Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of antirust agents, and particularly relates to a universal workpiece antirust agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The rust inhibitor is effective in protecting the metal surface, thereby stopping or delaying the ingress of moisture, oxygen and other impurities. The antirust agent is prepared by selecting high-quality anticorrosive raw materials and various additives, and can protect the surface from being damaged by moisture, chemicals, air and other corrosive products. Belongs to an environment-friendly product. Can be widely used for rust prevention among working procedures of components and materials of steel products, stainless steel products and alloy steel products in the industry.
The metal workpiece is easy to rust in the production, processing and transportation processes, so that a layer of film is required to be formed on the surface of the metal by using antirust oil, and chemicals for preventing the metal from rusting are required. The rust is a mixture of oxide and hydroxide generated on the metal surface by the action of oxygen and water, and the machine is difficult to be kept out of contact with oxygen, moisture or other corrosive media in the air during operation and storage, and the substances are subjected to electrochemical corrosion to generate rust on the metal surface, and the rust is prevented from contacting the metal.
The antirust belongs to one kind of antirust product, and other types of antirust oil, antirust paper and the like.
However, after the existing rust inhibitor is produced and processed, although a simple rust-proof effect can be achieved, after the existing rust inhibitor is exposed to the sun for a long time, the rust-proof effect is difficult to ensure, and the rust-proof components in the rust inhibitor are easy to damage, so a general workpiece rust inhibitor and a preparation method thereof are provided to solve the problems.
