The first embodiment is as follows:
referring to fig. 1-8, a double-sided processing and coating apparatus for artificial leather comprises an operation frame 1 and a dryer 2, wherein the front end of the operation frame 1 is open, the dryer 2 is disposed at the left side of the inner part of the upper end of the operation frame 1, the centers of the outer surfaces of both sides of the operation frame 1 are respectively provided with a long trough 3, the inner parts of the left and right groups of long troughs 3 are respectively and rotatably connected with a cloth receiving roller 4 and a cloth releasing roller 5, the bottom half of the inner bottom end of the operation frame 1 is provided with a bottom table 6, the center of the bottom table 6 is embedded with an inner trough 61, the bottom position of the inner part of the inner trough 61 is provided with a material storage box 62 with one third height, the center position of the inner part of the material storage box 62 is provided with a material distributing frame 63, the material distributing frame 63 is in a triangular frame structure with a wide upper part and a narrow part, and the bottom positions of the outer surfaces of both sides of the material distributing frame 63 are provided with a plurality of permeable grooves 631, the coating frame 7 is obliquely arranged at the left side of the notch of the inner groove 61, the pressing component 8 is arranged at the upper end of the inner groove 61 in the operation frame 1, the sliding frames 64 are fixedly arranged at the inner walls of the front end and the rear end of the inner groove 61 close to the center of the upper end, the clamping pieces 9 are arranged between the two groups of sliding frames 64, the pressing component 8 corresponds to the clamping pieces 9 vertically, the open end of the fabric is drawn out through the cloth releasing roller 5, the open end of the fabric penetrates through the inside of the operation frame 1 and is wound by the cloth collecting roller 4, and during the period, the fabric sequentially passes through the straightening component 10, the inner groove 61 and the coating frame 7, so that straightening, intermittent soaking and uniform coating of the fabric are realized, and the overall coating efficiency of the fabric is effectively improved;
the pressing component 8 comprises a rotating shaft 81, a motor 82, a movable frame 83, a limiting groove 84, a semicircular clamping ring 85, an inserting rod 86 and a pressing block 87, the rotating shaft 81 is rotatably connected to the inner center of the operating frame 1 close to the upper end, the rear end of the rotating shaft 81 penetrates through the operating frame 1 and is connected with the output end of the motor 82, the movable frame 83 with a clip structure is sleeved outside the rotating shaft 81, the upper end and the lower end of the movable frame 83 are both arc-shaped, the limiting grooves 84 are vertically formed in the inner centers of two sides of the movable frame 83, the semicircular clamping rings 85 are arranged in the outer surface centers of two sides of the rotating shaft 81, the semicircular clamping rings 85 are slidably connected inside the limiting groove 84, the inserting rod 86 is connected in the inner center of the rotating shaft 81 in a penetrating manner, the pressing blocks 87 are fixedly installed at the upper end and the lower end of the inserting rod 86, and one end, far away from the inserting rod 86, of the pressing block 87 is an arc surface and is adhered to the inner surface of the movable frame 83;
the clamping piece 9 comprises a concave pushing frame 91, the front end and the rear end of the concave pushing frame 91 are respectively inserted into the two groups of sliding frames 64, two thirds of the upper end of the concave pushing frame 91 penetrates through the upper end of the inner groove 61, the upper end of the concave pushing frame 91 is an inclined plane which is higher at the left side and higher at the right side, and a string 92 is fixedly arranged in the concave pushing frame 91 close to the lower end; when a fabric passes through the upper end of the inner groove 61, the concave push frame 91 and the string 92 are both positioned at the upper end of the fabric, the rotating shaft 81 and the movable frame 83 rotate clockwise at a constant speed along with the starting of the motor 82, when the movable frame 83 rotates to be vertical and vertically corresponds to the concave push frame 91, the inserted rod 86 falls down under the action of inertia and self gravity, the abutting block 87 at the bottom of the inserted rod pushes the movable frame 83 to fall down integrally, the semicircular snap ring 85 slides inside the limit groove 84, when the movable frame 83 rotates to fall down, the movable frame slides along the inclined plane at the upper end of the concave push frame 91 and rapidly abuts against the concave push frame 91 downwards, the spring group I93 is compressed, at the moment, part of the string 92 abutting the fabric falls together into the storage box 62, so that the front and back surfaces of the local fabric sections are soaked, the feeding on the surface of the fabric is facilitated, the movable frame 83 continuously rotates, the movable frame is gradually far away from the concave push frame 91, the concave push frame 91 loses and rebounds under the action of the spring group I93, and the string 92 and the soaked fabric return to the notch of the inner groove 61;
along with the continuous winding of the cloth collecting roller 4, the soaked fabric end is sequentially pulled leftwards and penetrates into the coating frame 7 for coating, the coating frame 7 consists of an upper group of inclined frame bodies and a lower group of inclined frame bodies, the side sections of the frame bodies are arranged in a concave structure, the upper group of frame bodies and the lower group of frame bodies are hinged close to the centers of front and rear end frames through a turntable 71, two groups of frame plates are vertically parallel and staggered, the coating rollers 72 are rotatably connected to the positions, close to the middle, of the inner parts of the upper group of frame bodies and the lower group of frame bodies, the distance between the coating rollers 72 is consistent with the thickness of the fabric, because the coating frame 7 is arranged in an inclined mode, when the soaked fabric end passes through the upper group of coating rollers 72 and the lower group of coating rollers, redundant liquid mixture is pushed and coated on the back surface of the fabric which is not soaked at the rear end, and part of the liquid mixture which drops into the box 62 through the inclined surface of the coating storage frame 7 in the pushing and scraping process is combined with the mode of intermittently soaking, and then evenly coating the fabric, the liquid mixture is effectively improved in the double-sided coating efficiency of the fabric, and the waste of the liquid mixture is reduced;
the second embodiment:
in the first embodiment, when the fabric is rolled up, the pressing component 8 and the clamping component 9 are matched with each other, so that the liquid mixture is stained on the surface of the fabric in a local front-back soaking mode of the fabric, and then the surface of a fabric soaking section is uniformly coated by the coating frame 7, thereby reducing the waste of the liquid mixture and improving the coating efficiency, however, the fabric soaking area cannot be controlled and limited by the feeding mode, the waste caused by too much staining of the fabric liquid mixture is easy to generate, and the drying waste caused by large-area exposure of the liquid mixture is easy to generate;
as shown in fig. 6 and 7, a vertical rod 94 penetrates through the lower third of the inside of the sliding frame 64, a first spring set 93 is wound on a part of the vertical rod 94 penetrating through the inside of the sliding frame 64, a third of the lower end of the vertical rod 94 penetrates through the outside of the sliding frame 64 and is fixedly connected with a cover plate 95, the concave push frame 91 slides downwards along the sliding frame 64, the first spring set 93 is compressed, the vertical rod 94 penetrates downwards to force the cover plate 95 to be inserted into the storage box 62, the material separating frame 63 and the cover plate 95 move up and down relatively, a proper amount of liquid mixture overflows from the inside of the material separating frame 63 through a permeation groove 631, the amount of the liquid mixture inside the material separating frame 63 is two thirds of the whole frame body, an upper opening of the material separating frame 63 penetrates through the middle part of the cover plate 95, a rectangular open groove is formed in the positions, which are vertically corresponding to the position of the thin rope 92, the material separating frame 63 penetrates through the cover plate 95, a part of the fabric open groove of the thin rope 92 falls down to the material separating frame 63 along the rectangle together, the fabric open groove, the rectangular open groove falls down to the material and the material soaking area is increased, the waste of the fabric is reduced, and the dry fabric is further increased.
Example three:
as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 8, in order to smooth the surface of the fabric during coating and reduce the wrinkles on the surface of the fabric to affect the coating effect, the fabric is stretched by the stretching assembly 10 before coating, the stretching assembly 10 is arranged at one third of the right side of the upper end surface of the base 6, the stretching assembly 10 comprises a comb 101, an inner tube 102, a clamping plate 103, a push rod 104, a spring assembly 105 and a support rod 106, the comb 101 is formed by splicing a plurality of groups of tubes and is arranged at the upper end of the base 6 in a serpentine shape, the distance between the comb 101 and the surface of the base 6 is 2.5cm, the rear end of the comb 101 and the inner wall of the rear end of the operation frame 1 are fixedly connected, the fabric is sequentially wound on the plurality of groups of tubes of the comb 101 in a high-low shape, the inner tube 101 is hollow and is transversely provided with the inner tube 102, the center of the upper end surface of the comb 101 is provided with a notch, the notches of two adjacent comb 101 are oppositely arranged, the clamping plate 103 is inserted inside the notches, along with the winding and traction of the cloth collecting roller 4, when a woven cloth passes through the calandria 101, the woven cloth respectively abuts against the clamping plates 103 protruding from the surface of the pipe body, partial wrinkles on the surface of the fabric are conveniently smoothed, the opposite positions of the two adjacent groups of clamping plates 103 are arranged, the fabric can be straightened on two sides conveniently, the situation that partial wrinkles are not uniformly coated when the surface of the fabric is coated with a liquid mixture in the later period is reduced, the lower end opening of the clamping plate 103 penetrates through the calandria 101 and is clamped outside the inner pipe 102, the upper end of the inner pipe 102 is connected with the push rod 104 in a penetrating way near the included angle of the clamping plates 103, the bottom end of the push rod 104 penetrates through the inner pipe 102, the spring group II 105 is wound on the outer surface of the push rod 104 near one half of the upper end, the spring group II 105 is arranged between the push rod 104 and the inner pipe 102, the clamping plate 103 is tightly pressed by the fabric traction force, the included angle of the clamping plate 103 presses the push rod 104 downwards and forces the spring group II 105 to be compressed, the clamping plate 103 is expanded under the stretching action of the inner pipe 102 so as to adapt to the traction force of the fabric and reduce the damage of the fabric during traction;
in addition, arc-shaped grooves 107 are formed in the front end and the rear end of the outer surface of each side of a single tube body of the calandria 101, the distance between the front arc-shaped groove 107 and the rear arc-shaped groove 107 is the same as the length of a notch at the upper end of the calandria 101, two groups of abutting rods 106 are hinged to the front end and the rear end of the bottom surface of the inner part of the calandria 101, the left abutting rod 106 and the right abutting rod 106 are in inclined symmetry and abut against two sides of the lower end of the clamping plate 103 respectively, the top ends of the abutting rods 106 are close to the notch of the arc-shaped groove 107, when the clamping plate 103 is pressed downwards, the included angle is enlarged, the bottom ends of the plate body abut against the abutting rods 106 respectively to force the top ends of the abutting rods 106 to penetrate through the arc-shaped groove 107 to the outer part of the calandria 101, the front abutting rods 106 and the rear abutting rods 106 are limited at the front end and the rear end of the front end of the fabric, so that the later coating condition is affected by the deviation of the fabric when the fabric stops pulling, the fabric, the rebound of the clamping plate 103 loses the clamping rod 106 and the rebound of the calandria push rod 106, and stops limiting the limiting of the fabric, thereby facilitating taking of the fabric;
as a further scheme of the invention: the invention also discloses a spraying method of the double-sided processing and coating equipment for artificial leather, which comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: the open end of the fabric is drawn out through the cloth releasing roller 5, penetrates through the inside of the operation frame 1 and is wound by the cloth collecting roller 4, and during the period, the fabric sequentially passes through the stretching component 10, the inner groove 61 and the coating frame 7, so that the stretching, the intermittent soaking and the uniform coating of the fabric are realized, and the overall coating efficiency of the fabric is effectively improved;
step two: before the fabric is coated, the fabric is stretched through the stretching assembly 10, the fabric is sequentially wound on a plurality of groups of tube bodies of the tube bank 101 in a high-low shape, along with the winding traction of the cloth collecting roller 4, the fabric is respectively abutted against the clamping plates 103 protruding from the surfaces of the tube bodies when passing through the tube bank 101, so that partial wrinkles on the surface of the fabric are conveniently smoothed, opposite positions of the two adjacent groups of clamping plates 103 are arranged, so that the two sides of the fabric are conveniently stretched and straightened, the condition that partial wrinkles are not uniformly coated when liquid mixtures are coated on the surface of the fabric in the later period is reduced, the clamping plates 103 are tightly pressed by the traction force of the fabric, the clamping plates 103 press the push rods 104 downwards at the clamping corners of the clamping plates 103, the spring groups 105 are compressed, the clamping plates 103 are stretched and stretched by the inner tubes 102, included angles of the clamping plates are enlarged, the bottom ends of the plate bodies respectively abut against the abutting rods 106 to force the top ends of the abutting rods 107 to the outside of the tube bank 101, the front and back abutting rods 106 are respectively limited at the front and rear ends of the fabric when the fabric is stretched and moved, the clamping plates 106 are reduced, the deflection of the fabric is prevented from abutting against the pushing rods 106, the top ends of the pushing rods 106, the rebound to the rebound fabric, and the rebound of the tube 101 is convenient for stopping the fabric, and the pushing rods 106;
step three: when stretched fabric passes through the upper end of the inner groove 61, the concave push frame 91 and the thin rope 92 are both positioned at the upper end of the fabric, the rotating shaft 81 and the movable frame 83 rotate clockwise at a constant speed along with the starting of the motor 82, when the movable frame 83 rotates to be vertical and corresponds to the concave push frame 91 up and down, the inserted link 86 falls down under the action of inertia and self gravity, the abutting block 87 at the bottom of the inserted link pushes the movable frame 83 to fall down integrally, the semicircular clamping ring 85 slides inside the limiting groove 84, when the movable frame 83 rotates to fall down, the movable frame 83 slides along the inclined surface at the upper end of the concave push frame 91 and rapidly abuts against the concave push frame 91 downwards, the first spring group 93 is compressed, at the moment, part of the thin rope 92 abutting against the fabric falls together into the storage box 62, so that the front and back surfaces of the local fabric paragraphs are soaked, the fabric surface feeding is convenient, and along with the continuous rotation of the movable frame 83, the concave push frame 91 gradually leaves away from the concave push frame 91, the concave push frame 91 loses and rebounds upwards under the action of the first spring group 93, and the thin rope 92 and the soaked fabric and the notch of the inner groove 61;
step four: meanwhile, the concave push frame 91 slides downwards along the sliding frame 64, the first spring group 93 is compressed, the upright post 94 penetrates downwards to force the cover plate 95 to be inserted into the storage box 62, the material distribution frame 63 and the cover plate 95 move up and down relatively, a proper amount of liquid mixture overflows from the material distribution frame 63 through the permeation groove 631, the amount of the liquid mixture inside the material distribution frame 63 is two thirds of the whole frame body, the material distribution frame 63 penetrates through the cover plate 95, the thin rope 92 props against partial sections of the fabric and falls to the one third inside the material distribution frame 63 along the rectangular open groove together until the fabric and the liquid mixture are soaked, the triangular structure of the material distribution frame 63 can limit the discharge amount of the overflowing liquid mixture, the drying condition caused by excessive overflow of the liquid mixture in the storage box 62 and sufficient exposure of the liquid mixture and air can be reduced, meanwhile, the fabric soaking area can be conveniently limited, the waste caused by excessive soaking area of the fabric and excessive staining of the liquid mixture can be reduced, and the fabric loading effect can be further improved;
step five: with the continuous furling of the cloth collecting roller 4, the soaked fabric end is sequentially pulled leftwards and penetrates into the coating frame 7 for coating, because the coating frame 7 is obliquely arranged, when the soaked fabric end passes through the upper and lower groups of coating rollers 72, redundant liquid mixture is pushed and scraped and coated on the reverse side of the fabric which is not soaked at the rear end, and part of the dropped liquid mixture can drop into the storage box 62 through the inclined surface of the coating frame 7 in the pushing and scraping process, and by combining the mode of intermittently soaking, feeding and uniformly coating the fabric, the efficiency of coating the liquid mixture on the two sides of the fabric is effectively improved, and the waste of the liquid mixture is reduced;
step six: the evenly coated fabric is continuously pulled leftwards, the dryer 2 is used for air-drying the liquid mixture on the surface of the fabric, and the air-dried fabric is furled by the cloth collecting roller 4, so that double-sided coating of the artificial leather fabric is realized.

The double-sided processing and coating apparatus of artificial leather according to claim 1, wherein the coating apparatus further comprises a coating unit, a straightening component (10) is arranged at one third of the right side of the upper end surface of the bottom table (6), and the straightening component (10) comprises a comb (101), an inner tube (102), a clamping plate (103), a push rod (104), a second spring set (105) and a resisting rod (106), the calandria (101) is formed by splicing a plurality of groups of pipe bodies and is distributed at the upper end of the base platform (6) in a snake shape, and the distance between the calandria (101) and the surface of the base table (6) is 2cm-3cm, the rear end of the calandria (101) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the rear end of the operation frame (1), and the inner part of the tube body of the calandria (101) is a hollow structure and is transversely provided with an inner tube (102), notches are formed in the centers of the upper end faces of the calandria (101), the notches of two adjacent calandria (101) are opposite in opening position, clamping plates (103) are inserted in the notches, the opening at the lower end of the clamping plate (103) penetrates into the calandria (101) and is clamped outside the inner pipe (102), a push rod (104) is connected through the upper end of the inner tube (102) close to the included angle of the clamping plate (103), the bottom end of the push rod (104) penetrates through the inner tube (102), a second spring group (105) is wound on the outer surface of the push rod (104) close to one half of the upper end, and the second spring set (105) is arranged between the push rod (104) and the inner tube (102).

The double-sided processing and coating equipment for artificial leather according to claim 3, wherein the arc-shaped grooves (107) are formed in the front and rear ends of the outer surface of each side of the single pipe body of the pipe bank (101), the distance between the front and rear arc-shaped grooves (107) is the same as the length of the notch of the upper end of the pipe bank (101), two groups of abutting rods (106) are hinged to the front and rear ends of the inner bottom of the pipe bank (101), the left and right adjacent groups of abutting rods (106) are in inclined symmetry and abut against the two sides of the lower end of the clamping plate (103), and the top ends of the abutting rods (106) are close to the notches of the arc-shaped grooves (107).
5. A spraying method of double-sided processing and coating equipment for artificial leather is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: firstly, the open end of the fabric is drawn out through a cloth placing roller (5), penetrates through the inside of an operation frame (1) and is wound by a cloth collecting roller (4), and during the process, the fabric sequentially passes through a straightening component (10), an inner groove (61) and the inside of a coating frame (7), so that straightening, intermittent soaking and uniform coating of the fabric are realized, and the overall coating efficiency of the fabric is effectively improved;
