The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to examples.
The present invention provides a control method of a laundry treating apparatus, wherein the laundry treating apparatus may be a dryer, a washing and drying all-in-one machine, etc., and is not particularly limited herein.
As shown in fig. 1, the laundry treating apparatus has a plurality of humidity detecting elements separately arranged, and at least one humidity detecting element is provided on the stirring member, and the control method of the laundry treating apparatus includes the steps of:
s101: in the initial stage, each humidity detection element collects the humidity value of the position at a preset frequency;
s102: and judging whether at least one humidity value is larger than or equal to a first preset humidity value or not according to a plurality of humidity values acquired by each humidity detection element, if so, continuing the drying program, and if not, suspending the drying program.
In the invention, the clothes processing device is provided with a plurality of humidity detection elements which are arranged separately, and the humidity values of the positions of the humidity detection elements are respectively collected by the humidity detection elements, so that the probability that the objects to be dried contact the humidity detection elements is greatly increased. And, at least one humidity detection element among a plurality of humidity detection elements that separate the setting locates the stirring piece, the humidity check element that locates on the stirring piece is than locating interior bucket lateral wall, interior bucket bottom wall, the contact of the humidity check element of door body on the structure great probability waits the drying object, thereby when only having a small amount of drying object, also can effectually detect out, thereby the detection precision of product has been improved greatly, avoided because waiting that the drying object is less and not having the contact humidity detection element, lead to because the humidity detection element gathers humidity value low, and then lead to the product to judge by mistake and not wait the condition that the drying object stopped, realize the condition of the thing of waiting to dry of the accurate determination a small amount and empty bucket, and then realize the accurate degree of drying of judging, promote the stoving effect.
More specifically, in an initial stage, for example, when the drying process is started and/or the objects to be dried are shaken, each humidity detection element collects humidity values at a position with a preset frequency, whether at least one humidity value is greater than or equal to a first preset humidity value is determined according to a plurality of humidity values collected by each humidity detection element, if so, the current clothes treatment device is determined to be in the object to be dried state, the clothes treatment device is controlled to continue the drying process, and if not, the current clothes treatment device is determined to be in an empty tub state, and the clothes treatment device is controlled to suspend the drying process.
Furthermore, if the current clothes treatment device is in the empty barrel state, the clothes treatment device is controlled to give an alarm while the drying program is paused by the clothes treatment device.
The first preset humidity value represents a detection value of the humidity detection element when the humidity detection element does not collect wet clothes, for example, the value range of the first preset humidity value is 0-350.
Regarding the preset frequency, specifically, each humidity detection element is controlled to collect for a certain number of times in a certain time, for example, each humidity detection element is controlled to collect for 20 times in 1 minute, so that each humidity detection element performs multiple collection, and multiple collection of multiple humidity detection elements has a humidity value greater than a first preset humidity value, which indicates that the object to be dried in the barrel is currently in a non-empty barrel state. Therefore, the detection accuracy is further improved, and the misjudgment is reduced.
As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, after determining that at least one humidity value is greater than or equal to the first preset humidity value, the method further includes:
s201: calculating the times of the humidity values collected by each humidity detection element being larger than a second preset humidity value;
s202: judging the amount of the to-be-dried object according to the times of the humidity detection elements which are acquired and are greater than a second preset humidity value, and controlling a drying program according to the amount of the to-be-dried object;
the second preset humidity value is greater than the first preset humidity value.
In this embodiment, after determining that at least one humidity value is greater than or equal to the first preset humidity value, that is, after determining that the drying system is currently in a non-empty tub state, it is necessary to further determine the amount of the object to be dried, the second preset humidity value is introduced in this embodiment, and the number of times that the humidity values collected by each humidity detection element are greater than the second preset humidity value is calculated, so that compared with a scheme of singly counting the number of times that each humidity detection element contacts the object to be dried, in this embodiment, the number of times that the collected humidity values are greater than the second preset humidity value is required to be counted, errors caused by factors such as environmental humidity are effectively eliminated, the detection accuracy is further improved, and erroneous determination is reduced, further, the drying program is controlled according to the object to be dried, for example, the drying power of the drying system is lower when the object to be dried is less than the drying power of the drying system when the object to be dried is more, or, the drive power of the stirring piece when the amount of the to-be-dried object is less is lower than that when the amount of the to-be-dried object is more, so that the drying program is more suitable for the environment in the current barrel, and the product is more intelligent.
The second preset humidity value represents a detection value of the humidity detection element when the humidity detection element collects wet clothes, for example, the value range of the second preset humidity value is 1500-2500, and preferably, the value range of the second preset humidity value is 2000.
Further, the determining the amount of the to-be-dried object according to the number of times that each humidity detection element collects the humidity value greater than the second preset humidity value specifically includes:
if the times which are acquired by the at least one humidity detection element and are larger than the second preset humidity value exceed the preset times, judging that the current clothes treatment device is in a state of a large amount of objects to be dried, and otherwise, judging that the current clothes treatment device is in a state of a small amount of objects to be dried.
It can be understood, only have a small amount of thing of waiting to dry in the current bucket, a small amount of thing of waiting to dry is under the effect of stirring piece stirring, constantly move in the bucket easily, the transposition position, the number of times that leads to a small amount of thing of waiting to dry contact each humidity detection element significantly reduces, and like this, the number of times that is greater than the second and predetermines the humidity value that has a humidity detection element to gather among a plurality of humidity detection elements exceeds preset number of times, can be in a large amount of thing states of waiting to dry in order to judge current clothing processing apparatus, otherwise, judge that current clothing processing apparatus is in a small amount of thing states of waiting to dry, it is simpler to judge the logic, it is higher to judge the precision.
In some embodiments, the preset number of times may be determined according to a set detection frequency of the humidity detection element.
For example, the preset frequency is set to be acquired B times within the duration of a, and the preset number of times is half of B.
In a specific embodiment, the humidity detection elements are set to collect humidity values 20 times within 1 minute, and then when the number of times of collecting humidity values greater than the second preset humidity value by at least one humidity detection element exceeds 10 times, it can be determined that the drying object is currently in a state of a large amount of drying objects.
In some embodiments, the controlling the drying program according to the amount of the to-be-dried object specifically includes:
in the heating and drying stage, controlling each humidity detection element to continuously acquire the humidity value of the position at a preset frequency;
and when the humidity values acquired by each humidity detection element are smaller than a first preset humidity, controlling the clothes treatment device to stop the drying program.
In this embodiment, in the heating and drying stage, the drying degree is continuously determined according to the humidity values collected by each humidity detection element, and when a plurality of humidity values collected by each humidity detection element are smaller than a first preset humidity, the current drying is completed, the clothes processing device is controlled to stop the drying program, and the product is more intelligent. Moreover, the embodiment judges that the drying is finished when a plurality of humidity values are smaller than the first preset humidity, thereby effectively avoiding the condition that the drying degree of each part is different due to uneven heating of the object to be dried in a large amount of object to be dried, and improving the drying effect.
In some embodiments, before controlling the laundry treating apparatus to stop the drying process, the method further includes:
and judging whether the humidity value of each humidity detection element is continuously less than the first preset humidity for a preset time, and if not, continuing to heat and dry.
In this embodiment, in order to avoid that the humidity detection element does not contact the object to be dried at a certain time, and the humidity detection element temporarily appears a situation that is lower than the first preset humidity and misjudges that the drying is completed, it is necessary that the humidity value of each humidity detection element is less than the first preset humidity for a duration of the preset duration, and the drying can be determined to be completed.
In some embodiments, the controlling the drying program according to the amount of the to-be-dried object specifically includes:
if the current clothes processing device is in a state of a large number of objects to be dried, prolonging the first long drying time;
and if the current clothes treatment device is in a state of a small amount of objects to be dried, prolonging the drying time of a second time length, wherein the second time length is less than the first time length.
In this embodiment, in order to ensure the drying effect and avoid the situation that part of the clothes are not completely dried, the drying time is further prolonged on the basis of setting the drying time or the basic drying time or the original drying time, and different times are correspondingly prolonged according to different amounts of the objects to be dried, so that the drying effect is ensured, excessive drying is avoided, and energy conservation and emission reduction are realized.
In some embodiments, before controlling each humidity detecting element to acquire the humidity value at the position at the preset frequency, the method further comprises controlling the stirring piece to rotate.
In this embodiment, control stirring piece earlier before humidity detecting element gathers and rotate, utilize stirring piece to break up and treat the stoving thing, avoid treating the stoving thing and gathering into a mass, promote and treat the contact probability of stoving thing and each humidity detecting element, and then promote and detect the precision.
In some embodiments, before controlling each humidity detecting element to collect the humidity value at the position with the preset frequency, the method further comprises controlling the supply of cold air into the inner tub. The objects to be dried are further blown away by cold air, the contact probability of the objects to be dried and each humidity detection element is further improved, and the detection accuracy is further improved.
In some embodiments, after the heating and drying stage is finished, the method further comprises controlling to supply cold air into the inner barrel. Because the temperature of the clothes which are just dried by hot air is higher, in order to avoid scalding users, after the heating and drying stage is finished, the temperature of the clothes is reduced by utilizing cold air, and the use experience of products is improved.
In some embodiments, after the heating and drying stage is finished, the method further comprises controlling the stirring member to rotate. When the cold air is blown to cool, the clothes are further scattered by the stirring piece, the contact uniformity of the clothes and the cold air is improved, the cooling time is shortened, and energy conservation and emission reduction are realized.
In some embodiments, if it is determined that the collected humidity values are all smaller than the first preset humidity value, the laundry treating device is currently in the empty tub state.
In some embodiments, the plurality of humidity detecting elements include a first humidity detecting element provided on the pulsator, and a second humidity detecting element provided at a middle region and/or a front region of the inner tub.
In this embodiment, it can be understood that the stirring member is located at the bottom or the rear portion of the inner barrel, the first humidity detection element is disposed on the stirring member, and the second humidity detection element is disposed in the middle region and/or the front region of the inner barrel, so that the first humidity detection element and the second humidity detection element are dispersed in the front and rear portions of the inner barrel, and therefore, humidity values at different positions can be detected more easily, detection accuracy is improved, and the possibility of erroneous judgment is reduced.
In some embodiments, a first humidity sensing element is provided adapted to wirelessly interface with the controller. Because stirring piece can be continuous rotation when moving, this leads to wired connection to lay wire the degree of difficulty greatly relatively, and the electric wire tears easily, utilizes wireless connection director, for example utilizes modes such as bluetooth, has saved the process of wiring on the one hand like this, and the product equipment is easier, and on the other hand has promoted the data transmission reliability between first humidity detection component and the controller, further promotes the detection precision of product.
The present invention provides a clothes treatment device, comprising: the humidity detection elements are arranged in a separated mode, and at least one humidity detection element is arranged on the stirring piece;
a controller connected with the humidity detection element, the controller being adapted to perform the control method of the laundry treating apparatus according to any one of the above embodiments.
