrail 4 rotates upwards to the state shown in the figure 9, so that the movable guardrail 8 can be conveniently turned upwards to form a closed structure with the guardrail 4. After the movable guardrail 8 rotates to the right position, the limiting block 6 is rotated downwards to the state shown in figure 7 or figure 8, and the movable guardrail 8 is fixed.
The movable end of the first linear expansion device 14 is controlled to retract, and the step 16 retracts into the base 1.
And controlling the second linear expansion device 3 to ascend (the second sliding block 20 of the rear side plate of the lifting frame 2 slides along the second sliding groove of the base 1) to stably drive constructors to reach the operation height, and starting construction.
When the building construction bearing frame needs to be moved in a short distance in the construction process, the braking state of the universal wheels 18 is relieved, and the building construction bearing frame is pushed to move.
After construction is finished, controlling the second linear expansion device 3 to descend; the movable fence 8 is released from the fixing and the constructor returns to the ground through the steps 16.
