Description

Clothes care machine and mildew-proof control method thereof
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The present invention relates to a laundry machine and a method for controlling mildew resistance thereof, and more particularly, to a washing machine, a clothes dryer, or the like, which causes malodor in a drum or a gasket and generates foreign substances such as mold due to washing water or the like remaining in the drum or the gasket.
[ background of the invention ]
After the clothes are washed by the existing drum washing machine, a part of water can be remained in a drum or a sealing ring, and the washing water remained in the sealing ring can cause generation of foreign matters such as mold or cause stink along with the passing of time, so that the normal use of a user is influenced.
Currently, prior art cartridge cleaning procedures provide a user with a way to clean the roller system by incorporating a cleaning agent or the like. Meanwhile, a plurality of methods for removing moisture of the drum or the sealing ring are also provided, and hot air is mainly sent into the inner and outer cylinders through an air drying device, so that moisture in the washing machine drum or on the sealing ring is removed.
However, the above-mentioned dehumidification method or apparatus cannot completely remove the residual contamination on the sealing ring, especially the residual water or impurities on the bottom (6 o' clock direction) of the sealing ring, such as dirt of the laundry, detergent, etc. After long-term use, the stains may cause mildew and indelible stains at the door seal position, which may affect the cleaning and hygiene of the washing machine, and the foreign substances such as the mildew may stick to the laundry or the malodor may permeate into the laundry, thereby causing the washing performance of the washing machine to be degraded.
Aiming at the problem that the position of a sealing ring at a machine door is mildewed due to washing residual pollution in the prior art, an effective solution is not provided at present.

In order to achieve the object, in one aspect of the present invention, a mold prevention control method of a laundry machine is provided.
According to the invention, the mildew-proof control method of the clothes care machine comprises the following steps:
a housing; a clothes inlet arranged on the shell; a gate for opening and closing the inlet; an outer cylinder installed inside the housing; the roller is arranged in the outer barrel and is communicated with the space of the outer barrel; a motor for controlling the drum to rotate; a hot air supply device for supplying hot air into the cylinder; the sealing ring is arranged between the machine door and the outer cylinder, and a drainage channel which is in fluid connection with the outer cylinder is arranged at the bottom of the sealing ring; and a control device; the method comprises the following steps: a. the control device controls the hot air supply device and provides hot air into the cylinder; b. the control device controls the motor to rotate the drum at a set rotation speed. By the above method, the hot air supply device supplies hot air into the drum and rotates the drum, thereby removing residual water on the drum, the outer drum and the sealing ring at the door position and inhibiting the propagation of mildew and fungus.
Preferably, step a and step b are performed simultaneously. The steps a and b can be carried out separately, and the effect is better when the two steps are carried out simultaneously.
Preferably, in the step b, the control device controls the motor to rotate the drum at a first rotation speed and then at a second rotation speed higher than the first rotation speed. The method comprises the steps that a roller rotates at a certain first rotating speed to generate oscillation, part of water in a roller system is shaken off, and then the roller system rotates at a second rotating speed higher than the first rotating speed to drive airflow in a cylinder to move, such as the airflow enters an outer cylinder through an air hole and flows to a sealing ring at a machine door.
Preferably, the second rotating speed is set to enable the roller to drive the airflow in the outer barrel to blow towards the bottom of the sealing ring. The roller is rotated at a second rotating speed, the air flow is driven to blow to the bottom of the sealing ring, the position is approximately 6 o' clock, the residual water at the position is removed, and the residual water and impurities at the position flow into a roller bottom drainage system through a drainage channel.
Preferably, in step b, the control device acquires the temperature inside the drum; judging whether the temperature in the roller reaches a set value or not; when the judgment result is yes, controlling the roller to rotate at a second rotating speed; and if not, controlling the roller to rotate at the first rotating speed, and continuously judging the temperature in the roller. The control device judges whether the temperature in the roller is a set value or not through detecting the temperature in the roller, and when the judgment result is negative, the control device controls the roller to rotate at a first rotating speed and continues to judge the temperature in the roller; when the temperature reaches the set value and the judgment result is yes, the control device controls the roller to rotate at a high speed at a second rotating speed, the combination of the temperature and the high-speed rotation is realized, and hot air flow blowing to the bottom of the sealing ring is generated, so that residual water at the position can be effectively removed, and the sterilization and disinfection are realized.
Preferably, the temperature inside the drum is detected by a temperature sensor. The temperature sensor can be adopted in the roller to detect the temperature in the roller.
