In the prior art, as for the voice prompt of the clothes treatment equipment, referring to fig. 1, in a main printed circuit board assembly 10 of the clothes treatment equipment, a buzzer driving circuit 11 is connected with a microprocessor 12, the microprocessor 12 receives a control signal, and a buzzer 13 is used for notifying a starting point or an ending point of the washing, cleaning, dewatering and other operations to a user by using an alarm sound.
However, the buzzer has a single alarm tone, and only a small amount of frequency change and sounding time length change, so that people can easily feel stiff and monotonous, and sometimes the buzzer may be frightened. If a speaker or a voice device is used, cost control of the laundry treating apparatus may be increased.
In order to solve the above technical problem, in the embodiment of the present application, a plurality of buzzers are provided in the clothes treatment device, and the plurality of buzzers are used in cooperation to generate a composite sound which cannot be realized by a single buzzer, so that an effect similar to ensemble is achieved.
The specific control process is as follows: when a signal needing voice prompt is detected, determining the control parameter of each buzzer in a plurality of buzzers in the clothes treatment equipment according to the signal, and controlling the buzzers to sound by using the control parameter of each buzzer so as to generate composite music.
The technical effects which can be achieved based on the above description scheme are as follows:
when a signal needing voice prompt is detected, the multiple buzzers in the clothes processing equipment are controlled to sound through software, and compound sound which cannot be realized by a single buzzer can be generated, so that the multiple buzzers can generate compound music in cooperation with work at the same time, the sound with hard and monotonous tone is not generated any more, sound which is more accordant with auditory taste is provided for a user, and better use experience is brought to the user.
In addition, because the cost of the buzzer is low, the multiple buzzers are adopted to control and generate the composite music, and compared with a loudspeaker or a voice device for sounding reminding, the cost of the clothes processing equipment is lower.
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the present disclosure, the following will clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure with reference to specific examples of the voice control process.
The first embodiment is as follows:
fig. 2A is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of a sound control method of a clothes treatment apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the sound control method is applied to the clothes treatment apparatus, and as shown in fig. 2A, the sound control method includes the following steps:
step 201: a signal requiring a voice prompt is detected.
Wherein, if the signal of voice prompt is detected, it indicates that the clothes treatment equipment needs to carry out voice prompt to the user, so as to report the current state of the clothes treatment equipment.
It will be appreciated that in a laundry treatment apparatus application, for example, a user activating a key on the control panel may generate a key activation alert, or if the key is activated, a key deactivation alert, or if the key is deactivated, or a user activating a power-on and/or power-off key on the control panel, a power-on and/or power-off alert.
For another example, during the laundry processing, the laundry processing apparatus may involve various operations, such as washing, drying, dewatering, rinsing, sterilizing, drying, and steaming, which all require a signal prompt sound to inform the user of the start or end of the operation.
Based on the above, in a possible implementation manner, for the signal detection process requiring voice prompt, the clothes processing device detects whether a key is triggered on the control panel in real time, and when detecting that the key is triggered, generates a signal requiring voice prompt by using the key prompt information.
In particular implementations, the keystroke hint information may include specific function information indicated by the keystroke.
In another possible implementation manner, the clothes treatment device detects whether a signal prompt is generated in real time during the clothes treatment process, and generates a signal needing voice prompt according to the signal prompt when the signal prompt is detected to be generated.
In particular implementation, the signal prompt may include status information corresponding to a particular laundry treatment process.
Step 202: when a signal needing voice prompt is detected, determining the control parameter of each buzzer in a plurality of buzzers in the clothes treatment equipment according to the signal, and controlling the buzzers to sound by using the control parameter of each buzzer so as to generate composite music.
The buzzer has a technical specification parameter, namely a frequency specification, and has a recommended frequency, if the buzzer is controlled to emit sound of the recommended frequency, the buzzer sounds normally, and if the buzzer is controlled to emit sound far away from the recommended frequency, the buzzer sounds abnormally and sounds very harsh, so that the existing scheme can only control the buzzer to emit sound in a narrow frequency range, and the tone is monotonous and harsh.
In the embodiment of the application, by controlling the plurality of buzzers to sound simultaneously, as each buzzer has one frequency specification, the plurality of buzzers can cooperate to work simultaneously to generate compound music.
For example, by using a plurality of buzzers of different frequency specifications, it is possible to match sounds of a wider frequency range, and also to sound simultaneously to change the sound quality of the sounds.
Two different combination scheme control examples are given below.
The experimental conditions are as follows: the clothes treatment equipment is provided with 2 buzzers, and the two buzzers respectively control the output waveform by using PWM (pulse-width modulation) ports on a circuit board to control the buzzers to sound. Specifically, the output waveform is high level, the buzzer sounds, the output waveform becomes low level, and the buzzer stops sounding.
Referring to fig. 2B, comparing the output waveform of the PWM frequency output 1 with the output waveform of the PWM frequency output 2, it can be seen that the two buzzers sound synchronously each time, and the sounding time lengths of each time are the same, if one of the buzzers is controlled to sound at a higher frequency and the other buzzer sounds at a lower frequency, the experimental result is that composite music can be generated.
Referring to fig. 2C, comparing the output waveform of the PWM frequency output 1 with the output waveform of the PWM frequency output 2 shows that the two buzzers sound asynchronously each time, that is, one of the buzzers sounds in the gap where the other buzzer sounds, and the sound-producing time length of the one buzzer is longer than that of the other buzzer, and the experimental result shows that no matter the two buzzers produce the same frequency sound or different frequency sounds, the similar ensemble sound effect can be achieved.
Therefore, by controlling the buzzers to emit different frequency sounds, and/or controlling the buzzers to emit different sounding time and/or controlling the buzzers to emit the same frequency sound at the same time, the sound which cannot be realized by a single buzzer can be generated, and the generated sound is not hard and monotonous, but has a certain melody and is pleasant to hear.
It should be noted that, for the specific implementation process of determining the control parameter of each buzzer in the multiple buzzers in the clothes treatment device according to the signal, reference may be made to the following description of the embodiments, and the detailed description of the present application is omitted here.
So far, the sound control flow shown in fig. 2A is completed, when a signal requiring voice prompt is detected, the software is used to simultaneously control the multiple buzzers in the clothes processing device to sound, and composite sound that cannot be realized by a single buzzer can be generated, so that the multiple buzzers can cooperate to generate composite music, and no longer generate harsh and monotonous sound, so as to provide sound that is more in line with hearing preference for a user, thereby bringing better use experience to the user.
In addition, due to the fact that the buzzer is low in cost, the multiple buzzers are used for controlling and generating the composite music, and compared with a loudspeaker or a voice device for sounding reminding, the clothes processing equipment is low in cost.
Example two:
fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart illustrating an embodiment of a sound control method of a clothes treatment apparatus according to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, and based on the embodiment illustrated in fig. 2A, as illustrated in fig. 3, the sound control method of the clothes treatment apparatus includes the following steps:
step 301: a signal requiring a voice prompt is detected.
For a specific implementation process of step 301, refer to the related description of step 201 in the foregoing embodiment, which is not described herein again.
Step 302: when a signal needing voice prompt is detected, prompt information is extracted from the signal needing voice prompt.
Based on the above description of step 202 in the embodiment, there are two cases for generating the signal that needs to be prompted by voice: one case is that a control panel on the clothes processing equipment is triggered by a key, and a signal needing voice prompt is generated by using key prompt information; in another case, when a signal prompt is generated during the clothes processing, the clothes processing equipment generates a signal needing voice prompt according to the signal prompt.
Based on this, the signal that needs to be voice-prompted may carry specific prompting information, such as the above-mentioned key prompting information or signal prompting information, so that the specific prompting information may be extracted from the signal that needs to be voice-prompted.
Step 303: and determining control parameters for each buzzer according to the extracted prompt information.
The types of the prompt information in the voice prompt signal that needs to be performed may include two types: one is key press prompt information, and the other is signal prompt information
Based on this, in a possible implementation manner, if the prompt information is the key prompt information, the control parameter of each buzzer is determined by using the first sound-emitting manner corresponding to the key prompt information; and if the prompt information is signal prompt information, determining the control parameter of each buzzer by using a second sound production mode corresponding to the signal prompt information.
In order to distinguish the sound prompt of the signal generated in the process of triggering the keys on the control panel and processing the clothes by the user, in the embodiment of the application, the control parameter of the buzzer is determined by using two sound production modes.
In an alternative embodiment, the first sound generation mode and the second sound generation mode may be any one of synchronous sound generation and asynchronous sound generation of the respective buzzers.
The synchronous sounding refers to that each buzzer sounds at the same time, and the asynchronous sounding refers to that each buzzer sounds at a staggered time. Because the first buzzer and the second buzzer are controlled to emit different frequency sounds, and/or the sounding time of the first buzzer is controlled to be different, and/or the first buzzer and the second buzzer are controlled to emit the same frequency sound at the same time, the sounds which cannot be realized by the single buzzer can be generated, and therefore, different sound effects of key reminding and signal reminding can be achieved even if the first sounding mode and the second sounding mode are both asynchronous sounding or synchronous sounding.
In specific implementation, the control parameters of the buzzer can include sounding frequency and sounding rules (including sounding time interval and sounding time length).
It should be noted that the sound generation frequency in the buzzer control parameter is the recommended frequency in the technical parameter of the buzzer, so as to ensure that the buzzer sounds normally.
Based on the description, the given first sound production mode and the second sound production mode achieve different sound quality effects by controlling the sound production time of the buzzer every time, so that the frequency technical specification of each buzzer is not required to be limited, different sound quality effects can be achieved even if the clothes treatment equipment uses the buzzers with the same frequency technical specification, and the setting requirement of the buzzers is reduced.
It is understood that the two sound emitting manners given above are only an exemplary illustration and do not form a specific limitation to the present application, and it is within the scope of the present application to distinguish the sound alert generated by the signal generated during the process of the laundry from the key on the control panel triggered by the user by other sound emitting manners that may appear in the future.
Step 304: and controlling the buzzer to sound by using the control parameter of each buzzer.
So far, accomplish the sound control flow that above-mentioned fig. 3 shows, when detecting the signal that needs to carry out voice prompt, through extracting the tip information from the signal that needs to carry out voice prompt, and confirm the control parameter of every bee calling organ according to the tip information that extracts, and utilize the control parameter of every bee calling organ to control the sound production, with the purpose that different tip information produced different tone quality effects, thereby the user can know what kind of state the clothing processing apparatus is currently in through distinguishing the different tone quality effects that each bee calling organ played in unison, like this brings pleasing music for the user promptly, let the user can distinguish the different user state of clothing processing apparatus again, therefore user experience obtains promoting.
In addition, due to the fact that the buzzer is low in cost, the multiple buzzers are used for controlling and generating the composite music, and compared with a loudspeaker or a voice device for sounding reminding, the clothes processing equipment is low in cost.
It should be noted that, in some complex clothes processing apparatuses formed by stacking a washing machine and a drying machine in the prior art, after the clothes processing apparatuses are stacked, the controller of the washing machine/drying machine located at an upper position can control the operation processes of the washing machine and the drying machine at the same time. Generally, a buzzer is separately provided in each laundry treating machine, for example, in a laundry treating apparatus in which a clothes dryer and a washing machine are stacked, a buzzer is provided in the clothes dryer itself, and a buzzer is provided in the washing machine, as shown in fig. 4, a buzzer 1 is provided in the clothes dryer, and a buzzer 2 is provided in the washing machine, so that after stacking, the buzzer 1 and the buzzer 2 are controlled by the same control panel to sound.
In the existing scheme, a control panel on the clothes processing equipment realizes the processing reminding of the clothes dryer by controlling a buzzer 1 of the clothes dryer to sound, and controls a buzzer 2 of the washing machine to sound to realize the processing reminding of the washing machine. Therefore, the single buzzer sounding reminding mode brings a feeling of single tone and hardness to a user, the user experience is poor, and the single buzzer sounding cannot achieve reminding in different using states.
In the embodiment of the application, after the washing machine and the clothes dryer are stacked and combined together by a user, the buzzer in the clothes dryer and the buzzer in the washing machine are controlled in a linkage manner to generate pleasant composite music, so that a wonderful and pleasant experience can be brought to the user.
The technical solution proposed above is clearly and completely explained below with specific embodiments.
Example four:
fig. 5 is a detailed flowchart of a sound control method of a clothes treatment apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the sound control method is applied to the clothes treatment apparatus shown in fig. 4, and based on the scheme described in the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the sound control method of the clothes treatment apparatus specifically includes the following steps:
step 501: a signal requiring a voice prompt is detected.
For a specific implementation process of step 501, reference may be made to the related description of step 201 in the foregoing embodiment, and details of this application are not repeated here.
Step 502: when a signal needing voice prompt is detected, the control parameter of one buzzer in the washing machine and the control parameter of one buzzer in the clothes dryer are determined according to the signal, and the control parameter of one buzzer in the washing machine and the control parameter of one buzzer in the clothes dryer are used for controlling the two buzzers to sound in a linkage mode so as to generate composite music.
In an optional embodiment, the prompt information is extracted from the signal needing voice prompt, the control parameters for the two buzzers are determined according to the extracted prompt information, and the control parameters are used for controlling the corresponding buzzers to sound, so that composite music is formed, and the tone quality effect which cannot be realized by a single buzzer is achieved.
If the prompt information is key prompt information, determining control parameters of the two buzzers by using a first sound emitting mode corresponding to the key prompt information; and if the prompt information is signal prompt information, determining the control parameters of the two buzzers by using a second sound production mode corresponding to the signal prompt information.
The voice control flow shown in fig. 5 is completed.
