The flange roll number spraying device as shown in figure 1 mainly comprises a template component 1, a nozzle component 2 and a centering component 3. As shown in fig. 2, the flange roll 5 is transported by the conveyor 4 to a location where a mark is to be applied. The conveyor 4 is provided with a carrier bar 41, which carrier bar 41 is inserted into the flange roll 5 so as to be able to support the flange roll 5 (see the sectional view shown in fig. 4).
The formwork assembly 1 shown in fig. 5 mainly includes a slide rail 11, a formwork 12, a return spring 13 and a formwork support 15. The formwork support 15 is used for mounting the formwork 12 and the plurality of mutually parallel sliding rails 11. The template 12 is engraved with a plurality of hollow-out marks 121. The template 12 is slidably attached to the slide rail 11. The template 12 is connected with a circular ring 14, and the circular ring 14 is sleeved on the slide rail 11 and guided. The ring 14 is in clearance fit with the slide rail 11, so that the ring 14 is guided strictly. The slide rail 11 is also sleeved with a return spring 13. After the die plate 12 is pushed forward (by the gimbaled ball 24 in fig. 6), the return spring 13 is compressed to charge energy. After the pushing force of the die plate 12 is removed, the return spring 13 releases the accumulated energy to expand, and pushes the die plate 12 backward. The template 12 is detachable so that it can be replaced with a flange roll 5 of a different standard.
As shown in fig. 6, the nozzle assembly 2 is mainly composed of a nozzle 21, a nozzle holder 22, and a push cylinder 23. The nozzle 21 and the push cylinder 23 are mounted on the nozzle holder 22. The push cylinder 23 is used to drive the nozzle 21 forward or backward. The nozzle bracket 22 is further provided with a sliding sleeve 25, a sliding block 26 is arranged in the sliding sleeve 25 in a sliding manner, and the nozzle 21 is connected to the sliding block 26, so that the moving path of the nozzle 21 is more accurate. Two gimbaled balls 24 are provided at the front end of the slider 26. As shown in the top view of fig. 3, gimbaled balls 24 are used to push template 12. The gimballed ball 24 facilitates rotation on the template 12 due to rolling friction with the template 12. The number of the universal balls 24 may be at least one, and if two or more universal balls are provided, the swing stability of the nozzle 21 can be increased. The nozzle 21 is supplied with ink by connecting an external oil supply mechanism (not shown).

The lower end of the centering rotary support 31 is connected with a lifting rod 33, and the lifting rod 33 is sleeved in the sleeve 34 and fixed through a bolt 35. As shown in fig. 8, the lifting rod 33 is provided with two height pin holes 331, one height pin hole is provided on the sleeve 34, the lifting rod 33 is fixed by inserting the pin 35 into the pin holes on the sleeve 34 and the lifting rod 33, and the lifting rod 33 can be adjusted in height by inserting the pin 35 into the pin holes 331 of different heights on the lifting rod 33. In a similar manner, the distance between the connecting piece 221 and the centering and rotating support 31 is also adjustable, which allows to adapt to flange rolls 5 of different sizes.
As shown in fig. 8, the centering assembly 3 further comprises a rotary cylinder 32. Connecting rod 37 is connected to connecting block 221. The driving end of the rotary cylinder 32 is connected to the connecting rod 37, and the connecting block 221 is driven to rotate by the connecting rod 37, so as to drive the nozzle 21 to swing. Further, since the front end of the nozzle 21 is pressed against the die plate 12 by the universal ball 24, the nozzle 21 can smoothly swing.
In this example, the reference symbol 121 is a number, but may be in other forms such as a letter in other embodiments.
As described above, in the flange roll marking apparatus of the present embodiment, the ink (high temperature resistant ink) is ejected to the hollow marking marks 121 on the stencil 12 through the nozzle 21, and the ink adheres to the surface of the flange roll 5 through the hollow portion, thereby completing the marking. Not only has high efficiency, but also has clear and distinguishable mark, and improves the operation efficiency. And because the nozzle 21 is swung, a plurality of hollow-outs on the template 12 can be reached, so that the marks can be richer. And the height and swing radius of the nozzle 21 are adjustable to accommodate different sizes of flange rolls 5.
