Background
CPL material is a melamine continuous laminated facing material, is a high-grade decorative material free of paint in China at present, and is popular with consumers due to the characteristics of wear resistance, scratch resistance, acid and alkali resistance, vivid patterns, ageing resistance, fireproof performance, green environmental protection and the like. With the improvement of aesthetic views, no seam of decorative paper is required on the surfaces of furniture parts such as cabinet door edges and the like, so that seamless coating is realized. In the process of coating MDF (medium density fiberboard) by CPL material, strong initial bonding strength is required for profile coating, and the profile cannot be tilted after coating off-line, so that the conventional adhesive products for CLP cannot well meet the requirements. In addition, the coated product has a problem of cracking, warping and the like due to the performance degradation under a lower temperature or higher temperature environment, so that the problem needs to be solved.

As a preferred embodiment of the present application, the other auxiliary agent includes an antioxidant.
The second aspect of the present application provides a method for preparing the polyolefin hot melt adhesive for CPL coating as described above, comprising the steps of:
adding polypropylene wax, tackifying resin and other auxiliary agents into a reaction kettle, stirring, heating to 170-180 ℃, adding amorphous alpha-olefin copolymer and polypropylene, controlling the temperature to 170-180 ℃, stirring and melting for 30-45 minutes, vacuumizing and stirring for 30-45 minutes, and discharging to obtain the modified polypropylene.
The beneficial effects are that: according to the application, through regulating and controlling the polyolefin hot-melt collagen material components and the proportion for CPL coating, the coating strength of the hot-melt adhesive on MDF and other materials is obviously improved, and through adopting the compounded tackifying resin, the amorphous alpha-olefin copolymer with specific physicochemical parameters, the polypropylene and the polypropylene wax components and utilizing the synergistic effect therebetween, the effective synergistic effect is realized, so that the stability of a coating sample adopting the very light hot-melt adhesive in an ultralow temperature environment of-20 ℃ is obviously improved, and the unstable phenomena such as warping and the like which possibly occur in winter environment are effectively avoided.
