Abstract
一种二氧化钛包覆碳酸钙制备复合钛白粉方法,属于粉体材料改性技术领域。本发明采用二氧化钛对碳酸钙球形颗粒进行均匀包覆,并且在外壳附着天然橡胶,该方法所得粉体材料可在橡胶基体中良好分散,同时可减少粉体材料的团聚。

本发明属于一种二氧化钛包覆碳酸钙制备复合钛白粉方法,属于粉体材料改性技术领域。
背景技术
二氧化钛(钛白粉)具有良好的不透明性,较高的白度,较强的遮盖力,是迄今为止性能最好的白色无机颜料,广泛应用于涂料、塑料、油墨、造纸、橡胶、化学纤维和化妆品等领域。随着对其需求量的逐渐增大,钛白粉供需矛盾日益突出,研究开发价格低廉、性能相近的钛白粉替代品已经成为一种必然趋势。同时,钛资源短缺、钛白粉生产对环境的污染以及成本和价格的持续提高对钛白粉产业的发展形成严重制约。而碳酸钙具有白度高、比表面积大、吸附性能好、价格低廉等特性,已经广泛用于橡胶、塑料、涂料等领域。
钛白粉的主要性能由二氧化钛粒子表面的性能体现,内核几乎不发挥作用,因此以二氧化钛为壁材,碳酸钙为内核,形成的复合包覆材料有非常大的研究和应用前景。到目前为止,已经有很多学者致力于开发研究碳酸钙/钛白粉复合粉体,以制备出高性能、低价格的钛白粉替代品。
比如,檀倩等采用液相机械力化学法制备了一种具有类钛白粉颜料性能的碳酸钙/钛白粉复合粉体。陈港等以碳酸钙为载体,利用机械力化学法在其表面包覆钛白粉,制备了一种新型复合填料。陈永忠等制备了丁苯橡胶改性的二氧化钛包覆碳酸钙的无机填料,可与塑料橡胶良好结合。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,提供了一种可用作橡胶生产的二氧化钛包覆碳酸钙方法,该方法工艺简单,成本低廉,所得的改性产品可在不影响钛白粉产品性能的情况下,大大降低钛白粉的使用成本,并且在橡胶中可以良好分散,减少粉体材料的团聚。
本发明的技术方案如下:
1)碳酸钙粉体浆料制备,将碳酸钙、水、部分改性剂按一定比例置入研磨机中,研磨机搅拌速率800-1400r/min,研磨一小时后,加入剩余的改性剂,继续研磨一小时,得到所需的碳酸钙浆料;
2)二氧化钛浆料的制备,二氧化钛为分散质,水为分散剂,配成质量分数为8%-20%浆料;然后加入改性剂,其用量为二氧化钛质量的1%-5%,将混合液加入搅拌器中,搅拌速率700-1300r/min,搅拌时间40-90min,最终的到所需二氧化钛浆料;然后
3) 将步骤1)与步骤2)所得产品以一定比例混合,加入搅拌器中,调节温度50℃,pH为8-10,搅拌速率400-1300r/min,搅拌时间60~90min。得到的混合产品经过滤、洗涤、干燥得到初步包覆粉体材料;
4)将步骤3)所得产品、二甲基硅油和浓缩胶乳加入混料机,利用剪切力和混合时产生的热量使水分排除,浓缩胶乳中的橡胶分子得以均匀附着在粉体表面。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。下列实施例中未注明具体条件的实验方法, 通常按照常规条件, 或按照制造厂商所建议的条件。
实施例一
1)碳酸钙粉体浆料制备,将碳酸钙、水、部分改性剂按一定比例置入研磨机中,研磨机搅拌速率800-1400r/min,研磨一小时后,加入剩余的改性剂,继续研磨一小时,得到所需的碳酸钙浆料;
2)二氧化钛浆料的制备,二氧化钛为分散质,水为分散剂,配成质量分数为8%-20%浆料;然后加入改性剂,其用量为二氧化钛质量的1%-5%,将混合液加入搅拌器中,搅拌速率700-1300r/min,搅拌时间40-90min,最终的到所需二氧化钛浆料;然后
3) 将步骤1)与步骤2)所得产品以一定比例混合,加入搅拌器中,调节温度50℃,pH为8-10,搅拌速率400-1300r/min,搅拌时间60~90min。得到的混合产品经过滤、洗涤、干燥得到初步包覆粉体材料;

实施例二
步骤1)、2)、3)同实施例一
4)将步骤3)所得产品、二甲基硅油和聚乙烯加入混料机,其中聚乙烯用量为二氧化钛包覆碳酸钙粉体材料质量的40%,搅拌均匀后,加入双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒即可得到最终产品。该产品可用于橡塑复合材料或者当作母料使用。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种二氧化钛包覆碳酸钙制备复合钛白粉的方法,其特征在于有以下的制备步骤:
1)碳酸钙粉体浆料制备,将碳酸钙、水、部分改性剂按一定比例置入研磨机中,研磨机搅拌速率800-1400r/min,研磨一小时后,加入剩余的改性剂,继续研磨一小时,得到所需的碳酸钙浆料;
2)二氧化钛浆料的制备,二氧化钛为分散质,水为分散剂,配成质量分数为8%-20%的分散系;然后加入改性剂,其用量为二氧化钛质量的1%-5%,将混合液加入搅拌器中,搅拌速率700-1300r/min,搅拌时间40-90min,最终的到所需二氧化钛浆料;然后
3) 将步骤1)与步骤2)所得产品以一定比例混合,加入搅拌器中,调节温度为50℃,pH为8-10,搅拌速率400-1300r/min,搅拌时间60~90min,得到的混合产品经过滤、洗涤、干燥得到初步包覆粉体材料;
4)将步骤3)所得产品、二甲基硅油和浓缩胶乳加入混料机,利用剪切力和混合时产生的热量使水分排除,浓缩胶乳中的橡胶分子得以均匀附着在粉体表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于步骤1)中和步骤2)所述的改性剂为市售硬质酸钠,分子式C17H35C00Na。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于步骤1)中改性剂总用量为碳酸钙质量的0.5%-3%,碳酸钙浆料的质量分数为7%-20%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于步骤3)碳酸钙与二氧化钛混合液中碳酸钙与二氧化钛质量比为6:4-3:7。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于步骤4)中所述浓缩胶乳为市售天然橡胶乳液的浓缩胶乳,其固含量为58%-62%,浓缩胶乳用量为:干含质量占粉体质量的3%-20%。
