Therefore, a plurality of mounting chambers are also provided in the additive dispensing device 100 for placing different functional laundry additives.
For example, the types of the detergent additives include main detergent and builder, and the main detergent includes various types of detergents; builders are functionally classified as softeners, bleaches, disinfectants, odorants, and the like.
Because the washing and protecting additives with different functions have different states, different use occasions, different use frequencies, different input amounts and the like, the matching installation modes between the liquid storage containers for containing the washing and protecting additives with different functions and the installation cavity are different.
Therefore, when the fact that the residual quantity of the laundry care additive in one of the liquid storage containers is insufficient is detected, the purchased laundry care additive is automatically purchased separately and is of the same type as the laundry care additive, and the situation that the type of the purchased laundry care additive is different from that of the laundry care additive which is about to be used up, so that the washing and care requirements of a user on clothes are influenced is avoided.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, when it is detected that the remaining amount of the detergent additive in one of the liquid storage containers is insufficient, it should be further detected whether the remaining amount of the detergent additive in the other liquid storage containers is within a set range, and if so, it indicates that the remaining amount of the other types of detergent additives is also about to be insufficient.
For the above scheme, judging whether the remaining amount of the detergent additive in the liquid storage container of the additive dispensing device 100 is insufficient, the present invention may adopt the following scheme:
optionally, recording the amount of the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container each time, and superposing the amount of the washing and protecting additive each time; and when the numerical value obtained after the adding amount of the liquid storage container is superposed every time reaches a preset value, determining that the residual amount of the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container is insufficient.
In detail, the main control board 105 of the additive feeding device 100 is provided with a metering program, when a liquid storage container of the washing and caring additive is replaced, the additive feeding device 100 can obtain the total volume of the washing and caring additive in the liquid storage container by identifying an identification tag on the liquid storage container, and the fed amount of the washing and caring additive in the liquid storage container is synchronously cleared.
During the use process, the additive feeding device 100 records the feeding amount each time when the washing and caring additive in the liquid storage container is fed each time, and superposes the feeding amounts each time. When the numerical value after the adding amount is superposed every time reaches a preset value, for example, 90% of the total volume, the residual amount of the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container is determined to be insufficient, and the washing and protecting additive is bought singly.
Optionally, the adding times of the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container are recorded, and the adding times are superposed; and when the numerical value obtained after the adding times of the liquid storage container are superposed reaches a preset value, determining that the surplus of the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container is insufficient.
Specifically, the additive dispensing device 100 according to the present embodiment further includes a water discharge passage 103, as shown in fig. 3. A plurality of installation cavities that are used for installing the stock solution container that holds the additive is washed to different grade type, all be equipped with between every installation cavity and the throw-in waterway 103 and throw in the pipeline. The two ends of the throwing pipeline are respectively communicated with the liquid storage container and the throwing water channel 103, and the throwing mechanism 102, such as a throwing pump or a venturi tube, is arranged on the throwing pipeline. The main control panel 105 controls the dosing mechanism 102 to dose the rinse and care additive into the water dosing waterways 103. The additive dispensing apparatus 100 further comprises a flow sensor for detecting the water inflow of the laundry treating apparatus 200, the flow sensor being disposed on the dispensing waterway 103.
When the clothes treating device is used, the water inlet end of the water throwing-off water channel 103 is connected with a tap water connector, and the water outlet end of the water throwing-off water channel 103 is connected to the water inlet of the clothes treating device 200.
When the automatic laundry additive feeding process in the laundry program is operated, the water inlet valve of the laundry treatment apparatus 200 is opened, and the outlet water of the tap water connector passes through the water feeding water path 103 of the laundry additive feeding apparatus 100, and then enters the laundry treatment apparatus 200 from the water inlet of the laundry treatment apparatus 200. The feeding mechanism 102 feeds the laundry additive in the liquid storage container into the water feeding channel 103, so that the laundry additive enters the laundry treatment apparatus 200 along with the tap water in the water feeding channel 103.
In the process of adding the washing and protecting additive by the additive adding device 100 in the embodiment, a certain amount of washing and protecting additive is added every certain amount of water, the washing and protecting additive is directly added into the water adding and discharging water channel 103, and the mixing of the washing and protecting additive and the water is realized in the water adding and discharging water channel 103.
For the additive dispensing device 100 having the above dispensing manner, a metering program is provided in the main control board 105 of the additive dispensing device 100, when a storage container of the wash-care additive is replaced, the additive dispensing device 100 can obtain the maximum number of times that the wash-care additive in the storage container can be allowed to be dispensed by identifying an identification tag on the storage container, and the number of times that the wash-care additive in the storage container is dispensed is synchronously cleared. The additive feeding device 100 records the feeding times and superposes the feeding times when the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container is fed each time. When the superposed number of times of dosing reaches a preset value, for example 90% of the maximum number of times, it is determined that the residual amount of the detergent additive in the liquid storage container is insufficient, and the detergent additive should be purchased on a single basis.
According to the scheme of setting the metering program in the main control board, the metering of the balance of the detergent additive can be realized on the basis of not additionally setting a device for detecting the balance of the detergent additive, the structure of the additive feeding device 100 can be simplified, and the cost of the additive feeding device 100 can be reduced.
In the above scheme, the criterion for determining whether the residual amount of the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container is about to be insufficient is a set value which is adjusted downward based on the criterion for determining whether the residual amount of the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container is insufficient.
For example, when the criterion for determining whether the remaining amount of the cleaning additive in the liquid storage container is insufficient is that the value obtained by superposing each amount of the cleaning additive in the liquid storage container reaches 90% of the total volume, the criterion for determining whether the remaining amount of the cleaning additive in the liquid storage container is about to be insufficient is that the value obtained by superposing each amount of the cleaning additive in the liquid storage container reaches 80% of the total volume.
Optionally, a weight detection unit is arranged at a position of the additive feeding device 100, where the position is used for installing the liquid storage container, and the weight of the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container is detected by the weight detection unit; and when the weight of the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container is lower than a preset value, determining that the balance of the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container is insufficient.
Optionally, the additive feeding device 100 is provided with a liquid level detection unit for detecting the liquid level of the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container, and the liquid level of the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container is detected by the liquid level detection unit; and when the liquid level of the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container is lower than a preset value, determining that the residual quantity of the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container is insufficient.
Utilize weight detecting element or liquid level detecting element to detect the surplus of washing and protecting the additive among the above-mentioned scheme, it is high to detect the precision, can accurate control wash the in service behavior of protecting the additive, makes the user family needn't stocked and protects the additive, realizes good replenishment mechanism, promotes user experience.
In the above scheme, the criterion for judging whether the residual amount of the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container is about to be insufficient is a set value which floats upwards on the basis of the criterion for judging whether the residual amount of the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container is insufficient.
For example, when the criterion for determining whether the remaining amount of the lotion additive in the reservoir is insufficient is when the weight of the lotion additive in the reservoir is less than 10% of the total weight, then the criterion for determining whether the remaining amount of the lotion additive in the reservoir is about to be insufficient is when the weight of the lotion additive in the reservoir is less than 20% of the total weight.
In a further scheme, the generated order information for purchasing the washing and caring additive is sent to the App of the intelligent terminal 300 of the user by the communication unit 104 of the additive feeding device 100, and if the App for order payment in the intelligent terminal 300 of the user sets the small-amount password-free payment, the order can be directly placed for purchase when the amount of the order does not exceed the amount of the small-amount password-free payment set by the user, and the user does not need to wait for the confirmation of the order. When the amount of the order exceeds the small amount of the password-free payment set by the user, the user needs to wait for the order to be placed for purchase after confirming the payment.
The present invention also provides an additive dispensing device 100 for implementing the above-described method for automatically purchasing a laundry additive. The additive dispensing device 100 is installed outside the laundry treating device 200; alternatively, the additive dispensing device 100 and the laundry treating device 200 are two independent devices.
Because the additive box of the external additive releasing device 100 is not high in manufacturing cost, as a merchant, if the product is sold only once and has no additional value, the profit is too low, if the user can continuously buy the additive box of a specified brand or a manufacturer, the user can also solve the problem that the releasing precision of the releasing device is poor or the releasing port is blocked because the user changes the additive box of other brands or adds additives of other brands by himself or herself, and the use experience of the user is improved, so that the external additive releasing device is a win-win result.
In the present invention, the additive dispensing device 100 and the laundry treating device 200 have independent control systems, respectively, and the additive dispensing device 100 is disposed between a tap water connector and a water inlet valve of the laundry treating device 200, and the laundry treating device 200 includes, but is not limited to, a pulsator washing machine, a drum washing machine, and a washing and drying machine.
In one aspect, the additive dispensing device 100 may be mounted outside the laundry treating device 200, that is, the additive dispensing device 100 is mounted on the laundry treating device 200 and located outside the laundry treating device 200, for example, the additive dispensing device 100 may be fixedly mounted on an outer sidewall of a cabinet of the laundry treating device 200.
Or, in another scheme, the additive feeding device 100 and the laundry treatment device 200 are two sets of devices independent from each other, and the additive feeding device 100 and the laundry treatment device 200 are not in an assembly connection relationship and are two sets of devices independent from each other, so that the positions where the additive feeding device 100 is disposed are relatively unlimited, and as long as the water inlet pipeline communication between the additive feeding device 100 and the laundry treatment device 200 and the tap water connector can be realized, the additive can be fed into the washing machine along with the water inlet of the water inlet pipeline.
It should be noted that the identity information described in the embodiments of the present invention includes the identity information of the attribute of the additive itself, the usage information, the brand information, and the like. The attribute identity information of the additive comprises attribute identity information of the type, concentration, component, viscosity and the like of the detergent; the using information of the detergent comprises using information such as using requirements, using dosage, capacity, production date and using period, using cautions and the like; the brand information of the detergent comprises brand information such as manufacturer brands, after-sale information of manufacturers, service information of manufacturers and the like.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A method for automatically purchasing a washing and protecting additive by an additive feeding device is characterized by comprising the following steps: comprises the following steps
Determining that the residual quantity of the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container is insufficient;
generating order information of the washing and protecting additives of the same type;
the order information at least comprises installation information of a liquid storage container for storing the washing and caring additive, and the installation information is information that the additive dispensing equipment allows the liquid storage container to be installed.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the method comprises the steps of:
the order information also comprises identity information of a liquid storage container of the washing and protecting additive, and the identity information is information that the additive feeding equipment can unlock a feeding mechanism of the additive feeding equipment after identifying the identity information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the method comprises the steps of:
an identification label is arranged on the liquid storage container of the washing and protecting additive;
the identity information is preset in the identification label, so that the additive feeding device can unlock a feeding mechanism of the additive feeding device after identifying the identity information in the identification label;
preferably, the identification tag is an NFC tag, an RFID tag, a two-dimensional code tag, or a bar code tag.
4. A method for automatically purchasing a laundry additive at an additive delivery apparatus as claimed in claim 2 or 3, wherein:
the identity information comprises brand information and/or manufacturer information of the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container;
preferably, the identity information further comprises concentration information and/or volume information of the lotion additive in the reservoir.
5. A method for automatically purchasing a laundry additive at an additive delivery facility according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein:
the additive feeding device is provided with a plurality of mounting cavities for mounting liquid storage containers of different types of washing and protecting additives, and the mounting cavities are in one-to-one correspondence with the liquid storage containers in the mounting cavities in a matching mounting mode;
when the fact that the residual quantity of the washing and protecting additive in one of the liquid storage containers is insufficient is determined, whether the residual quantity of the washing and protecting additive in at least one of the liquid storage containers is about to be insufficient is determined, if yes, the order information further comprises purchase information of the washing and protecting additive of the same type as the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the step of automatically purchasing a laundry additive comprises:
recording the amount of the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container, and superposing the amount of the washing and protecting additive in each time;
when the numerical value of the liquid storage container after each time of adding amount superposition reaches a preset value, determining that the residual amount of the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container is insufficient;
or recording the adding times of the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container, and superposing the adding times;
and when the numerical value obtained after the adding times of the liquid storage container are superposed reaches a preset value, determining that the surplus of the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container is insufficient.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the step of automatically purchasing a laundry additive comprises:
the criterion for judging whether the residual quantity of the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container is about to be insufficient is a set value which is adjusted downwards on the basis of the criterion for judging whether the residual quantity of the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container is insufficient.
8. The method of claim 5, wherein the step of automatically purchasing a laundry additive comprises:
a weight detection unit is arranged at a position, used for installing the liquid storage container, of the additive feeding device, and the weight of the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container is detected through the weight detection unit;
when the weight of the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container is lower than a preset value, determining that the balance of the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container is insufficient;
or the additive feeding device is provided with a liquid level detection unit for detecting the liquid level of the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container, and the liquid level of the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container is detected through the liquid level detection unit;
and when the liquid level of the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container is lower than a preset value, determining that the residual quantity of the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container is insufficient.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the step of automatically purchasing a laundry additive comprises:
the standard for judging whether the residual quantity of the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container is about to be insufficient is a set value which floats on the basis of the standard for judging whether the residual quantity of the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container is insufficient.
10. An additive delivery device, comprising: a method for implementing an automated purchasing of a laundry additive as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9;
the additive feeding device is installed outside the clothes treatment device;
or the additive feeding device and the clothes treatment device are two sets of devices which are mutually independent.
