Abstract

Technical Field

Background

As shown in fig. 3, the vehicle-mounted terminal plays audio and video data of the live broadcast room, monitors the played video data, and determines second key information in the video data through an image recognition technology. The second key information may be one or more of a keyword, a frame image, and a certain part of image data. The determination of the second key information in the video data by the image recognition technology may be: acquiring a target video segment in video data; and acquiring a frame image containing one or more commodity attribute information from the target video segment by adopting a video analysis technology, and determining second key information according to the frame image. For example, the frame image is taken as the second key information. Alternatively, the product attribute information such as the shape, color, and size of the product is recognized from the frame image, and the product attribute information such as the shape, color, and size of the product is used as the second key information.
The AI video analysis function can be established at the vehicle-mounted terminal, the introduction video of the anchor is analyzed, the second key information of the commodity is marked, the second key information of the commodity is uploaded to the server, and the server records the second key information of the commodity under the ID of the target commodity of the vehicle-mounted terminal, so that the server manages the commodity attribute information of the target commodity.
In an embodiment, the determining second key information in the video data by the image recognition technology includes: acquiring the shape and size of an article in each frame of image in video data by an image recognition technology; and determining second key information in the video data according to the shape and the size of the article in each frame of image.
In this embodiment, the video data comprises a plurality of frames of images, each frame of images comprising one or more items. And acquiring the shape and the size of the article in each frame of image through an image recognition technology, and further determining second key information in the video data based on the shape and the size of the article in each frame of image. It may be that the second key information includes image information of the shape and size of the article and/or letter or number information of the shape and size of the article.
In an embodiment, the determining the commodity attribute information of each commodity in the live broadcast room according to the audio/video data includes: acquiring third key information of each commodity in the live broadcast room according to the audio data in the audio and video data; acquiring fourth key information of each commodity in the live broadcast room according to the video data in the audio and video data; filtering the third key information and the fourth key information to obtain target key information; and determining the commodity attribute information of each commodity in the live broadcast room according to the target key information.
In the embodiment, the third key information of each commodity is obtained through the audio data in the audio and video data, the fourth key information of each commodity is obtained through the video data in the audio and video data, and then the third key information and the fourth key information are filtered, so that information which does not represent commodity attributes is filtered, target key information is screened out, and then commodity attribute information of each commodity in a live broadcast room is determined according to the target key information.
In one embodiment, after the step of determining the target product according to the target product attribute information and the product attribute information of each product, the method further includes: receiving second voice data used for indicating the purchase of the target commodity by the user; and executing the purchasing operation of the target commodity according to the second voice information.
In this embodiment, when the user determines that the target product is a product that the user wants to purchase, the second voice data for purchasing the target product may be sent to the vehicle-mounted terminal. The second voice data may contain operation information instructed by the user through voice. And when the vehicle-mounted terminal receives the second voice data of the target commodity purchased by the user, responding to the operation information in the second voice data, and further executing the purchasing operation of the target commodity. If the target commodity is displayed by the vehicle-mounted terminal, the user sends second voice data for representing and determining the target commodity to be purchased to the vehicle-mounted terminal, and then the vehicle-mounted terminal initiates a purchase request operation to a purchase link provided by a live broadcast party so as to execute purchase of the target commodity.
For example, the vehicle-mounted terminal displays the target commodity with the highest matching value issued by the server for the user to check, and the interface display of the vehicle-mounted terminal displaying the target commodity is shown in fig. 4. After the user confirms, clicking or selecting purchase through voice on the interface, and completing purchase payment operation of the target commodity through the vehicle-mounted terminal. Therefore, the vehicle-mounted terminal can realize vehicle-mounted live shopping of the user.
In an embodiment, after the step of receiving the audio/video data of the live broadcast, the method further includes: converting the audio and video data into text information, and sending the text information to the server side so that the server side can acquire commodity attribute information of each commodity in the live broadcast room from the text information; the determining the target commodity according to the target commodity attribute information and the commodity attribute information of each commodity includes: and sending the target commodity attribute information to the server, so that the server determines a target commodity according to the target commodity attribute information and the commodity attribute information of each commodity, and receives the target commodity issued by the server.
In the embodiment, the server receives text information uploaded by the vehicle-mounted terminal; obtaining keywords representing the commodity attributes of one or more commodities from the text information; matching one or more keywords with the commodity attribute information of each commodity; identifying keywords which fail to be matched, and identifying a first commodity corresponding to the keywords which fail to be matched; and associating the keywords which fail to be matched with the first commodity so as to take the keywords which fail to be matched as the commodity attribute information of the first commodity. Therefore, the missing product attribute information of each product can be filled. And then, the server determines the target commodity according to the target commodity attribute information and the commodity attribute information of each commodity.
The vehicle-mounted terminal can convert the introduction of the goods being explained by the anchor into text information through the online ASR function and transmit the text information to the management background, and the management background converts key information in the text information into keywords and records the keywords under the ID of the corresponding goods of the vehicle-mounted terminal.
For example, in the live broadcast process, the vehicle-mounted terminal receives the anchor voice through sound receiving equipment such as a microphone array and performs voice recognition, and sends the voice data to the cloud voice recognition engine through the bus structure so as to perform natural language recognition on the anchor voice data input by the user, so as to obtain a corresponding target text. The target text is a form of the text information. And segmenting the target text, extracting keywords representing the commodity attributes, identifying the commodity ID corresponding to the keywords, comparing the extracted keywords with the commodity attribute information of the management background, and adding the keywords under the commodity ID if the relevant attributes are lacked.
For example, the following steps are carried out: the commodity ID of this cashmere overcoat has been had in the management backstage, and the colour attribute of mark has white and grey coffee, and in the live broadcast in-process, the commodity "this cashmere overcoat of anchor introduction tailor very fashion, have white, grey coffee, when caramel three-colour can be selected":
1. the management background changes the words into 'the piece/cashmere overcoat/cutting/very fashionable/white/grey coffee/caramel/three-color/selectable' by analyzing the text information of the main broadcasting introduction uploaded by the vehicle-mounted terminal in real time.
2. The cashmere overcoat, white, grey coffee and caramel are marked as keywords.
3. Matching with the commodity attribute of the commodity in the management background, and recording the color attribute of caramel as the supplement of the anchor under the commodity ID of the cashmere overcoat.
In an embodiment, after the step of receiving the audio/video data of the live broadcast, the method further includes: converting audio and video data to obtain a frame image; sending the frame image to a server side so that the server side can acquire commodity attribute information of each commodity in the live broadcast room from the frame image; the determining the target commodity according to the target commodity attribute information and the commodity attribute information of each commodity includes: and sending the target commodity attribute information to the server, so that the server determines a target commodity according to the target commodity attribute information and the commodity attribute information of each commodity, and receives the target commodity issued by the server.
In the embodiment, an AI video analysis function is established at the vehicle-mounted terminal, an introduction video of a main broadcasting in a broadcasting room is analyzed, a frame image is intercepted and uploaded, and a management background of the server side analyzes the frame image to obtain commodity attribute information of each commodity. And recording the commodity attribute information of each commodity under the commodity ID of the commodity corresponding to the vehicle-mounted terminal. Therefore, the missing product attribute information of each product can be filled. And then, the server determines the target commodity according to the target commodity attribute information and the commodity attribute information of each commodity.
The server acquires the commodity attribute information of each commodity in the live broadcast room from the frame image, and the method comprises the following steps: and the server inputs the frame image into the trained image recognition model to obtain the commodity attribute information of each commodity output by the image recognition model.
Specifically, in the live broadcasting process of audio and video data of a live broadcasting room played by the vehicle-mounted terminal, the vehicle-mounted terminal can automatically intercept live video clips and upload the live video clips to the management background. And the management background performs feature extraction on the uploaded frame images based on image analysis and video voice auxiliary analysis. Feature extraction is carried out on the uploaded frame image by adopting a trained image recognition model to obtain each commodity label, and the commodity label is an expression form of commodity attribute information. The specific extraction method can be seen in fig. 5. And analyzing the commodity label, confirming the commodity ID, and recording the commodity label under the commodity ID.
The implementation flows of the above two embodiments are shown in fig. 6. Specifically, the online ASR technology of the vehicle-mounted terminal converts audio data in a live broadcast room into text information and uploads the text information to the server, and/or the vehicle-mounted terminal converts video data in the live broadcast room into frame images through a video capture technology and uploads the frame images to the server. The text information and the frame image are commodity attribute information of the commodity. The server performs the correlation matching operation with reference to the flow shown in fig. 6. If the matching degree is greater than 80%, the uploaded commodity attribute information is the commodity attribute information of a certain commodity recorded in the server, whether the uploaded commodity attribute information further comprises the commodity attribute information which is not recorded in the commodity is determined, and if yes, the commodity attribute information which is not recorded in the commodity is recorded under the commodity ID. If the matching degree is less than 80%, the uploaded commodity attribute information does not belong to the commodity attribute information of any commodity recorded in the server, and at the moment, the server creates the commodity ID of the commodity of the uploaded commodity attribute information and records the uploaded commodity attribute information under the created commodity ID. Therefore, the missing product attribute information of each product can be filled.
In summary, the above commodity information processing method has the following advantages:
1. when the vehicle-mounted terminal plays audio and video data of a live broadcast room, commodity attribute information introduced by a main broadcast in the live broadcast room can be extracted as keywords, and the keywords are uploaded to a server so as to fill up missing commodity attribute information in the server.
2. When the vehicle-mounted terminal plays audio and video data of a live broadcast room, the video segment of the goods introduced by the anchor broadcast is intercepted, the intercepted frame image is uploaded to the server side, the server side extracts the goods attribute information such as category, color and the like in the frame image, extracts the goods attribute information as a keyword, and can fill the missing goods attribute information in the server side.
3. The vehicle-mounted terminal can extract keywords from the voice TTS of the user and send the keywords to the management background of the server side for keyword matching, so that the matched commodities with the highest similarity are pushed to the user.
In one embodiment, the present application further provides a merchandise information processing apparatus, as shown in fig. 7, which includes a playing module 702, a first determining module 704, an extracting module 706, and a second determining module 708. The playing module 702 is configured to receive audio and video data of a live broadcast room, and play the audio and video data at a vehicle-mounted terminal of a vehicle; a first determining module 704, configured to determine, according to the audio and video data, commodity attribute information of each commodity in the live broadcast room; the extraction module 706 is used for receiving first voice data of a user in the vehicle and extracting target commodity attribute information from the first voice data; the second determining module 708 is configured to determine the target product according to the target product attribute information and the product attribute information of each product.
In one embodiment, determining commodity attribute information of each commodity in the live broadcast room according to the audio and video data includes: acquiring audio data in the audio and video data; determining first key information in the audio data through a voice recognition technology; and determining commodity attribute information of each commodity in the live broadcast room according to the first key information.
In one embodiment, determining first key information in audio data by speech recognition techniques includes: acquiring the volume value of each audio segment data of the audio data; screening out target audio segment data with the volume values meeting a first set condition according to the volume values of the audio segment data; converting the target audio frequency segment data into a text through a voice recognition technology, and screening out target word segmentation meeting a second set condition from the text; and determining first key information according to the target word segmentation.
In one embodiment, determining commodity attribute information of each commodity in the live broadcast room according to the audio and video data includes: acquiring video data in the audio and video data; determining second key information in the video data through an image recognition technology; and determining the commodity attribute information of each commodity in the live broadcast room according to the second key information.
In one embodiment, determining second key information in the video data by image recognition techniques includes: acquiring the shape and size of an article in each frame of image in video data by an image recognition technology; and determining second key information in the video data according to the shape and the size of the article in each frame of image.
In one embodiment, determining commodity attribute information of each commodity in the live broadcast room according to the audio and video data includes: acquiring third key information of each commodity in the live broadcast room according to the audio data in the audio and video data; acquiring fourth key information of each commodity in the live broadcast room according to the video data in the audio and video data; filtering the third key information and the fourth key information to obtain target key information; and determining the commodity attribute information of each commodity in the live broadcast room according to the target key information.
In one embodiment, after determining the target product according to the target product attribute information and the product attribute information of each product, the method further includes: receiving second voice data used for indicating the purchase of the target commodity by the user; and executing the purchasing operation of the target commodity according to the second voice information.
For the specific definition of the commodity information processing device, the above definition of a commodity information processing method can be referred to, and details are not repeated here. Each module in the above commodity information processing apparatus may be wholly or partially implemented by software, hardware, or a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, and the computer device may be a vehicle-mounted terminal, and the internal structure diagram of the computer device may be as shown in fig. 8. The computer device comprises a processor, a memory, a network interface, a display screen and an input device which are connected through a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The network interface of the computer equipment is used for communicating with the server through network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a commodity information processing method. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 8 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program: receiving audio and video data of a live broadcast room, and playing the audio and video data at a vehicle-mounted terminal of a vehicle; determining commodity attribute information of each commodity in the live broadcast room according to the audio and video data; receiving first voice data of a user in a vehicle, and extracting target commodity attribute information from the first voice data; and determining the target commodity according to the target commodity attribute information and the commodity attribute information of each commodity.
In one embodiment, when the processor executes the computer program to determine the commodity attribute information of each commodity in the live broadcast room according to the audio/video data, the following steps are specifically implemented: acquiring audio data in the audio and video data; determining first key information in the audio data through a voice recognition technology; and determining commodity attribute information of each commodity in the live broadcast room according to the first key information.
In one embodiment, when the processor executes the computer program to determine the first key information in the audio data through the speech recognition technology, the following steps are specifically implemented: acquiring the volume value of each audio segment data of the audio data; screening target audio segment data with the volume value meeting a first set condition according to the volume value of each audio segment data; converting the target audio band data into a text by a voice recognition technology, and screening out target word segments meeting a second set condition from the text; and determining first key information according to the target word segmentation.
In one embodiment, when the processor executes the computer program to determine the commodity attribute information of each commodity in the live broadcast room according to the audio/video data, the following steps are specifically implemented: acquiring video data in the audio and video data; determining second key information in the video data through an image recognition technology; and determining the commodity attribute information of each commodity in the live broadcast room according to the second key information.
In one embodiment, when the processor executes the computer program to determine the second key information in the video data by using the image recognition technology, the following steps are specifically implemented: acquiring the shape and size of an article in each frame of image in video data by an image recognition technology; and determining second key information in the video data according to the shape and the size of the article in each frame of image.
In one embodiment, when the processor executes the computer program to determine the commodity attribute information of each commodity in the live broadcast room according to the audio/video data, the following steps are specifically implemented: acquiring third key information of each commodity in the live broadcast room according to audio data in the audio and video data; acquiring fourth key information of each commodity in the live broadcast room according to the video data in the audio and video data; filtering the third key information and the fourth key information to obtain target key information; and determining the commodity attribute information of each commodity in the live broadcast room according to the target key information.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: receiving second voice data used for indicating the purchase of the target commodity by the user; and executing the purchasing operation of the target commodity according to the second voice information.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of: receiving audio and video data of a live broadcast room, and playing the audio and video data at a vehicle-mounted terminal of a vehicle; determining commodity attribute information of each commodity in the live broadcast room according to the audio and video data; receiving first voice data of a user in a vehicle, and extracting target commodity attribute information from the first voice data; and determining the target commodity according to the target commodity attribute information and the commodity attribute information of each commodity.
In one embodiment, when the computer program is executed by the processor to determine the commodity attribute information of each commodity in the live broadcast room according to the audio/video data, the following steps are specifically implemented: acquiring audio data in the audio and video data; determining first key information in the audio data through a voice recognition technology; and determining commodity attribute information of each commodity in the live broadcast room according to the first key information.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor for determining the first key information in the audio data by the speech recognition technology specifically implements the following steps: acquiring the volume value of each audio segment data of the audio data; screening target audio segment data with the volume value meeting a first set condition according to the volume value of each audio segment data; converting the target audio frequency segment data into a text through a voice recognition technology, and screening out target word segmentation meeting a second set condition from the text; and determining first key information according to the target word segmentation.
In one embodiment, when the computer program is executed by the processor to determine the commodity attribute information of each commodity in the live broadcast room according to the audio/video data, the following steps are specifically implemented: acquiring video data in the audio and video data; determining second key information in the video data through an image recognition technology; and determining the commodity attribute information of each commodity in the live broadcast room according to the second key information.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor for determining the second key information in the video data by the image recognition technology specifically implements the following steps: acquiring the shape and size of an article in each frame of image in video data by an image recognition technology; second key information in the video data is determined according to the shape and the size of the article in each frame of image.
In one embodiment, when the computer program is executed by the processor to determine the commodity attribute information of each commodity in the live broadcast room according to the audio/video data, the following steps are specifically implemented: acquiring third key information of each commodity in the live broadcast room according to the audio data in the audio and video data; acquiring fourth key information of each commodity in the live broadcast room according to the video data in the audio and video data; filtering the third key information and the fourth key information to obtain target key information; and determining the commodity attribute information of each commodity in the live broadcast room according to the target key information.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: receiving second voice data used for indicating the purchase of the target commodity by the user; and executing the purchasing operation of the target commodity according to the second voice information.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include non-volatile and/or volatile memory. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (10)
1. A merchandise information processing method, the method comprising:
receiving audio and video data of a live broadcast room, and playing the audio and video data at a vehicle-mounted terminal of a vehicle;
determining commodity attribute information of each commodity in the live broadcast room according to the audio and video data;
receiving first voice data of a user in the vehicle, and extracting target commodity attribute information from the first voice data;
and determining the target commodity according to the target commodity attribute information and the commodity attribute information of each commodity.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining of the commodity attribute information of each commodity in the live broadcast room according to the audio and video data comprises:
acquiring audio data in the audio and video data;
determining first key information in the audio data through a voice recognition technology;
and determining commodity attribute information of each commodity in the live broadcast room according to the first key information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the determining the first key information in the audio data by a speech recognition technique comprises:
acquiring the volume value of each audio segment data of the audio data;
screening out target audio segment data with the volume value meeting a first set condition according to the volume value of each audio segment data;
converting the target audio segment data into a text by a voice recognition technology, and screening out target word segmentation meeting a second set condition from the text;
and determining the first key information according to the target word segmentation.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining of the commodity attribute information of each commodity in the live broadcast room according to the audio and video data comprises:
acquiring video data in the audio and video data;
determining second key information in the video data through an image recognition technology;
and determining the commodity attribute information of each commodity in the live broadcast room according to the second key information.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the determining second key information in the video data by image recognition technology comprises:
acquiring the shape and size of an article in each frame of image in the video data by an image recognition technology;
and determining second key information in the video data according to the shape and the size of the article in each frame of image.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining of the commodity attribute information of each commodity in the live broadcast room according to the audio and video data comprises:
acquiring third key information of each commodity in the live broadcast room according to audio data in the audio and video data;
acquiring fourth key information of each commodity in the live broadcast room according to video data in the audio and video data;
filtering the third key information and the fourth key information to obtain target key information;
and determining commodity attribute information of each commodity in the live broadcast room according to the target key information.
7. The method according to claim 1, wherein after the step of determining the target product based on the target product attribute information and the product attribute information of each product, further comprising:
receiving second voice data used by the user for indicating the purchase of the target commodity;
and executing the purchasing operation of the target commodity according to the second voice information.
8. An article information processing apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the playing module is used for receiving audio and video data of a live broadcast room and playing the audio and video data at a vehicle-mounted terminal of a vehicle;
the first determining module is used for determining commodity attribute information of each commodity in the live broadcast room according to the audio and video data;
the extraction module is used for receiving first voice data of a user in the vehicle and extracting target commodity attribute information from the first voice data;
and the second determining module is used for determining the target commodity according to the target commodity attribute information and the commodity attribute information of each commodity.
9. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 7 are implemented when the computer program is executed by the processor.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
