In the embodiment, the lower side of the vertical plate 23 is provided with the resisting plate 27, so that the vertical plate 23 is more stable in rotation, and the service life of the device is greatly prolonged.

1. The device for detecting the sealing performance of the automobile oil plug comprises a detection table (1) and is characterized in that a jacking assembly (2) is mounted on one side of the top surface of the detection table (1), a jacking plate (3) is fixed at the output end of the jacking assembly (2), a plurality of limiting frames (4) distributed in a matrix shape are fixed on the upper end surface of the jacking plate (3), detection bottles (5) are fixed in the limiting frames (4), and oil tank oil injection port imitation molds (6) are connected to the upper ends of the detection bottles (5);
adjacent two vertical rows are all fixed with firm board (7) between detection bottle (5), the terminal surface downside all through connection has gas injection pipe (8) before detection bottle (5), it still has constant-pressure pump (9) through the fix with screw to detect platform (1) top surface rear side, and constant-pressure pump (9) output through connection has gas injection house steward (10), all through connection has gas injection hose (11) between gas injection pipe (8) and gas injection house steward (10), check valve (12) are still installed to gas injection pipe (8) one end inboard near gas injection hose (11), and it is fixed with control box (13) to detect platform (1) top surface opposite side, display (14) and control panel (15) are installed respectively to terminal surface both sides before control box (13), it still has through connection pressure-measuring pipe (16) to detect bottle (5) preceding terminal surface upside, and control box (13) both sides inner wall still is fixed with mounting panel (17), a pressure gauge (18) is fixed in the mounting plate (17), a pressure measuring hose (19) is connected between the input end of the pressure gauge (18) and the pressure measuring pipe (16), the output end of the pressure gauge (18) is electrically connected with the input end of the display (14), and a control box (20) is further arranged on the rear side of the control panel (15);
it has mounting bracket (21) still to erect in detection platform (1) outside, and mounting bracket (21) top surface central point puts and has servo motor (22) through the fix with screw, and servo motor (22) the inherent vertical board (23) of output, vertical board (23) lower extreme both sides all are fixed with blowing board (24) that are used for the oil plug material loading, all are fixed with between blowing board (24) top surface and vertical board (23) strengthening rib (25), centre gripping subassembly (26) that are used for interim centre gripping to have the oil plug are still installed to blowing board (24) bottom surface.

The device for detecting the sealing property of the automobile oil plug according to claim 1, wherein the clamping assembly (26) comprises a cylindrical rod (261), a chute is formed in the rear side of the discharging plate (24), the cylindrical rod (261) is rotatably connected to the inner walls of the front side and the rear side of the chute, a knob (262) is further fixed to the rear end of the cylindrical rod (261), a threaded portion (263) is further formed in the outer wall of the cylindrical rod (261) in an tapping manner, a through hole is further formed in the bottom surface of the chute, a clamping box (264) is fixed to the inner wall of the through hole, an adjusting plate (265) is connected to the outer side of the threaded portion (263) through threads, rectangular grooves are formed in both sides of the top surface of the clamping box (264), the adjusting plate (265) extends to the inner side of the clamping box (264) through the rectangular grooves, a strip-shaped groove is further formed in the bottom surface of the clamping box (264), clamping pieces (266) are slidably connected to clamping pieces (266), and rubber pads (267) are fixed to the ends of the two clamping pieces (266), and clamping springs (268) are fixedly connected between the clamping sheets (266) and the positioning plate (265).

The device for detecting the sealing performance of the oil plug for the automobile according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the number of the clamping components (26) is the same as that of vertical rows of the limiting frame (4), the thread parts (263) are arranged in pairs, the number of the thread parts (263) in pairs is the same as that of horizontal rows of the limiting frame (4), and the thread directions of the two thread parts (263) in pairs are opposite.

The device for detecting the sealing performance of the oil plug for the automobile as claimed in claim 2, wherein the positioning plate (265) is connected to the inner wall of the sliding groove and the clamping box (264) in a vertically sliding contact manner, the upper end of the clamping piece (266) is connected to the inner top surface of the clamping box (264) in a sliding limiting manner, and an arc groove for facilitating the insertion of the oil plug is further formed in one side, close to the lower end of each of the two clamping pieces (266).

The oil plug tightness detection device for the automobile according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the jacking assembly (2) comprises a driving box (201), a motor box (202) is connected to the center of the bottom surface of the driving box (201) in a penetrating manner, a second servo motor (203) is fixed to the inner wall of the motor box (202) through screws, threaded cylinders (204) are rotatably connected to four corners of the inner bottom surface of the driving box (201), a gear set (205) is rotatably connected between the output end of the second servo motor (203) and the threaded cylinders (204), threaded rods (206) are connected to the inner portions of the threaded cylinders (204), and the upper ends of the threaded rods (206) extend out of the driving box (201) and are fixed to the bottom surface of the jacking plate (3).
6. The device for detecting the sealing performance of the oil plug for the automobile is characterized in that the motor box (202) is fixed on the inner side of the detection table (1), and the threaded rod (206) is in clearance connection with the driving box (201).

The device for detecting the sealing performance of the oil plug for the automobile according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the imitation mold (6) is sealed at the top end of the detection bottle (5) through threads, and sealing rings are fixed at the joints of the gas injection pipe (8) and the pressure measuring pipe (16) and the detection bottle (5).

The device for detecting the sealing performance of the oil plug for the automobile according to claim 1, wherein two reinforcing ribs (25) are arranged and symmetrically distributed on the front side and the rear side of the top surface of the material placing plate (24), the lower side of the vertical plate (23) is provided with a resisting plate (27), the resisting plate (27) is fixed on the inner wall of the front side and the rear side of the mounting frame (21), and a stabilizing rod (28) is rotatably connected between the top surface of the resisting plate (27) and the bottom surface of the vertical plate (23).
