In an alternative embodiment, a water storage chamber 280 is further disposed in the treatment tank 140, the water storage chamber 280 is disposed at the bottom of the cleaning chamber 150 and the drying chamber 160, a diversion funnel 290 is disposed in the cleaning chamber 150 at the bottom of the third conveyor 180, and an opening at the bottom of the diversion funnel 290 is communicated with the water storage chamber 280.
In this embodiment, water generated by the cleaning of the fabric 330 in the cleaning chamber 150 can enter the water storage chamber 280 from the diversion funnel 290, and the water storage chamber 280 can be connected with a water drainage pipe (not shown), so as to facilitate centralized cleaning of sewage.

As an optional implementation manner, the first conveyor 130 includes two first frames 131 slidably disposed on corresponding guide rails 240, the fixed frame 260 is connected between the two first frames 131, a first driving roller 132 and a plurality of first driven rollers 133 located above the fixed frame 260 are movably connected between the two first frames 131, a conveying belt 134 is wound on the first driving roller 132 and the plurality of first driven rollers 133, a first motor 135 connected with the first driving roller 132 is disposed on the first frame 131, and the first motor 135 is a stepping motor or a servo motor, so as to meet the use requirement.

It should be noted that the fourth conveyor 190 also adopts a roller conveyor with the same structure as the third conveyor 180 to ensure a long service life.
As an alternative embodiment, the lifting mechanism 120 includes a base 121 between the spinning machine 110 and the treatment tank 140, a lifting cylinder 122 is provided on the base 121, and a bearing plate 220 is provided on top of the lifting cylinder 122.
In this embodiment, the lifting cylinder 122 may be a hydraulic cylinder, which satisfies the use requirements of strong bearing capacity and precisely adjustable telescopic stroke.

A clean spinning device is characterized by comprising a spinning machine, wherein a lifting mechanism is arranged on one side of a discharge end of the spinning machine, a first conveyor is arranged at the top of the lifting mechanism, a treatment box is arranged on one side, away from the spinning machine, of the lifting mechanism, a second conveyor is arranged at the top of the treatment box, a cleaning chamber and a drying chamber are respectively arranged in the treatment box, the cleaning chamber is close to the lifting mechanism, a third conveyor and a cleaning mechanism located above the third conveyor are arranged in the cleaning chamber, a fourth conveyor is arranged in the drying chamber, a plurality of hot air fans are arranged in the drying chamber, a first through opening is formed in one side, close to the lifting mechanism, of the cleaning chamber, a second through opening is formed between the cleaning chamber and the drying chamber, and a third through opening is formed in one side, away from the cleaning chamber, of the drying chamber, the first through opening, the second through opening and the third through opening are all used for fabric to pass through.

The clean spinning device according to claim 1, wherein a carrying plate is provided on the top of the lifting mechanism, a guide wheel is provided on one side of the carrying plate close to the spinning machine, two guide rails are provided on the top of the carrying plate, the first conveyor is slidably provided on the two guide rails, the first conveyor is slidably provided into the first through hole, a first telescopic cylinder is provided on the top of the carrying plate between the two guide rails, and a fixing frame is connected to the first telescopic cylinder and provided on the conveyor.
3. The clean spinning apparatus as claimed in claim 2, further comprising a control panel having a control system built therein, the control system comprising:
the conveying module is used for starting the lifting mechanism to move the first conveyor to a position with the same height as the second conveyor, then starting the first telescopic cylinder to push the first conveyor to a position close to the second conveyor, and also used for starting the first conveyor and the second conveyor to convey the fabric;
the cleaning and drying module is used for starting the lifting mechanism to move the first conveyor to a position with the same height as the third conveyor, then starting the first telescopic cylinder to push the first conveyor into the first through opening and close to the third conveyor, starting the first conveyor, the third conveyor and the fourth conveyor to convey the fabric, and starting the cleaning mechanism and the hot air blower simultaneously;
and the drying module is used for starting the lifting mechanism to move the first conveyor to a position with the same height as the third conveyor, then starting the first telescopic cylinder to push the first conveyor into the first through opening and close to the third conveyor, starting the first conveyor, the third conveyor and the fourth conveyor to transport the fabric, and starting the hot air blower at the same time.

The clean spinning device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the cleaning mechanism comprises a water storage tank disposed at the top of the cleaning chamber, a solenoid valve is disposed at the bottom of the water storage tank, a flexible water pipe is connected to the solenoid valve, a spraying mechanism is connected to the flexible water pipe, a second telescopic cylinder is connected to the top of the spraying mechanism, the second telescopic cylinder is connected to the top of the cleaning chamber, the spraying mechanism is used for spraying water to the fabric, and the solenoid valve and the second telescopic cylinder are both electrically connected to the control panel.

The clean spinning device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the spraying mechanism includes a water injection tank connected to the bottom of the second telescopic cylinder, the flexible water pipe is connected to the top of the water injection tank, a plurality of water injection pipes are connected to both the front and rear sides of the water injection tank, a hollow cylinder is movably connected between the two adjacent water injection pipes on the front and rear sides, and a plurality of water spraying holes are opened on the hollow cylinder.

The clean spinning device as claimed in claim 4, wherein a water storage chamber is further provided in the processing tank, the water storage chamber is located at the bottom of the cleaning chamber and the drying chamber, a diversion funnel is provided in the cleaning chamber at the bottom of the third conveyor, and an opening at the bottom of the diversion funnel is communicated with the water storage chamber.

The clean spinning device as claimed in claim 6, further comprising a dust suction mechanism, wherein the dust suction mechanism comprises a suction pump communicated with the water storage chamber, the suction pump is connected with a main pipe, the main pipe is connected with a plurality of branch pipes, the branch pipes all extend into the spinning machine, and the suction pump is electrically connected with the control panel.

The clean spinning device as claimed in claim 2, wherein said first conveyor includes two first frames slidably disposed on corresponding said guide rails, said fixed frame is connected between said two first frames, a first driving roller and a plurality of first driven rollers are movably connected between said two first frames, a conveyor belt is wound around said first driving roller and said plurality of first driven rollers, and a first motor connected to said first driving roller is disposed on said first frame.

The clean spinning device according to claim 1, wherein the third conveyer includes a second frame, a second driving roller and a plurality of second driven rollers are movably connected to the second frame, a gear box is provided at one side of the frame, a driving gear and a plurality of driven gears are movably connected to the gear box, the second driving roller is connected to the driving gear, the second driven rollers are connected to the corresponding driven gears, and a second motor is connected to the driving gear.
10. The clean spinning apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the lifting mechanism includes a base frame between the spinning machine and the processing box, the base frame is provided with a lifting cylinder, and the carrying plate is provided on top of the lifting cylinder.
