Abstract
Aiming at the problem that rock slag at a drilling hole opening of the conventional rotary drill rig is inconvenient to clean, the invention designs a rotary drill rig hole opening cleaning device and a using method thereof, and unstable rock slag accumulated on the periphery of the hole opening is quickly cleaned by the device, belonging to the technical field of mining. The invention relates to a roller drill orifice cleaning device which comprises a mounting base, an arm support, a pitching oil cylinder, a transposition oil cylinder, an ash removal mechanism and a drill hole slag-proof cone block. When the drilling machine is moved after pore forming, the oil cylinder installed on the device is operated, the ash removing mechanism is aligned to the hole position, then the ash removing claw is opened, the unstable rock slag pile at the periphery of the hole is pushed, and the drainage ditch is cleaned during moving. And the machine is cleaned, so that the labor intensity of workers is reduced, and the workload of the workers is reduced.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of mining, and particularly relates to a roller-bit drill hole cleaning device and a using method thereof.
Background
The rotary drill for the surface mine is mainly used for drilling blast holes in the surface mine and can also be used for surface drilling operation in earthwork engineering such as buildings, water conservancy projects, highways, railways, ports and the like. The principle is that the alloy teeth of the roller bit are intruded into rock by utilizing axial pressure, the bit is driven to rotate and roll during rotation, the alloy teeth roll, strip and cut the rock, and then the rock is crushed to form rock holes. Rock slag generated after rock crushing is powdered or fine particles, compressed air is sent to the bottom of a hole through the center of a drill rod by an air compressor and is blown out of a roller bit, and the rotary head drives the drill rod and the roller bit to rotate, so that the compressed air sweeps the bottom of the hole stripped of the rock slag through air holes of the drill bit. Blowing the blown rock slag and powder out of the formed hole along the gap between the drill rod and the hole wall of the formed hole through compressed air.
Rock slag powder blown out of the formed hole by the open-air roller drill falls back around the formed hole, and the rock slag powder accumulated at the hole opening is increased along with the increase of the drilling depth, so that an unstable rock slag pile is formed around the hole opening. After the drilling hole of the roller-bit drill reaches the designed depth, the roller-bit drill is lifted and removed, and workers are required to hook off rock slag at the hole opening by using a hoe, so that unstable rock slag is prevented from falling back into the hole and failing to reach the designed hole-forming depth, and the charging and blasting are influenced. Usually, 1 and 2 cubic meters of rock slag are formed at the periphery of each formed hole, and the workload and labor intensity for manually cleaning an unstable rock slag pile are large.
At present, all the roller-cone drilling machines at home and abroad are not designed with relevant mechanisms matched with orifice dust cleaning, so that the development of the orifice dust cleaning device of the roller-cone drilling machine is needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a rock debris cleaning device for a drill hole of a roller cone drilling machine and a using method thereof, aiming at solving the problem that rock debris at the drill hole of the conventional roller cone drilling machine is inconvenient to clean. When the drilling machine is moved after pore-forming, the oil cylinder installed on the device is operated, the ash removing mechanism is aligned to the hole position and then the ash removing claw is opened, the unstable rock slag pile at the periphery of the hole is pushed, the rock slag cannot fall into the hole, and the drainage ditch is cleaned during movement to prevent rainwater from being poured into the hole in large quantity. The method adopts mechanical cleaning, reduces the labor intensity of workers and reduces the workload of the workers.
One of the technical schemes of the invention is that the cone drill hole cleaning device comprises a mounting seat, an arm support, a pitching oil cylinder, a transposition oil cylinder, an ash cleaning mechanism and a drill hole slag-proof cone block;
the dust removing mechanism is characterized in that the mounting seat is fixedly connected with a rotary drilling machine, one end of the arm support is hinged with the mounting seat, the other end of the arm support is provided with a shaft sleeve, the arm support is also provided with a pitching oil cylinder connecting frame and a transposition oil cylinder connecting frame, the top of the dust removing mechanism is provided with a rotating shaft sleeved in the shaft sleeve of the arm support, a disc is fixedly connected below the rotating shaft, a dust removing claw is arranged below the disc, a connecting column is arranged at the center inside the dust removing claw, and one end of the connecting column is connected with a drilling hole at the other end of the disc to prevent slag and cone blockage; one end of the pitching oil cylinder is hinged with the mounting seat, the other end of the pitching oil cylinder is hinged with the pitching oil cylinder connecting frame, one end of the transposition oil cylinder is hinged with the transposition oil cylinder connecting frame, and the other end of the transposition oil cylinder is hinged with the upper surface of the disc of the ash removal mechanism.
Furthermore, above-mentioned rotary drill way cleaning device, the deashing claw includes several fixed links fixedly connected in deashing mechanism disc below, the articulated deashing claw lamella in fixed link below to and set up on the disc and with the articulated deashing actuating cylinder of deashing claw lamella.
Furthermore, the outer parts of the pitching oil cylinder, the transposition oil cylinder and the ash removal mechanism are provided with sealing dust covers.
The second technical scheme of the invention is that the using method of the cone drilling machine orifice cleaning device comprises the following steps:
1) lifting the ash removal mechanism on a pitching oil cylinder of a driving arm support, and then moving a rotary drill to align the ash removal mechanism to an orifice;
2) driving a pitching oil cylinder of the arm support to lower the ash removal mechanism, so that the drilling slag-proof cone is pressed into the orifice;
3) driving an ash removal driving oil cylinder, opening an ash removal claw, pushing rock slag on the periphery of an orifice to expand towards the periphery, when the ash removal claw is opened, generating gaps among all the ash removal claw sections, and after primary ash removal is finished, drawing in the ash removal claw, driving an ash removal mechanism to rotate for an angle by a transposition oil cylinder to carry out secondary cleaning, expanding all the rock slag on the orifice which is not discharged out and cleaning the orifice, and forming a water collecting channel between an expanded rock slag pile and the orifice;
4) and (3) drawing in the ash removal claw, driving the pitching oil cylinder of the arm support to lift the ash removal mechanism to enable the drill hole slag-proof cone block to leave the orifice, moving the gear wheel drilling machine for a distance in the direction away from the orifice, putting down the ash removal mechanism again to enable the drill hole slag-proof cone block to be positioned in the water gathering ditch, then continuously moving the drilling machine in the direction away from the orifice, and drawing a drainage ditch on the expanded rock slag pile due to the drill hole slag-proof cone block.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
1) the device is compact in structure and convenient to install, can be arranged at the front end of the drilling platform, achieves the effect of effectively cleaning piled rock slag, and does not influence the functional use of the rotary drill rig.
2) The rotation range of the ash removal claw of the ash removal mechanism of the device is large, rock slag accumulated around the orifice can be effectively removed away from the orifice, and the removed unstable rock slag does not fall into the hole any more.

Example 1
A hole opening cleaning device of a rotary drill rig is shown in figures 1 and 2 and comprises a mounting base 1, an arm support 2, a pitching oil cylinder 3, a transposition oil cylinder 4, an ash cleaning mechanism and a drilling slag-proof conical plug 8;
the device comprises a mounting seat, an arm support, a pitching oil cylinder connecting frame 22, a transposition oil cylinder connecting frame 23, a rotating shaft 5, a disc, an ash removing claw 7, a plurality of fixing rods 71, an ash removing claw clack 72 and an ash removing driving oil cylinder 6, wherein the mounting seat is fixedly connected to a rotary drill, one end of the arm support is hinged to the mounting seat, the other end of the arm support is provided with a shaft sleeve 21, the pitching oil cylinder connecting frame 22 and the transposition oil cylinder connecting frame 23 are further arranged on the arm support, the rotating shaft 5 is sleeved in the shaft sleeve of the arm support is arranged at the top of the ash removing mechanism, the disc is fixedly connected below the rotating shaft, the ash removing claw 7 is arranged below the disc, the ash removing claw comprises a plurality of fixing rods 71 fixedly connected below the disc of the ash removing mechanism, the ash removing claw clack 72 is hinged below the fixing rods, the ash removing driving oil cylinder 6 is arranged on the disc and hinged to the ash removing claw clack, a connecting column is arranged at the center inside the ash removing claw, and one end of the connecting column is connected to the disc and connected to a drill hole slag-preventing conical plug; one end of the pitching oil cylinder is hinged with the mounting base, the other end of the pitching oil cylinder is hinged with the pitching oil cylinder connecting frame, one end of the transposition oil cylinder is hinged with the transposition oil cylinder connecting frame, and the other end of the transposition oil cylinder is hinged with the upper surface of the disc of the ash removal mechanism; and the outer parts of the pitching oil cylinder, the transposition oil cylinder and the ash removal mechanism are provided with sealing dust covers.
In the embodiment, the ash removing claw is provided with 6 ash removing claw petals, and the disc can rotate 15 degrees along the rotating shaft under the driving of the indexing oil cylinder.
Example 2
Embodiment 1 a method of using a roller cone drill hole cleaning device, comprising the steps of:
1) lifting the ash removal mechanism on a pitching oil cylinder of a driving arm support, and then moving a rotary drill to align the ash removal mechanism to an orifice;
2) driving a pitching oil cylinder of the arm support to lower the ash removal mechanism, so that the drilling slag-proof cone is pressed into the orifice 10;
3) driving the ash removal driving oil cylinder, opening the ash removal claw and pushing rock slag on the periphery of the orifice to expand to the periphery; when the ash removal claws are opened, gaps are generated among all the ash removal claw petals, the rock slag in the ground with the gaps can not be discharged and still stays in the original position, after the primary ash removal is finished, the ash removal claws are folded, the transposition oil cylinder drives the ash removal mechanism to rotate for 15 degrees, the secondary cleaning is carried out, the rock slag in the hole opening which is not discharged is expanded to all clear away the hole opening, and a water collecting channel 91 is formed between the expanded rock slag pile 9 and the hole opening, as shown in fig. 3;
4) and drawing in the ash removal claw, driving the pitching oil cylinder of the arm support to lift the ash removal mechanism to enable the drill hole slag-proof cone block to leave the orifice, moving the gear wheel drilling machine for a distance in the direction away from the orifice, putting down the ash removal mechanism again to enable the drill hole slag-proof cone block to be positioned in the water gathering ditch, then continuously moving the drilling machine in the direction away from the orifice, and sliding the drill hole slag-proof cone block on the expanded rock slag pile to form a drainage ditch to prevent rainwater from flushing the rock slag into the drill hole.

1. A roller drill orifice cleaning device is characterized by comprising a mounting seat, an arm support, a pitching oil cylinder, a transposition oil cylinder, an ash removal mechanism and a drill hole slag-proof cone block;
the device comprises a mounting seat, an arm support, a pitching oil cylinder connecting frame, a transposition oil cylinder connecting frame, a rotary shaft, a disc, a dust removing claw, a connecting column and a drilling slag-proof cone block, wherein the mounting seat is fixedly connected to a rotary drilling machine, one end of the arm support is hinged to the mounting seat, the other end of the arm support is provided with a shaft sleeve, the pitching oil cylinder connecting frame and the transposition oil cylinder connecting frame are further arranged on the arm support, the top of the dust removing mechanism is provided with the rotary shaft sleeved in the shaft sleeve of the arm support, the disc is fixedly connected below the rotary shaft, the dust removing claw is arranged below the disc, the center inside the dust removing claw is provided with the connecting column, one end of the connecting column is connected with the disc, and the other end of the connecting column is connected with the drilling slag-proof cone block; one end of the pitching oil cylinder is hinged with the mounting seat, the other end of the pitching oil cylinder is hinged with the pitching oil cylinder connecting frame, one end of the transposition oil cylinder is hinged with the transposition oil cylinder connecting frame, and the other end of the transposition oil cylinder is hinged with the upper surface of the disc of the ash removal mechanism.

3) driving the ash removal driving oil cylinder, opening the ash removal claw and pushing rock slag on the periphery of the orifice to expand to the periphery; when the ash removal claws are opened, gaps are formed among the ash removal claw petals, the rock slag in the ground with the gaps can not be discharged and still stays in the original position, after the first ash removal is finished, the ash removal claws are folded, the transposition oil cylinder drives the ash removal mechanism to rotate for an angle, the second cleaning is carried out, the rock slag in the hole opening which is not discharged is expanded to all clear away the hole opening, and a water collecting ditch is formed between the expanded rock slag pile and the hole opening;
4) and (3) drawing in the ash removal claw, driving the pitching oil cylinder of the arm support to lift the ash removal mechanism to enable the drill hole slag-proof cone block to leave the orifice, moving the gear wheel drilling machine for a distance in the direction away from the orifice, putting down the ash removal mechanism again to enable the drill hole slag-proof cone block to be positioned in the water gathering ditch, then continuously moving the drilling machine in the direction away from the orifice, and sliding the drill hole slag-proof cone block on the expanded rock slag pile to form a drainage ditch.
