Referring to fig. 1-8, an embodiment of the present invention is provided: the chemical safety protection cover with the gas purification treatment comprises a conveying pipeline 1, a protection outer cover 2, a sliding column 4 and a purification ring 5, wherein the purification ring 5 is arranged in the protection outer cover 2;
the inside of the purification ring 5 is provided with an activated carbon screen plate 11, a first adsorption sponge 13 and a second adsorption sponge 14, the first adsorption sponge 13 is positioned between the activated carbon screen plate 11 and the second adsorption sponge 14, the inside of the first adsorption sponge 13 is soaked with alkaline solution, and the inside of the second adsorption sponge 14 is soaked with organic solution;
further, when chemical gas is transported in the transport pipe 1, the transport pipe 1 leaks due to the occurrence of a pipe crack, and at the initial stage of leakage, the amount of gas leaked in the transport pipe 1 is small, and at this time, the gas passes through the activated carbon net plate 11, the first adsorption sponge 13 and the second adsorption sponge 14 in sequence, so that the leaked gas can be purified, and further, the VOCS gas in the transport gas is adsorbed, and the acid gas is neutralized, so that the organic gas is dissolved in the organic solution, thereby achieving the overall and effective purification effect.
The inside of protecting cover 2 runs through and is equipped with the sliding tray 10 that the equidistance was arranged, the tail end of sliding tray 10 is located the both sides of purifying ring 5, sliding column 4 is installed to the inside gomphosis of sliding tray 10, handle and feed inlet 8 are installed at the top of sliding column 4, and feed inlet 8 is located one side of handle, outlet pipe 9 is installed in the bottom of sliding column 4 run through, and the tail end of outlet pipe 9 is laminated with the surface of water-swellable rubber lasso 6, the surface mounting of outlet pipe 9 has the electronic valve, the internally mounted of protecting cover 2 has pipeline 1, and pipeline 1's length is greater than protecting cover 2, pipeline 1's internally mounted has corrosion-resistant coating 29, pipeline 1's surface mounting has two sets of symmetrical recess 3, and recess 3 and water-swellable rubber lasso 6 gomphosis are connected, no. two pressure sensor 30 are installed around the surface of recess 3, and No. two pressure sensor 30 and electronic valve electric connection, two sets of water-swellable rubber lasso 6 of symmetrical arrangement are installed to the inner wall gomphosis of protecting cover 2, and water-swellable rubber 6 is located the both sides of purifying ring 5.

Further, the inside of pipeline 1 runs through and installs gomphosis cover 22, the linking bridge 23 is installed to the inner wall of gomphosis cover 22, laser lamp source 24 is installed at the top of linking bridge 23, transparent connecting pipe 27 is installed in the inside of protecting cover 2, rubber sleeve 25 has been cup jointed on the surface of connecting pipe 27, and rubber sleeve 25 and protecting cover 2 threaded connection, the gas receiving port 26 is installed to the surface of connecting pipe 27, gas receiving port 26 is located the top of protecting cover 2, rubber sleeve 25 is installed No. two control valves 28 are run through on the surface of connecting pipe 27, and No. two control valves 28 are located one side of gas receiving port 26, the surface mounting of protecting cover 2 has alarm 19, the surface mounting of alarm 19 has warning light 18, and warning light 18 and alarm 19 all with No. one pressure sensor 17 electric connection, pipeline 1's surface runs through and installs No. one and seals valve 20 and No. two and seals valve 21, and No. two seal valve 21 are located two sets of recess 3 and are close to one side of pipeline 1 port respectively.
Further, the laser lamp source 24 is turned on, the protective outer cover 2 is sleeved on the surface of the conveying pipeline 1 immediately, after laser rays emitted by the laser lamp source 24 are projected to the top of the connecting pipe 27, the protective outer cover 2 is stopped moving, the rubber sleeve 25 is in threaded connection with the inner wall of the embedded sleeve 22, when a worker observes that the alarm 19 and the indicator lamp 18 are on together, the first closing valve 20 and the second closing valve 21 are simultaneously closed, an air supply pipe connected with the air storage tank in an external mode is connected to the air receiving port 26, the second control valve 28 is opened, chemical gas rapidly leaked from the interior of the conveying pipeline 1 is transferred to the interior of the air storage tank through the connecting pipe 27, and storage of the gas for secondary conveying use is achieved.
The internally mounted of purifying circle 5 has cuts off otter board 15, and cuts off otter board 15 and is located the centre of activated carbon otter board 11 and adsorption sponge 13, one side surface mounting who cuts off otter board 15 and keeps away from the centre of adsorption sponge 13 has compression spring 12 and a pressure sensor 17, and a pressure sensor 17 is located compression spring 12's centre, the back flow 7 is installed in the inside penetration of activated carbon otter board 11, and the one end of back flow 7 is located the centre of activated carbon otter board 11 and cuts off otter board 15, the other end of back flow 7 extends into the inside of pipeline 1, the surface mounting of back flow 7 has a control valve 16, and a control valve 16 and a pressure sensor 17 electric connection, the internally mounted of back flow 7 has the check valve.
Further, with the continuous leakage of the gas inside the conveying pipeline 1, the surface crack of the conveying pipeline 1 is enlarged, so that the leakage flow of the gas inside the conveying pipeline 1 is increased, at the moment, the air flow flushes the first pressure sensor 17, when the impact action received by the first pressure sensor 17 is larger than the preset safety threshold, the alarm 19 and the prompting lamp 18 are synchronously started, the effect of double alarm is achieved, the state distinguishing effect is achieved when the alarm 19 works singly for warning, meanwhile, the first control valve 16 is opened, the gas inside the protective outer cover 2 can return to the inside of the conveying pipeline 1 in a unidirectional mode through the return pipe 7, a closed gas loop is formed, and further the expansion explosion caused by the overlarge gas volume inside the protective outer cover 2 is prevented.
In the process, the compression springs 12 can make the activated carbon screen 11 resist the clustering action, so that the normal use of the activated carbon screen 11 is ensured.
The protective housing 2 comprises a gas column bar 31, a waterproof layer 32, a buffer spring 33 and a reinforcing layer 34, wherein the buffer spring 33 is installed on one side surface of the waterproof layer 32 close to the conveying pipeline 1, the gas column bar 31 is installed on one side surface of the buffer spring 33 far away from the waterproof layer 32, the reinforcing layer 34 is installed on one side surface of the gas column bar 31, and reinforcing ribs are installed in the reinforcing layer 34.
Further, through the buffer structure that air column strip 31, buffer spring 33 are constituteed, can provide striking buffering protective effect for protecting the dustcoat 2, waterproof layer 32 can provide waterproof isolation effect, avoids protecting the dustcoat 2 and receives the rainwater erosion, plays good auxiliary stay effect through enhancement layer 34, and then plays armor protection effect.
The working steps of the chemical safety protection cover are as follows:
s1, before the chemical safety protection cover is used, a laser light source 24 is turned on, a protection outer cover 2 is sleeved on the surface of a conveying pipeline 1 immediately, after laser light emitted by the laser light source 24 is projected to the top of a connecting pipe 27, the movement of the protection outer cover 2 is stopped, the connecting pipe 27 is rotated, a rubber sleeve 25 on the surface of the connecting pipe 27 can be in threaded connection with the inner wall of a jogged sleeve 22, a second control valve 28 is in a closed state, and then the conveying pipeline 1 is internally provided with a ventilation pipeline penetrating and extending to the outside of the protection outer cover 2;
s2, after the connecting pipe 27 is in threaded connection with the embedded sleeve 22, the water-swelling rubber sleeve 6 just moves to the position of the groove 3, at the moment, an electronic valve on the surface of the water outlet pipe 9 is started, so that water stored in the sliding column 4 can be poured on the surface of the water-swelling rubber sleeve 6, the inside of the groove 3 can be filled and sealed after the water-swelling rubber sleeve 6 swells, further, a sealed cavity is formed on the surfaces of the protective outer cover 2 and the conveying pipeline 1, and the protective outer cover 2 can play a role in sealing and diffusion preventing protection when gas in the conveying pipeline 1 escapes;
s3, when chemical gas is conveyed in the conveying pipeline 1, pipeline leakage occurs in the conveying pipeline 1 due to cracks, the amount of gas leaked in the conveying pipeline 1 is small at the initial stage of leakage, at the moment, the gas sequentially passes through the activated carbon screen 11, the first adsorption sponge 13 and the second adsorption sponge 14, so that the leaked gas can be adsorbed, neutralized and dissolved, and the effect of gas purification is achieved, meanwhile, the air flow impact forms a surface impact effect on the first pressure sensor 17, the alarm 19 sounds at the moment, workers are reminded to take targeted measures, the surface cracks of the conveying pipeline 1 are enlarged along with the continuous leakage of the gas in the conveying pipeline 1, the gas leakage flow in the conveying pipeline 1 is increased, at the moment, the air flow flushes the first pressure sensor 17, when the impact effect received by the first pressure sensor 17 is larger than a preset safety threshold, the alarm 19 and the reminding lamp 18 are synchronously started, the effect of double alarm is achieved, the effect of state discrimination is achieved when the alarm 19 works singly, and meanwhile, the first control valve 16 is opened, the gas in the protective cover 2 can return to the interior of the conveying pipeline 1 in a one-way, the inner part of the protective cover can form a closed loop through the air return pipe, and the explosion is prevented from being caused by the large volume of the inner part of the protective cover 2;
s4, when a worker observes that the alarm 19 and the indicator lamp 18 are lightened and reach the position of the conveying pipeline 1 together, the first sealing valve 20 and the second sealing valve 21 are closed simultaneously, an air supply pipe externally connected with the air storage tank is connected to the air receiving port 26, and the second control valve 28 is opened, so that chemical gas rapidly leaked from the interior of the conveying pipeline 1 is transferred to the interior of the air storage tank through the connecting pipe 27, and the gas is stored for secondary transmission;
s5, in the process of conveying chemical gas through the conveying pipeline 1, the electronic valve is started at regular time, so that the water outlet pipe 9 is in a regular smooth state, and further, the water-swelling rubber sleeve 6 can be subjected to a regular soaking effect, so that the water-swelling rubber sleeve 6 is always in a swelling state, and further, the sustainable sealing protection effect between the protection outer cover 2 and the conveying pipeline 1 is ensured;
s6, when a large amount of gas in the conveying pipeline 1 leaks out, the impact effect produces an lifting effect on the water-swellable rubber ferrule 6, at the moment, the squeezing effect of the water-swellable rubber ferrule 6 on the second pressure sensor 30 is weakened, at the moment, the second pressure sensor 30 sends a starting signal to the electronic valve, so that the water outlet pipe 9 discharges water, and the water-swellable rubber ferrule 6 is soaked and swelled again, so that the sealing effect is enhanced.
Working principle: before the chemical safety protection cover is used, the laser lamp source 24 is opened, the protection outer cover 2 is sleeved on the surface of the conveying pipeline 1 immediately, after laser rays emitted by the laser lamp source 24 are projected to the top of the connecting pipe 27, the movement of the protection outer cover 2 is stopped, the rubber sleeve 25 is in threaded connection with the inner wall of the embedded sleeve 22, when a worker observes that the alarm 19 and the prompting lamp 18 are lightened together, the first sealing valve 20 and the second sealing valve 21 are simultaneously closed, an air supply pipe connected with the air storage tank in an external mode is connected to the air receiving port 26, the second control valve 28 is opened, so that chemical gas rapidly leaked from the interior of the conveying pipeline 1 is transferred to the interior of the air storage tank through the connecting pipe 27, and the gas is stored for secondary conveying use;
the electronic valve on the surface of the water outlet pipe 9 is started, the water in the sliding column 4 flows to the surface of the water-swelling rubber ring 6, so that the inside of the groove 3 can be filled and sealed after the water-swelling rubber ring 6 swells, the protective outer cover 2 can play a role in sealing and diffusion prevention protection when the gas in the conveying pipeline 1 escapes outwards, the electronic valve is started at regular time, the water outlet pipe 9 is in a regular smooth state, the water-swelling rubber ring 6 can be subjected to a regular soaking effect, the water-swelling rubber ring 6 is always in a swelling state, and the sustainable sealing and protection effect between the protective outer cover 2 and the conveying pipeline 1 is ensured;
when chemical gas is conveyed in the conveying pipeline 1, the conveying pipeline 1 leaks due to pipeline leakage caused by cracks, and in the initial stage of leakage, the amount of leaked gas in the conveying pipeline 1 is small, and at the moment, the gas passes through the activated carbon screen 11, the first adsorption sponge 13 and the second adsorption sponge 14 in sequence, so that the leaked gas can be purified;
the air current is strikeed and is formed the surperficial impact effect to pressure sensor 17, alarm 19 rings this moment, remind the staff to take the pertinence measure, when pipeline 1 inside gas leakage flow increases, when the impact effect that pressure sensor 17 received is greater than preset safety threshold, alarm 19 and warning light 18 start in step, play dual warning's effect, play the state with alarm 19 single work and distinguish the effect when warning, first control valve 16 opens simultaneously, make the inside gas of protection dustcoat 2 can return to pipeline 1's inside through back flow 7 one-way, form closed gas circuit, and then prevent the inside inflation explosion that leads to because of the gas volume is too big of protection dustcoat 2, when pipeline 1 inside gas is leaked in a large number, impact is to the effect of lifting water-swellable rubber lasso 6, at this moment water-swellable rubber lasso 6 is to the extrusion effect of No. two pressure sensor 30, outlet pipe 9 continues out water, and then carry out the water-swellable rubber lasso as to strengthen sealed effect.

s3, when chemical gas is conveyed in the conveying pipeline (1), the conveying pipeline (1) leaks due to pipeline leakage caused by continuous leakage of the gas in the conveying pipeline (1) at the initial stage of leakage, the gas sequentially passes through the activated carbon screen (11), the first adsorption sponge (13) and the second adsorption sponge (14), so that the leaked gas can be adsorbed, neutralized and dissolved, the effect of gas purification is achieved, meanwhile, the air flow impact forms a surface impact effect on the first pressure sensor (17), the alarm (19) sounds, staff is reminded to take targeted measures, the surface crack of the conveying pipeline (1) is enlarged along with the continuous leakage of the gas in the conveying pipeline (1), the gas leakage flow in the conveying pipeline (1) is increased, when the impact effect of the first pressure sensor (17) is larger than a preset safety threshold value, the alarm (19) and the indicator lamp (18) are synchronously started, the effect of double alarm is achieved, the alarm (19) is single-working with the alarm (19) to form a surface impact effect, the inner part of the return pipeline (1) can be controlled to be opened, the inner part of the return pipeline (2) can be closed, and the inner part of the return pipeline (7) can be protected by opening, so as to prevent the expansion explosion caused by the overlarge gas volume inside the protective outer cover (2);
s4, when a worker observes that the alarm (19) and the prompt lamp (18) are lightened and reach the position of the conveying pipeline (1), the first sealing valve (20) and the second sealing valve (21) are simultaneously closed, an air supply pipe externally connected with the air storage tank is connected to the air receiving port (26) and the second control valve (28) is opened, so that chemical gas rapidly leaked from the interior of the conveying pipeline (1) is transferred to the interior of the air storage tank through the connecting pipe (27), and the gas is stored for secondary transmission;
s5, in the process of conveying chemical gas through the conveying pipeline (1), the electronic valve is started at regular time, so that the water outlet pipe (9) is in a regular smooth state, and further, the water-swelling rubber sleeve ring (6) can be subjected to a regular soaking effect, so that the water-swelling rubber sleeve ring (6) is in a swelling state all the time, and further, a sustainable sealing protection effect between the protection outer cover (2) and the conveying pipeline (1) is ensured;
