When the processing unit determines that the residual amount of the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container is enough to be used, a signal that the washing and protecting additive of the type is available is sent out, the main control panel 105 can obtain the signal, and then the type indicator lamp is controlled to be lightened and displayed to be a color for a user to select.
Further, the processing module comprises a metering module for recording the adding amount of the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container; and/or the detection module is used for detecting the residual amount of the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container; and the judging module is connected with the metering module and/or the detecting module and is used for judging whether the residual quantity of the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container is enough to use or not.
In detail, the metering module records the amount of the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container every time and superposes the amount of the washing and protecting additive every time; and when the numerical value obtained after the adding amount of the liquid storage container is superposed each time does not reach a preset value, determining that the residual amount of the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container is enough.
When the liquid storage container of the washing and caring additive is replaced, the additive feeding device 100 can obtain the total volume of the washing and caring additive in the liquid storage container by identifying the identification label on the liquid storage container, and the fed amount of the washing and caring additive in the liquid storage container is synchronously cleared.
During use, the additive dispensing device 100 records the dispensing amount of the detergent additive in the liquid storage container each time the detergent additive is dispensed, and superimposes the dispensing amount each time. When the value of each dose after addition does not reach a predetermined value, for example 90% of the total volume, it is determined that the remaining amount of the detergent additive in the reservoir is sufficient and a signal that the type of detergent additive is available should be sent.
Optionally, the adding times of the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container are recorded, and the adding times are overlapped; and when the numerical value obtained after the adding times of the liquid storage container are superposed does not reach a preset value, determining that the surplus of the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container is enough.
In detail, in the additive feeding apparatus 100 according to the present embodiment, a feeding pipe is provided between each installation groove and the water discharge passage 103. Two ends of the throwing pipeline are respectively communicated with a liquid storage container and a throwing water channel 103, and the throwing mechanism 102, such as a throwing pump or a venturi tube, is arranged on the throwing pipeline. The main control panel 105 controls the feeding mechanism 102 to feed the wash additives into the water feeding waterways 103. The additive dispensing apparatus 100 further comprises a flow sensor for detecting the water inflow of the laundry treating apparatus 200, the flow sensor being disposed on the dispensing waterway 103.
When the laundry treatment device is used, the water inlet end of the water throwing-off water channel 103 is connected with a tap water connector, and the water outlet end of the water throwing-off water channel 103 is connected to the water inlet of the laundry treatment device 200.
When the automatic laundry additive dispensing process in the laundry program is performed, the water inlet valve of the laundry treating apparatus 200 is opened, and the outlet water of the tap water connector passes through the dispensing water channel 103 of the laundry additive dispensing apparatus 100, and then enters the laundry treating apparatus 200 from the water inlet of the laundry treating apparatus 200. The feeding mechanism 102 feeds the washing and caring additive in the liquid storage container into the water feeding waterway 103, so that the washing and caring additive enters the clothes treatment device 200 along with the tap water in the water feeding waterway 103.
In the process of adding the washing and caring additive by the additive adding device 100 in the embodiment, a certain amount of washing and caring additive is added every certain amount of water, the washing and caring additive is directly added into the input water channel 103, and the mixing of the washing and caring additive and the water is realized in the input water channel 103.
For the additive dispensing device 100 with the above dispensing manner, when a liquid storage container of the wash-care additive is replaced, the additive dispensing device 100 may obtain the maximum number of times that the wash-care additive in the liquid storage container can be allowed to be dispensed by identifying the identification tag on the liquid storage container, and the number of times that the wash-care additive in the liquid storage container is dispensed is synchronously cleared. The additive feeding device 100 records the feeding times and superposes the feeding times when the washing and protecting additive in the liquid storage container is fed each time. When the superimposed number of doses does not reach a predetermined value, for example a predetermined value of 90% of the maximum number, it is determined that the remaining amount of the detergent additive in the reservoir is sufficient and a signal is sent that the type of detergent additive is available.
According to the scheme, the processing module of the additive feeding device 100 can automatically acquire available signals of different types of washing and caring additives, so that the operation of a user can be reduced, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In addition, the above-mentioned scheme of setting the metering program in the processing module can realize metering of the residual amount of the detergent additive without additionally setting a device for detecting the residual amount of the detergent additive, so that the structure of the additive dispensing device 100 can be simplified, and the cost of the additive dispensing device 100 can be reduced.
A weight detection unit is arranged at a position, used for installing a liquid storage container, of the additive feeding device 100, and the weight of the washing and caring additive in the liquid storage container is detected through the weight detection unit; when the weight of the wash additive in the reservoir is above a predetermined value, the balance of the wash additive in the reservoir is determined to be sufficient.
Optionally, the additive feeding device 100 is provided with a liquid level detection unit for detecting the liquid level of the washing and caring additive in the liquid storage container, and the liquid level of the washing and caring additive in the liquid storage container is detected by the liquid level detection unit; when the level of the wash additive in the reservoir is above a predetermined level, it is determined that the balance of the wash additive in the reservoir is sufficient.
According to the scheme, the processing module of the control device of the additive feeding device 100 can automatically acquire available signals of different types of washing and caring additives, so that the operation of a user can be reduced, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In addition, utilize weight detecting element or liquid level detecting element to detect the surplus of washing and protecting the additive among the above-mentioned scheme, it is high to detect the precision, can accurate control washing and protecting the in service behavior of additive.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the control device of the additive dispensing apparatus 100 of the present invention comprises a control panel, on which a type selection button 108, i.e., a first selection unit 101, marked with the type of the laundry additive, and a type indicator lamp, i.e., a second display unit 109, in one-to-one correspondence with the type selection button 108 are provided. The control panel is further provided with different washing program marks and program indicator lamps corresponding to the washing program marks one by one, namely a first display unit 107, and is further provided with a switching key for switching among a plurality of washing programs, namely a second selection unit 106.
When the user presses the type selection key 108, the type indicator light of the washing and caring additive corresponding to the type selection key 108 is normally on, and the program indicator light of the washing and caring program matched with the selected type of the washing and caring additive is also normally on. At this time, the user can only switch among several washing programs with the normally-on program indicator lamp by pressing the switching key.
When the switching button is pressed once, the washing program is switched and the program indicator lamp is displayed in a color changing mode to indicate selection, the start/stop button is pressed at the moment, the additive feeding device 100 sends a selected washing program command to the computer board of the clothes treatment device 200, and the computer board receives the washing program time sequence and the start command and sends the washing program time sequence and the start command to various electric devices such as a water inlet valve and a motor to wash and protect clothes.
In the above scheme, the additive feeding device 100 is used as a master machine, and the laundry treatment device 200 is used as a slave machine, so that the intelligent degree of the additive feeding device 100 is greatly improved, the configuration of the laundry treatment device 200 can be reduced, the laundry treatment device only serves as an execution mechanism to act, and intelligent feeding terminals such as programs and the like are integrated on the additive feeding device 100, so that the use is more convenient.
In some other embodiments of the present invention, the first selection unit 101 receives the selection signal of the type of the laundry additive, and receives the recommended type of the laundry additive according to the material quality of the laundry.
In detail, when a user puts laundry into the laundry treatment apparatus 200, the material of the laundry may be obtained through a laundry material identification module or a mobile terminal provided in the laundry treatment apparatus 200, the type of the laundry additive that can be used for caring for the laundry is recommended according to the material of the laundry, and the type of the laundry additive is sent to the first selection unit 101 of the additive putting apparatus 100, so that the first selection unit 101 receives a selection signal of the type of the laundry additive, and the first display unit displays a laundry program matching with the received type of the laundry additive for the user to select.
According to the scheme, the material of the clothes is associated with the washing and protecting additive and the washing and protecting program, so that the special liquid special program for special clothes is realized, and a better clothes care effect is realized.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A control device for an additive delivery apparatus, comprising
The first selection unit is used for receiving a selection signal of the type of the washing and protecting additive;
the first display unit is used for displaying a washing program matched with the type of the selected washing additive when the first selection unit is triggered;
a second selection unit for responding to a selection signal of the user for the displayed washing program;
A communication unit for transmitting the washing program selected by the user to the laundry treating apparatus.
2. The control device of an additive delivery apparatus according to claim 1,
the first selection unit comprises a plurality of type selection keys, and each type selection key corresponds to the type of a washing and protecting additive;
the type selection key receives a selection signal of the type of the washing and caring additive from a user.
3. The control device of claim 2, further comprising a second display unit,
the second display unit is connected with the type selection key and used for displaying the type of the washing and protecting additive corresponding to the type selection key when the type selection key is triggered.
4. The control device of an additive delivery apparatus according to claim 3,
the second display unit comprises a plurality of type indicator lamps, and the type indicator lamps correspond to the type selection keys one by one;
the type selection key controls the state of the type indicator light to be used for representing whether the type of the washing and caring additive corresponding to the type selection key is selected or not.
5. Control device for an additive delivery apparatus according to any one of claims 1-4,
the first display unit comprises a plurality of program indicator lamps, and each program indicator lamp corresponds to one washing and protecting program;
the second selection unit controls the state of the program indicator lamp to be used for representing whether the washing program corresponding to the program indicator lamp is selected or not.
6. The control device of an additive delivery apparatus as claimed in claim 5,
the second selection unit is a knob or a switching key.
7. The control device of an additive delivery apparatus according to claim 1,
the first selection unit receives the selection signal of the type of the laundry additive and comprises a unit for receiving the recommended type of the laundry additive according to the material quality of the clothes.
8. The control device of an additive delivery apparatus as defined in any one of claims 1-7, further comprising a main control board,
the main control panel is preset with corresponding relations between different types of washing and caring additives and different washing and caring programs, and is used for controlling the first display unit to display the washing and caring programs matched with the types of the washing and caring additives when the first selection unit is triggered.
9. The control device of an additive delivery apparatus as defined in any one of claims 1-7, further comprising a main control board,
the main control board receives the corresponding relations between different types of washing and protecting additives and different washing and protecting programs sent by the mobile terminal or the cloud end, and is used for controlling the first display unit to display the washing and protecting programs matched with the types of the washing and protecting additives when the first selection unit is triggered.
10. Additive delivery device, characterized in that it comprises control means of an additive delivery device according to any one of claims 1-9.
