The impact hammer 23 is arc crescent, the angle of the arc surface of the impact hammer 23 is consistent with that of the arc surface of the rotary drum 20, and the arc surface of the impact hammer 23 is fixedly connected with a plurality of rubber bumps 28; through the rubber bump 28 that sets up, improved the unsmooth degree between jump bit 23 and the dust removal filter 4 to improved the frequency of vibration of dust removal filter 4, rubber bump 28 has reduced the impact force of jump bit 23 to dust removal filter 4 simultaneously, has reduced the damage degree to dust removal filter 4.
A plurality of vibration cavities 29 are formed in the two ends of the rotary drum 20, the vibration cavities 29 and the sliding grooves 26 are alternately distributed, one end of a spring 30 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of each vibration cavity 29, an impact ball 31 is fixedly connected to the other end of the spring 30, a plurality of protrusions are arranged on the outer wall of the impact ball 31, and the outer ring of the impact ball 31 is in impact fit with the inner ring of each vibration cavity 29; during the use, when rotary drum 20 rotated for striking ball 31 rocks in vibrations chamber 29 under the effect of gravity and the elasticity effect of spring 30, and striking ball 31 strikes the inner wall that shakes chamber 29, makes rotary drum 20 take place vibrations, thereby has improved the sense of shock of jump bit 23, has then further improved the clearance degree to dust removal filter 4.
A plurality of water collecting grooves 32 are formed in the outer ring of the middle of the rotating drum 20, and the water collecting grooves 32 are positioned between adjacent blades 21; through the water collecting tank 32, clear water discharged by the circulating water inlet pipe 18 is collected and matched with the paddles 21, so that the power strength of the rotary drum 20 during rotation is improved.
Example two
As shown in fig. 7, a plurality of sealing rings 33 are fixedly connected to an outer ring of one surface of the sealing cap 7 close to the dispersing nozzle 6, a plurality of magnet pieces 34 are arranged on one surface of the sealing cap 7 close to the dispersing nozzle 6, and the magnet pieces 34 on two sides attract each other; during the use, after tail gas closed, sealed cap 7 is close to dispersion mouth 6, and the magnet piece 34 that both sides set up attracts mutually, and cooperation sealing ring 33 has further improved the sealed effect of sealed cap 7 to dispersion mouth 6.
The working principle is as follows: firstly, filling clear water into the purification tank 1 until the liquid level of the clear water is over the circulating water outlet pipe 17; tail gas generated in coke production enters an annular pipe 5 through a tail gas inlet pipe 2, the tail gas is discharged into a purification tank 1 through a dispersion nozzle 6, a sealing cap 7 is pushed to leave the dispersion nozzle 6 to drive a tension spring 8 to stretch, when the tail gas is sprayed out of the dispersion nozzle 6, fan blades 11 are pushed to rotate along a notch 10, the tail gas is fully mixed with clean water, smoke dust in the tail gas is precipitated in the clean water, the tail gas is upwards filtered by a dust removal filter plate 4, and the filtered tail gas is discharged through a tail gas outlet pipe 3; the probability of cloth bag damage caused by overhigh temperature of the tail gas is reduced, the separation and removal of smoke and dust in the tail gas are realized, and the pollution of the tail gas to the environment is reduced;
then, the circulating water outlet pipe 17 pumps out clean water above the dedusting filter plate 4, the clean water is discharged into the purification tank 1 through the circulating water inlet pipe 18, when the clean water enters the purification tank 1, the blade 21 on the surface of the rotary drum 20 is impacted, the rotary drum 20 rotates, the impact hammer 23 is under the action of gravity, the sliding plate 22 is driven to slide along the sliding groove 26, the impact hammer 23 slides from the accommodating groove 25, meanwhile, under the action of gravity and the elastic force of the spring 30, the impact ball 31 shakes in the vibration cavity 29, the impact ball 31 impacts the inner wall of the vibration cavity 29, the rotary drum 20 shakes, the vibration sense of the impact hammer 23 is improved, the impact hammer 23 impacts the dedusting filter plate 4, the dedusting filter plate 4 shakes, and the cleaning work of the dedusting filter plate 4 is achieved; meanwhile, through the circulating water outlet pipe 17 and the circulating water inlet pipe 18, workers can use the clean water heated by the tail gas for secondary use, and the temperature stability of the clean water is kept.
The front, the back, the left, the right, the upper and the lower are all based on figure 1 in the attached drawings of the specification, according to the standard of the observation angle of a person, the side of the device facing an observer is defined as the front, the left side of the observer is defined as the left, and the like.
