Abstract
The invention discloses a TIFF image exposure method, which comprises the following steps: adding various information related to the plate making process in the TIFF format file and storing the information; opening a laser plate making device to enable a computer processing system of the laser plate making device to read a TIFF format file; and the laser plate-making equipment controls a plurality of working modules to work cooperatively based on the various information so as to expose the image to the screen frame. The invention improves the automation degree of image exposure and improves the working efficiency.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of laser plate making, and particularly relates to a TIFF image exposure method.
Background
Referring to fig. 1, in the field of laser platemaking, the method for exposing images in TIFF format by using existing laser platemaking equipment generally comprises: processing TIFF format images to be exposed, storing and transferring the TIFF format images to an operator of laser platemaking equipment. When the operator operates the laser plate-making apparatus, a series of parameters of the plate-making process required for exposing the image are input and exposed again in a computer system of the laser plate-making apparatus, and the series of parameters may be, for example: 1. a frame parameter comprising: the horizontal size of the screen frame, the vertical size of the screen frame, the horizontal offset position of the screen frame and the vertical offset position of the screen frame; 2. image parameters, including: shifting an image in a horizontal direction, shifting an image in a vertical direction, aligning the image in the horizontal direction, aligning the image in the vertical direction, overturning the image in the horizontal direction and overturning the image in the vertical direction; 3. expansion and contraction parameters comprising a horizontal expansion and contraction ratio and a vertical expansion and contraction ratio; 4. exposure parameters including: output speed, output power, output horizontal resolution, output vertical resolution, and output mode. Further: the screen frame parameters comprise a screen frame horizontal size, a screen frame vertical size, a screen frame horizontal offset position and a screen frame vertical offset position; the image parameters comprise an image horizontal direction offset, an image vertical direction offset, an image horizontal direction alignment mode, an image vertical direction alignment mode, whether the image is horizontally turned or not, whether the image is vertically turned or not and an image rotation angle; the exposure parameters include laser output speed and output power.
Furthermore, the various information is obtained by clicking the attributes of the image to be exposed and then checking.
Further, the content of the TIFF format file storage may be increased or decreased.

The invention has the technical effects that: a TIFF file of information on a plate making process is added to a TIFF image to be exposed and saved. Referring to fig. 2, the invention discloses an image exposure method with a file in TIFF format, comprising:
adding various information related to a plate making process in a TIFF image in a TIFF format file, and storing the information;
opening a laser platemaking device to enable a computer processing system of the laser platemaking device to read the plurality of information;
and the laser plate-making equipment controls a plurality of working modules to work cooperatively based on the various information so as to expose the image to the screen frame.
Referring to FIG. 1, FIG. 1 is an image that needs to be exposed on a frame, which is in TIFF format. Before exposing the image, some information about the process parameters related to exposing the image needs to be added to the computer program. In the application, since the image format is in the TIFF format, the added remark information is also stored in the TIFF format file, so that the data in the TIFF format file is compatible with the data of the TIFF image.

After various information related to the plate making process is stored in the data storage device in a TIFF format file, a computer processing system of the laser plate making device reads the various information related to the plate making process stored in the TIFF format file, controls a plurality of working modules of the laser plate making device to work cooperatively to expose the image to a screen frame, and completes the exposure process of the image.
The plurality of working modules described herein may be, for example, an optical module, an electrical module, a control module, and a mechanical structure module, which work together to perform an exposure process on an image.
It should be noted that, in the present application, the size of the content stored in the TIFF format file is not limited, that is, in the TIFF format file, the remark information related to the plate making process may be increased or decreased, that is, the remark content may not be limited. In addition, information related to the plate making process is generally noted in a blank area at the upper end of the TIFF format file, so that the information is more convenient to view and edit.

and the laser plate-making equipment controls a plurality of working modules to work cooperatively based on the various information so as to expose the image to the screen frame.
2. The TIFF image exposure method according to claim 1, wherein: the plurality of information includes: frame parameters, image parameters, harmomegathus parameters, and exposure parameters.

The TIFF image exposure method according to claim 2, wherein the frame parameters include a frame horizontal size, a frame vertical size, a frame horizontal offset position, and a frame vertical offset position; the image parameters comprise an image horizontal direction offset, an image vertical direction offset, an image horizontal direction alignment mode, an image vertical direction alignment mode, whether the image is horizontally turned or not, whether the image is vertically turned or not and an image rotation angle; the exposure parameters include laser output speed and output power.
4. The TIFF image exposure method according to claim 2, wherein said plurality of information is obtained by clicking on an attribute of said image to be exposed and then viewing.
5. The TIFF image exposure method according to claim 1, wherein the contents of the TIFF format file storage can be increased or decreased.
6. The TIFF image exposure method according to claim 1, wherein said plurality of information are remarked in a blank area at the upper end in the TIFF format file.
