本申请实施例的一种波束训练方法,接入点使用宽波束向具有波束赋形能力的站点发送第一信号,所述第一信号用于所述站点进行波束训练;所述接入点使用所述宽波束从所述站点接收第一波束训练完成指示,所述第一波束训练完成指示表示所述站点根据所述第一信号完成了波束训练;所述接入点分别使用每个需要参与波束训练的窄波束向所述站点发送第二信号,以及使用所述每个需要参与波束训练的窄波束从所述站点接收所述站点对所述第二信号测量所得的下行信道质量;所述接入点在所有需要参与波束训练的窄波束均完成发送和接收后,确定下行发送波束和上行接收波束,所述确定包括根据所述下行信道质量确定下行发送波束和上行接收波束中的至少一个。
