Description
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The invention relates to a washing and drying machine and a door sealing ring thereof, belonging to the technical field of household appliances.
[ background of the invention ]
Washing and drying machines, in particular those with a horizontal or inclined drum, are usually connected between the drum and the cabinet by a door seal, so as to prevent the washing liquid in the drum from entering the gap between the drum and the cabinet. The door seal has a corrugated structure therein to allow for proper displacement of the cartridge relative to the housing. In the washing process, the washing liquid easily enters the fold structure of the door seal ring and is not easy to discharge. Particularly, foam and the like in the washing process are likely to remain therein. Therefore, a fungus membrane is easily formed in the folded structure of the door sealing ring, particularly at the bottom position, and secondary pollution is caused to clothes. And chemical components in the residual washing liquid have long-term corrosion effect on the door sealing ring, so that the service life of the door sealing ring is shortened.
The washing and drying machine generates hot air in the drying procedure to dry clothes in the drum, but because the air in the corrugated structure is lack of flow and has lower temperature compared with the air in the drum, the humidity in the corrugated structure can not be thoroughly improved, and the bred bacteria can not be thoroughly killed.
[ summary of the invention ]
An object of the present invention is to improve the known door seals in such a way that the above-mentioned drawbacks of the door seals when applied in a washing and drying machine are effectively ameliorated.
An embodiment of the invention includes providing a door seal for a washer-dryer, comprising a sealing portion and an air inlet portion connected to the sealing portion, wherein the sealing portion comprises a circumferentially closed first wall having a corrugated structure forming a circumferentially extending groove in which a first channel is formed for fluid communication, the air inlet portion comprises a second wall surrounding a second channel formed, an outlet of the second channel being located on the first wall, and the second channel being in spatial communication with the first channel, and guiding means for guiding a portion of air of the second channel into the first channel, the guiding means being located at least partially in a projection of the second channel perpendicular to a direction of air communication.
Wherein the guiding means is located at least partly in the projection of the second channel perpendicular to the direction of air flow, which may be embodied as the guiding means being located in the flow path of the second channel, or as the guiding means being directed against the outlet of the second channel, so that the air is guided by the second wall directly into the path defined by the guiding means without substantially changing the direction of flow, and then deflected by the guiding action of the guiding means into the first channel. Preferably, at least a part of the guiding means is located in particular in the vicinity of the outlet of the second channel in a projection perpendicular to the direction of air circulation.
When the door seal is applied to the washing and drying machine, air, particularly advantageously heated air, can enter the second channel from the air inlet part, wherein part of the air directly enters the guide area of the guide device in the flow direction when passing through the second channel or after passing through the second channel and is then guided into the first channel, so that the air is effectively shunted into the first channel, thereby ventilating the grooves of the corrugated structure, facilitating the rapid drying of moisture therein and avoiding or reducing the generation of a mycoderm. When high-temperature air enters, the air dryer is favorable for quick drying, and has a sterilization effect to kill the reproduced bacteria.
In some embodiments, the inlet end of the directing means is located within the second channel in the direction of air flow.
In some embodiments, the outlet end of the directing means is adjacent to or connected to the slot in the direction of air flow.
In some embodiments, the guide device and the second wall form a third channel therebetween, an outlet of the third channel being directed toward an inlet of the first channel.
In some embodiments, the air intake portion is adapted to be connected to an air heating passage of a washer-dryer. The air heated in the air heating channel can enter the second channel and the first channel through the air inlet part. The hot air entering the first channel can dry and sterilize the first channel, thereby improving the sanitary performance of the door sealing ring.
In some embodiments, the first wall is adapted to be connected to a drum of a washing and drying machine, an axis of the drum is arranged horizontally or obliquely, and when the door sealing ring is connected to the drum, a bottom of the groove in a vertical direction is provided with a hole communicated with the space in the drum. Thus, air can flow out of the hole after entering the first passage, and then air can continuously enter the first passage to keep circulation, thereby better improving the sanitation condition of the door sealing ring.
An alternative embodiment further comprises that the guiding means is made in one piece with the sealing part and the air inlet part.
An optional embodiment further comprises that the first channel has a first inlet and a second inlet in the circumferential direction, the first inlet and the second inlet are respectively close to two sides of the outlet of the second channel, and the guiding device is respectively arranged near the first inlet and the second inlet. The air enters the first inlet and the second inlet of the first channel from the second channel respectively, flows oppositely in the circumferential direction from two directions, and finally meets head-on. Thus, the air in the first channel flows more strongly, and the sterilizing and drying effects are better. And the two paths of air form violent turbulence at the intersection, and can generate enhanced sterilization and drying effects on the area.
The first wall is suitable for being connected with a drum of a washing and drying machine, the shaft of the drum is arranged horizontally or obliquely, when the door sealing ring is connected with the drum, the bottom of the groove in the vertical direction is provided with a hole communicated with the space in the drum, and the first inlet and the second inlet are positioned at the top of the groove in the vertical direction. The two air streams entering the first passage from the first inlet and the second inlet, respectively, then meet near the orifice, creating a turbulent flow. Generally, the area is a main area for the accumulation of the washing liquid and a main area for the easy generation of the mold because the area is positioned at the bottom of the tank. The opposite-flushing intersected air flow can flush residual washing liquid and has better drying and sterilizing effects. The air flow is converged and at least partially flows out of the holes, so that continuous circumferential air flow is formed in the first channel.
The above embodiments may be combined arbitrarily.
A second object of the present invention is to improve the washing and drying machine to improve the hygienic property of the door seal ring thereof during use and the service life of the door seal ring thereof.
Embodiments of the present invention provide a washer-dryer comprising a drum having an axis that is horizontally or obliquely disposed, an air heating channel providing heated air into the drum, a door seal of any of the above embodiments and any combination thereof connecting the air heating channel with the drum, wherein the air inlet portion is connected with the air heating channel and the sealing portion is connected with the drum.
The air heating channel is internally provided with a heating device and a fan, and the fan enables air to flow to the door sealing ring from the air heating channel after being started.
After the fan is activated, air may enter the intake portion from the air heating passage. And then respectively into the first passage in the corrugated structure of the door gasket and directly into the space circumferentially surrounded by the first wall, which space communicates with the space in the cartridge. The air entering the first channel dries and/or sterilizes the in-slot portion of the first wall before it is combined into the cartridge. So that the residual washing liquid, foam and the like of the door sealing ring can be dried by air after the washing program of the washing and drying machine is finished. If the air is heated by the heating device, the drying effect is better, and the sterilization effect is better.
In some embodiments, the heating device is not started, and only the fan is started to enable air at normal temperature to enter the first channel, so that the drying in the first channel can be accelerated, bacteria are not easy to generate and breed, and the corrosion of chemical substances in the washing liquid to the door sealing ring is also reduced.
